THE SYSTEM IS NOT MINE

Pain arrived before he woke up.

Guda opened his eyes..

”Awwwww” and groaned in pain.

Footsteps were hurried, ”relax, lay down” a boy arrived and helped Guda to lay down.

”There are people waiting for you to wake up, I will go and inform them” the boy left the tents.

Guda looked around, he was not only one injured, there were many.

Some had visitors, some were still unconscious, some were chatting with their neighbours.

It did not take long for the old man who was saved by Guda to come in with a carrying bag.

”Fatty, how is it now? The old man arrived next to him..

”Mm...goo..d..” the old man stared at him and said ”good. Hope you recover soon...”

”Here your wife sent you the bread” The old man took out a box full of bread from the bag.

Fatty immediately grabbed the box..”Awww”

He opened the box threw the lid away, and put three breads in his mouth.

” Fatty, take it slow... you will die because of eating too much ” The old man opened the box and brought bread to his mouth.

” Aren’t..I ..alive? I ..am..not going to die young ” Guda munched on the bread as he stated.

”By the way why didn’t you run ? ” The old man closed the distance..

”Someone... yester...da..called me..brave” Guda replied.

”You are a fool” The old man hit his head with the box.

Chen Yu arrived after thirty minutes, and just about that time, Guda already grabbed the last bite of bread in his hand.

”Chen Yu...., come here, have a taste of my wife’s cooking” Guda shouted...”aaw”..

”You should eat it, I don’t need it” Chen Yu replied.

”Chen Yu, are you afraid to eat food as well?” Guda asked.

” I am not” Chen Yu replied and Guda immediately threw the bread at Chen Yu.

Chen Yu looked at him and grabbed the bite..

”You damn fatty, you did not give anything to me but to this newcomer” The old man grumbled from the sides.

”By the way, I heard that the shin soldiers were slipping again, and at your side” Guda looked at Chen Yu.

”That I am not sure” Chen Yu looked to the right side.

”I understand ” Guda declared.

”Can you Come here?” Guda asked..

Chen Yu came near..

”More near” Chen Yu bent a little, then Guda grabbed him and pulled him to his ears ”You are actually not weak.. it’s you, you are that mysterious seniors and you are hiding your power”

Chen Yu pulled himself back up ”You are wrong”

Guda replied ”I don’t believe you..you are pretending to be afraid”

”No.. it’s not me” Chen Yu said..

Guda did not press further, but the old from the sides questioned ”what are you talking about? ”

Guda looked at the old man ”Nothing, Chen Yu requested me to help him with his fear, so I just suggested him a way”

Old man looked at Guda and asked ”what’s it?”

”We will throw him from the cliff”

Chen Yu straightened his back and glared at Guda, old man looked at him as well.

”Fatty, have you lost your mind by over eating and gone mad?”

”Hump! Whom did you call mad ? you old man. I am young”

”If someone is going to be mad, it will be you, old man.” Guda replied.

The old man stared at him.

Chen Yu looked at them ”I have to go somewhere, you guys can continue”

Hearing him, both turned to him , Chen Yu kept his head down for a few moments, before leaving the tent.

Sun almost left the world as Chen Yu passed through the tents, walked little far away from the pack of tents and arrived at a place where a silhouette buried in the soil while his head was above the ground.

”Yan”

”I want to get stronger, my foundation letter is also ground”

”Please instruct me”

Yan opened his eyes and looked at Chen Yu.

After about a few seconds..

He still stared at Chen Yu as Chen Yu trembled little..

”I...”

”Do...

Chen Yu rubbed his fingers in his palm.

” not teach”

Chen Yu dropped to knees and looked at Yan ”Please”

But Yan did not answer, he closed his eyes..

Chen Yu did not leave, he stayed there remembering the battle from the morning..

Gu da closed his eyes.

Clang

Hearing the sound of sound clashing Guda opened his eyes.

”Fatty”

”We will not let you die young”

More from the Han Defu Unit arrived in front of him and confronted the enemy.

But he still was injured, blood was flowing, his head felt heavy then he looked at a certain point.

Chen Yu was coming over but was interrupted by a spiritual qi formation cultivator of Shin from another squad.

While Chen Yu was fighting with the cultivator..

Two more qi foundation Shin cultivators arrived and surrounded him.

Chen Yu’s heart beat faster..

He began trembling..

As they moved forward, Chen Yu took steps back... simultaneously he looked at the unconscious Guda.

And Then...

Chen Yu did not want to go through that again.

He looked at Yan..

But Yan just stayed..

Night descended, the cold wind of the night touched his skin.

Chen Yu stood up ”Then be it” and left the place.

Yan stared at his back, the moonlight fell on Chen Yu making him the focus of the world.
