New Age Of Summoners

’Swoosh’

’Swoosh’

As soon as Bright shadow thought of a plan, he didn’t waste any time as he directly rushed towards the thin elemental spirit,

Behind him, Moon shadow also rushed without thinking anything because their strongest move only works when they both worked together.

’Snowstorm, keep some distance away from the elemental spirit you are fighting. Moon and I will be using our strongest move and the rest depends on you two.’

’We will take care after that.’

At the same time, Bright shadow informed Snowstorm about his plan, who instantly agreed with it.

She saw the twins use their combo moves and their strongest attacks. So, she was confident that they would deal critical damage to both the elemental spirits.

Nevertheless, she also knew that both brother and sister would temporarily lose their battle prowess after using their strongest move.

So, she knew that the rest would depend on her and Dark flame.

Soon, Moon shadow and Bright shadow started circling around the two elemental spirits and started creating a huge tornado around them.

Of course, Snowstorm and Dark flame were outside of the circle and the two elemental spirits were currently stuck in the tornado.

”Huh? Looks like they are planning to use a strong move.”

Cain, who was observing the actions of the brother and sister, easily understood what they were trying to do.

Nevertheless, he didn’t bother to do anything as he was confident in his elemental spirits.

”Bright shot”

”Moon blast”

As for the twins, even after the appearance of the tornado, they continued to run faster and increased the tornado both in height and diameter, before jumping into it while using their next series of moves.

’Swoosh’

Inside the tornado, the two black elemental spirits that were hiding in the black smoke looked calm as they looked at the tornado around them.

All of a sudden, they saw two silhouettes jump into the tornado and released two different energies from their bodies that directly rushed towards the two elemental spirits.

”Do you think it will work?”

Even though two elemental spirits said that, compared to before, they were no longer calm as they directly used the black smoke around them to block the incoming energies.

One energy looked white whereas the other one looked fiery red and both the elemental spirits knew that it was the shadow siblings’ strongest move.

’Swoosh’

’Huh? What’s happening? Our control over the black smoke is losing.’

However, because of the tornado around them, the black smoke become unstable and they were unable to control it, making them a little anxious.

’Let’s use our strongest moves too.’

’Boom’

Just as they were thinking of using their strongest moves to counter the incoming two energies, they were already hit by those two energies.

A huge explosion happened inside the tornado. The energy released by the explosion was so huge that it even blasted the huge tornado and the others who were outside the tornado were blasted away a few meters away.

”Woah…that was a very powerful move. The twins are good.”

Cain was shocked for a moment before shouting out loud excitedly as he praised the shadow siblings.

”Did they kill the elemental spirits?”

As for Snowstorm and Dark flame, they looked into the dust in front of them as they wondered about the two elemental spirits.

They were not worried about the Shadow siblings because they already knew nothing would happen to them from their own attack other than the side effect of temporarily losing their battle prowess for a day.

’Dark flame, be ready. Even if the elemental spirits were not killed, they must have been injured severely. As long as we don’t give them any time, we can kill them before they even react.’

While looking for the elemental spirits in the dust screen in front of her, Snowstorm secretly informed the Dark flame to be fast and careful.

Even though the shadow siblings’ attack was very powerful, Snowstorm saw that the elemental spirits have the cultivation level 10 elite general realm.

With the addition of their skills, it would be entirely possible for them to easily reduce the power from such a powerful attack.

’I am ready to unleash my strongest attack the moment I have my eyes on them.’

Dark flame also knew about it as he readied his fire hammer and kept his eyes fully open.

He was ready to attack anytime now.

’Cough’

Soon, coughs could be heard from the dust screen and both Snowstorm and Dark flame tightened the grips around their weapons.

’I see the thin elemental spirit.’

Dark flame transmitted his voice to Snowstorm as he rushed towards the thin elemental spirit that was100 meters away from him.

’I see the other one. Let’s kill them.’

Snowstorm looked around and found the other elemental spirit as she decided to take care of it.

”How did they become so powerful all of a sudden?”

”Yeah. I thought we could toy with them for a while before killing them; however, they unleashed so much power in such a short time. How did they do it?”

As for the two elemental spirits, they didn’t die from the shadow siblings’ strongest moves; however, at the same time, they were severely injured as they talked about it.

”Do you think they are still alive? I want to kill them.”

”Me too. No one has ever done such a thing to me. I need to take revenge on them for bringing me to my current condition.”

As they talked, the two elemental spirits became angrier and angrier and wanted to kill the shadow siblings.

Soon, they started searching for shadow siblings.

’Found you.’

Since the shadow siblings were affected by the side effects from their earlier attacks, they were unable to move much distance and were lying in the same place.

So, it didn’t take much time for the elemental spirits to find them.

’We are going to kill…’

’Slash’

’You are already dead.’

Before the elemental spirits could finish their words, they heard a voice in their ears as they fell to the ground with their eyes wide open.

’What?’

’How can we die? We are the elemental spirits of Cain.’

’No…I am not going to accept it.’

’I must be dreaming. I need to open my eyes right now.’

Both elemental spirits felt it was impossible for them to die because they believed that they were very powerful by being the elemental spirits of Cain.

One elemental spirit thought it was dreaming and thought it would come back to life when it opened its eyes.

As for the other elemental spirit, it tried using its hands; however, he was unable to move its hands. At the same time, it saw that a headless body was slowly falling to the ground.

’Is that headless body belongs to me?’

It was the last thought in that elemental spirit’s head as it tried to look at the one who beheaded it.

All it saw was a young lady with a long purple coloured spear in her hands as she revealed a slight smile on her face as though she achieved something.

…

’What? They killed ’First assassin’ and ’Second assassin’?’

Cain, who was watching the fight between the elemental spirits and the vagrant cultivators’ personal disciples with a relaxed look on his face, stood up from his place.

Looking at the scene where one of his elemental spirits’ heads got separated from its body whereas the other elemental spirit’s head was smashed with a fire hammer, Cain felt he was dreaming for a moment; however, he knew it was not a dream and he had lost two elemental spirits.

’That is for your overconfidence. Now, you have lost two valuable elemental spirits.’

King killer, who was beside Cain scoffed at Cain for being arrogant and overconfident in the elemental spirits that cost him heavily.

As a non-summoner, King killer had always envied the summoners who could form contracts with the elemental spirits and summon them to do their bidding. He also knew that each elemental spirit was as valuable as a Mythical grade weapon because the elemental spirit has unlimited potential and as long as they were given enough resources, they would become very powerful with time.

”Didn’t I tell you to summon all your elemental spirits at once? Now, look, what happened? You lost two of your elemental spirits.”

As the dust settled, Snowstorm and Dark flame walked out along with the shadow siblings.

The shadow siblings were, of course, supported by the other two as they could barely walk on their own.

”Haha…don’t worry about those two elemental spirits.”

Cain was only looked shocked for a few moments before started laughing like a maniac and even said some words that made King killer and everyone around Cain raise their brows.

’What is he talking about?’

’Is it that easy to form a contract with an elemental spirit?’

Snowstorm and Dark flames tightened the grip around their weapons as they thought about Cain’s word.

”I said, is it okay for you two to kill them and their deaths are not completely in vain as I was able to find some talented youngsters like you.”

There was no angry expression on his face as he calmly spoke to King killer and others, ’As long as you swore to become my followers, I will not kill you today and even help you in progressing to the next round of this contest. What do you say?’

Cain gave them an offer, making King killer and others raise their brows.
