Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

In this way, the strong ones secretly discussing how to deal with Jia Yan would definitely be within Jia Yan’s consideration.

They had all planned out that when Jia Yan challenged them, they should make him feel embarrassed, or even cause him internal injuries.

However, these genius stellar-level powerhouses also knew that Jia Yan, who could make Her Majesty the Zerg Queen value him so highly, naturally had astonishing talent.

They wouldn’t underestimate Jia Yan, but neither did they think of him too highly, because they understood that this Giant Mosquito, no matter how talented, had only been in this Star River level training ground in the Insect Clan’s Domain for just a month. Moreover, they heard that this Star River level existence didn’t even understand much of the basic knowledge. In such a case, how much progress could he make in a month?

It would be good enough if his skills didn’t regress, because a person who didn’t even understand the basics, in trying to grasp what the Zerg Queen instructed, would surely disrupt their own bad habits and the like, resulting in significant decrease in skills.

And to them, to incorporate the profound insights of Her Majesty the Queen into one’s combat power would take at least one or two years, just to barely recover previous combat power, followed by a gradual path of improvement.

So, for Jia Yan to make progress, it would take time, being someone who doesn’t even grasp the basics.

”Hmph, just a kid coming out from the countryside, relying on a bit of talent to cozy up to the Zerg Queen. Could he possibly believe he can catch up with the Queen? It’s ridiculous.”

”Indeed, the Zerg Queen, to actually give him an equal standing, has caused him to become arrogant.”

”You guys shouldn’t speak that way about the Queen, she probably just treasures talent. This Jia Yan may not be as bad as we think, otherwise how could he get the Zerg Queen’s attention? Their statuses and strengths differ so much, surely the Zerg Queen has her reasons for taking an interest in him.”

Several star river-level beings were still secretly contemplating the issue of Jia Yan’s strength.

Everyone was waiting for a month’s time to come.

And for a strong one, that time passed as swiftly as a day for a weaker one.

Indeed, after listening to several briefings from the Zerg Queen, Jia Yan went into seclusion again.

Even when the Zerg Queen wanted to teach, he did not show himself.

It was actually because he couldn’t digest it all.

On a planet with decent energy.

On a planet the size of the Moon, there was a house made of stones, constructed by using brainwave power to transport large slabs of rock for simple assembly.

Simple and a bit unsightly it might be, but if any slightly weaker being saw this house, they’d be utterly shocked.

Because the house was 50 kilometers high and approximately 200 kilometers in length and width.

This was Jia Yan’s recent handiwork.

”Keep it steady!”

A faint shout sounded powerfully from this planet.

Jia Yan fully unleashed his brainwave power to gently place the stone block he had dug up and shaped, onto the top of the house.

Subsequently, he appeared a bit weary.

”I didn’t expect to construct such a gigantic house as well.”

Looking at his creation, he was secretly pleased.

Jia Yan had always been somewhat rudimentary in his use of brainwave power.

He wasn’t unaware of his shortcomings in this aspect, it was just that he had always been advancing rapidly, and at a certain stage, he had compensated for his flaws, but as his brainwave power improved, those compensations lagged once more.

After a few attempts to no avail, he abandoned efforts to align his brainwave power knowledge, turning instead to focusing on elevating combat power with various techniques.

However, these minor details, once neglected, resulted in his vision and overall combat ability unable to reach true standards.

True, although Jia Yan often surpassed levels in battles and even vanquished immensely powerful masters, his strength was still not fully realized.

The Zerg Queen understood this best. Just from asking Jia Yan many questions and summarizing his specific knowledge and experience, she showed astonishment, revealing how much potential Jia Yan still held.

Originally, she once told Jia Yan.

”If you truly mend all your foundational elements, then fully exploit your traits, not even to the fullest extent, your strength would double!”

This is why the Zerg Queen had growing appreciation for Jia Yan.

He was like a raw diamond she discovered.

The previous Jia Yan could surpass levels to slay opponents, but the Zerg Queen didn’t think it was anything special, because at Jia Yan’s level of strength, she did even better than him.

Moreover, she could see that Jia Yan managed those feats simply due to possessing all sorts of talents. Such as subspace talent, his own Yin-Yang Dao talent, Evolution Beast stamina talent among others, without which, his combat power might not even match an ordinary genius here.

But once she interacted with Jia Yan, she discovered he wasn’t truly that inferior; it was just that he advanced too swiftly, without family guidance, let alone a master, resulting in his knowledge and perspective being constrained by his rapid advancement, making many theories in combat hard for him to understand.

As long as those theories were quickly supplemented, Jia Yan’s combat power would elevate a tier!

”Double combat power! Although this absorption I undertook, I don’t expect to achieve double combat power, but it should at least become 30% stronger?”

During his seclusion, replicating the disdain the Zerg Queen showed when she realized he couldn’t absorb much more knowledge, ushering in thoughts of striving for self-improvement.

In fact, Jia Yan has never been one to truly submit to any strong ones in his lifetime.

But the Zerg Queen was really someone he admired.

Her talent was genuinely strong, and her breadth of mind was indeed grand.

In terms of talent, from her words one could glean, this newly minted queen of the Zerg Clan was someone who elevated the entire Insect Clan’s Domain to its peak, having an exceptional talent so high even Jia Yan felt a tad helpless.

Indeed, Jia Yan understood power divisions, comprehended the nature of a Territory Master, and clearly realized once you have Territory Master power, opposing several Territory Masters required certain prowess, so he came to clearly understand just how large the gap was between himself and the Zerg Queen.

Maybe talent isn’t easily gauged, but growing up in the Imperial House of the large domain, always having renowned families and strong ones to guide, implied her foundational elements were exponentially stronger than Jia Yan’s. Even if talents didn’t differ, the basics were leagues apart, and Jia Yan didn’t dare guarantee he could ever catch up.

And speaking of her broad mind, it’s not referring to what’s covered beneath the armor on her chest.

But, the breadth of spirit she genuinely possessed, by not holding any reservations in hosting a cultivation holy land where many Galaxy Level beings could come to train.

Many Galaxy Level beings could come as long as there weren’t hostile relations or malintent towards the Zerg Queen.

In fact, although the Zerg Queen doesn’t fully disclose all she knows, she sincerely devotes time to teaching many things; every Galaxy Level that comes here truly learns something.

This was the aspect Jia Yan admired about her.

”No more overthinking, I believe I have the chance to catch up with her, but in recent years, it’s truly improbable.”

Jia Yan sighed and then focused on improving his own strength.

About a month’s worth of foundational catch-up has given him deeper comprehension of many elemental issues.

Put simply, even though Jia Yan had been teaching others along the Orion Arm, that was only because those he was teaching were all below the Galaxy Level.

If he ever displayed his knowledge outside the Yin-Yang Dao to any random star river-level individual, they’d likely laugh out loud.

Many incorrect points aside, even the parts he believed made sense, were truly child’s play in others’ eyes.
