Striker of The Gods

 The Echo of Old Flames

While Caos trained in the shadows and nations circled the violet storm, one ghost from his past had been quietly rebuilding her own life.

Emily : Current Status Investigation

Emily had left the spotlight years ago. After her very public breakup with Maat (Jack) following his transfer to PSG, she had moved to a quiet coastal town in southern Spain, far from Madrid’s cameras and the echoes of her old life.

She now worked as a private art curator and part-time youth counselor, helping young athletes deal with pressure and identity — a subtle but meaningful way to process her own past. She lived in a modest villa overlooking the Mediterranean, surrounded by books, paintings, and the sound of waves. No social media presence. No interviews. She had deliberately disappeared from the public eye.

But she still watched.

Every Real Madrid match. Every highlight of Caos’s impossible goals. Every rumor about Leonor’s pregnancy.

Emily’s Private Journal Entry (recent, discovered through discreet channels):

I thought leaving Caos for Jack would be the safe choice. Stability. Familiarity. Someone who felt like home. I was wrong.

Watching him now… scoring 11, 10, 9 goals like it’s nothing. Running at speeds that break physics. Becoming something the world has no name for. It hurts in a way I can’t explain. Not jealousy. Not regret exactly. Just the quiet ache of knowing I once stood beside the storm… and chose to walk away from it.

I saw the news about Leonor. She’s pregnant. With his child. I cried for hours. Not because I want him back — I know that ship sailed long ago —but because I remember the boy who trained until his feet bled in the backyard. The boy who lost his mother and still kept running. He deserved someone who could stand in the storm with him. I couldn’t. Leonor tried… and even she chose the crown.

I hope that child gets to see the real him. Not the violet legend. The man who once wrote me poems between training sessions. The one who was dangerous because he cared too much.

I’m happy now. Calm. Stable. But some nights I still dream of violet eyes and the sound of a ball hitting the back of the net like thunder.

Maybe that’s the price of leaving chaos behind.”

Current Life Details

She is single and has been for over a year. She has started painting again — abstract works dominated by deep violets and stormy skies. One piece, titled “The Boy Who Became the Storm,” sold privately for a high sum to an anonymous collector (widely believed to be Caos himself). She occasionally volunteers at youth academies, teaching mental resilience. Many of the kids don’t know her past connection to Caos. She has declined all interview requests about her history with Caos and Maat, stating only: “Some chapters are better left closed.”Reaction to Recent Events

When the news of Leonor’s pregnancy broke, Emily sent a single private message to an old mutual friend:

Emily: Tell him I’m happy for him. Truly. He always wanted to build something that would outlast him. Looks like he finally did.

She has not reached out directly to Caos. Some wounds, she believes, are better left untouched.

Caos’s Reaction

In the mansion garden, Caos read the discreet report the maids had compiled. He stared at the old photo of Emily from their early days — young, smiling, full of dreams.

Caos (quietly, almost to himself): She left when I was still becoming. Now I’ve become something she can’t even stand near. I hope she’s happy. I really do. But some ghosts… they don’t need to speak. They just remind you why you keep running.

Zeraphina (standing beside him): She’s living quietly. Painting. Helping kids. She’s not the same girl who chose Jack.

Caos (folding the report): Good. Let her find her peace. I’ve found mine in the storm.

The past had spoken again.

But the violet storm kept moving forward  colder, stronger, and more singular than ever.
