Global Survival: I Got the D-Rank Personnel Simulator

After leaving the information, Lin Ye’s consciousness quickly traveled to the future period of this timeline.

Excruciating pain interrupted Lin Ye’s train of thought. At this moment, he was lying in the ruins of the clubhouse, holding a transparent crystal in his hand.

Lin Ye took out a piece of white paper covered in writing from his item space. It recorded all the important information on this timeline.

On this timeline, Lin Ye didn’t do anything extra. Instead, he spent all his time figuring out how to solve the problems from the first timeline.

He wrote all his research results on this paper. As long as Lin Ye brought this information back, he could solve most of the problems. After that, he would just need to adjust some details to perfectly complete this Mining Area Task.

Lin Ye crawled out of the ruins just as Raymond’s duplicate walked over. It looked arrogantly at Lin Ye, who was covered in wounds from head to toe, and was about to state its conditions.

”I know what you want, but you’re useless now. The solution to all the problems is already in my hands. The perfect ending has been achieved. You will stay in the place that suits you.”

Before Raymond’s duplicate could respond, Lin Ye drew the heavy shotgun that came with the Heavy Armor and very decisively blew his own head off.

…………………………………

”Great! I’ll reserve ten thousand first... This kind of parasite wasn’t created by you, was it?”Klaus looked at Lin Ye with suspicion.

Lin Ye had returned to the Time Node generated in the parasitic bar. While dealing with Klaus, he simultaneously carved the future information onto his own body.

To change that terrible ending, two main problems needed to be solved:

The anomalous phenomena continuously flooding into Free City. The Bottomless Pit needed a lid.The Lin Ye from the previous timeline had provided solutions to these two problems, and they were related to that transparent crystal he hadn’t fully understood before.

After that crystal emitting crimson rays was destroyed, the red liquid inside was guided by Lin Ye into the pit hole of the deep pit’s produce. That liquid was the key to breaking the deadlock.

It was a liquid, yet also light. After the liquid entered the pitch-black pit hole, the anomalous phenomena inside were all irradiated by the liquid. Through research, Lin Ye discovered he could draw all those anomalous phenomena irradiated by the light into the interior of the transparent crystal.

However, the transparent crystal could only accept pure liquid light. Those anomalous phenomena would cause the transparent crystal to become extremely unstable, and this state could only last for a very short time.

But that was enough. Lin Ye would sacrifice the transparent crystal when the pit hole was spewing out anomalous phenomena, and then end everything through the Redemption Ritual.

The world-destroying Bottomless Pit.

Using the anomalous phenomena that emerged from the Bottomless Pit as sacrificial offerings.

Using locally available materials to create a pit lid that could save the world.

Was there a more suitable stage for holding a Redemption Ritual than this?

Deities are beacons in the mental world. Lin Ye decided to pray to the God of Salvation, beseeching Him to redeem this world.

Of course, if He was unwilling, Lin Ye could always switch to another deity. After all, he still had two Time Marks.

But Lin Ye had a premonition. This ritual would proceed very smoothly. No one could stop him from redeeming this world.

This was probably divine revelation.

”Then, see you later.”

After finishing carving the information, Lin Ye said to Klaus with a smile.

”Mhm, hurry up and send the detection cards over.”

Klaus completely failed to understand Lin Ye’s meaning. He also didn’t know that his fate was entirely in Lin Ye’s hands.

If Lin Ye failed, the bar would turn into ruins, and he would be killed by anomalous phenomena.

……………………………

After bidding farewell to Klaus, Lin Ye’s consciousness traveled to the future period of this timeline.

At this moment, Lin Ye was leaning against the headboard reading a book. A heavy shotgun was placed on the desk, and he was alone in the room.

The outside world seemed quiet, but faint sounds of crying could be heard from some rooms in the clubhouse.

”Huh? Failed again?”

Lin Ye took out a piece of white paper covered in Chinese and English writing from his item space. It recorded a massive amount of information.

He quickly finished reading the information on it.

Overall, the plan succeeded very smoothly. They successfully saved this world. The Redemption Ritual turned those anomalous creatures into a perfect lid, completely solving the problem of the Bottomless Pit.

However, many detailed problems arose during the execution of the plan. These problems caused heavy casualties among those young people. More than half of the spiritual energy users in the city died, and many of his acquaintances passed away, including Klaus.

”It seems we won’t be meeting again.”

At the end of the white paper, Lin Ye wrote:

”If the goal is just to complete the Mining Area Task, this current outcome is already quite good. But if you want the ending to be a bit more perfect, I think you know what you should do. I’ve finished my part and recorded all the details and solutions. The rest is up to you.”

Lin Ye sighed, picked up the heavy shotgun from the desk, pressed it against his own head, and pulled the trigger.

”...Could you please not intentionally unload the bullets inside...”

Lin Ye speechlessly loaded the shotgun with bullets and fired another shot at his own head.

……………………………

While passing through the Fused Flesh Wall, Lin Ye simultaneously carved information onto his body. Following the operations from the first timeline, he successfully left future information.

Lin Ye’s consciousness smoothly traveled to the future period of this timeline. At this moment, he was sitting on a chair in the clubhouse’s Restaurant. Those young people were all gathered in the restaurant, seemingly celebrating something.

Little Ke and Black Dog were discussing card sales issues in a corner of the restaurant. Wendy was preparing food in the Kitchen. Maggie was discussing the previous battle with Bessie Pro. Bessie was happily eating delicious food while pulling her duplicate along. Everyone seemed very happy.

Lin Ye took out a piece of white paper covered in Chinese and English writing from his item space. It recorded various details of this incident. The plan had proceeded very smoothly. They had won.

The problem of the Bottomless Pit was solved. The lid would periodically release anomalous phenomena. As long as Free City regularly cleaned up these anomalous phenomena, similar problems with the Bottomless Pit would not occur again.

”The only problem is the God of Salvation. Through the Redemption Ritual, this Plane seems to have drawn closer to the God of Salvation. This isn’t a physical proximity, but a spiritual closeness. However, this isn’t a problem I should consider. Coincidentally, there’s still one Time Mark left. Perhaps you can keep this mark; it might come in handy in the future.

I won’t prepare a shotgun for you.”

Lin Ye put away the white paper, picked up a cup, and drank all the iced beverage inside in one gulp.

His Communication Device popped up a notification. Many people had sent him messages, and among them were many of his acquaintances.
