New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 783: Ajax meets Skaros

The advantage if the king of the spirit beasts died was he could wage wars without any problem; however, even if he wanted to destroy the assassin sect, the other powers will help the assassin sect in killing the spirit beasts.

As for the disadvantage, the other spirit beast kings will attack Gaimontʼs territory and his battle beasts formation will be taken over by them.

So, he wanted the king of the spirit beasts to live for at least a few more months until he power-up his elemental spirits, contracted spirit beasts and battle beasts.

”Th...this is….”

When he heard Ajaxʼs words, Gaimont stuttered in his words.

”Just say it. As long as I meet the king of the spirit beasts, I can help him live for a couple of months or even a year.”

”Really? Then I will bring you to him.”

After hearing Ajaxʼs words, Gaimont became excited as he hurriedly nodded his head.

Since Gaimont is the weakest among the spirit beast kings in the inner section of the cursed wilderness, he wanted the king of spirit beast kings to live.

”Why will I lie to you?”

Ajax rolled his eyes at him.

”Sorry master. I was too excited earlier.”

Gaimont suppressed his excitement and continued to say, ”Although I canʼt promise you that I can help you meet him, I will try my best.”

Gaimont was just a weak spirit beast king who worked very hard to reach his current position. So, just like Geron, Gaimont also received the king of the spirit beast kingsʼ acknowledgement.

However, unlike Geron who had a genius son, Gaimont didnʼt have any great achievements to make the king his brother.

But, Gaimont was confident that he could help Ajax meet the king because it was related to his health. So, he thought Skaros would agree to meet Ajax.

ʼLooks like Darbaudr is still in the elemental spirit world.ʼ

While Gaimont was in his thoughts, Ajax glanced at the distant cave and muttered to himself.

Soon, Ajax and Gaimont flew towards Skarosʼ old cave.

”Your majesty, I am requesting an audience with you.”

It took them nearly an hour to reach the old cave and as soon as they reached, Gaimont bowed in the direction of the cave before shouting as loudly as possible.

”Gaimont, come back in a few days. Right now, I am very busy.”

Soon, a majestic voice resounded from the old cave which made Ajaxʼs shiver a little.

ʼThe voice itself is so powerful, I wonder what realm he reached.ʼ

Ajax silently muttered to himself because it was the first time he felt someoneʼs voice made him shiver.

”Your majesty, itʼs about your health.”

Hearing Kingʼs words, Gaimont became anxious and hurriedly said the next line.

ʼDonʼt worry about my health. I am perfectly alright. To be honest, I am much better than before.ʼ

Unlike last time, Gaimont received a voice transmission from King which made Gaimont extremely excited.

ʼMaster, we donʼt need to worry about the Kingʼs health anymore. He said he is alright and asked us to not disturb him.ʼ

As soon as he received the Kingʼs voice transmission, Gaimont replied the same thing through the voice transmission.

ʼWhat?ʼ Ajax was shocked for a second before suppressing that shock and transmitted his voice, ʼItʼs really a good thing that he is alright and I think the news about his health becoming severe was also his doing.ʼ

ʼLooks like it.ʼ

Gaimont also nodded his head and got a rough idea of what was happening inside the inner section of the cursed wilderness.

How could Ajax and Gaimont not understand what the king of the spirit beast kings was planning?

He was just playing his health card. So those top three spirit beast kings under him try something funny. Then, he would take care of them.

Even though Skaros liked the peace and didnʼt want unnecessary killings, when someone wanted to harm him, he would not show any mercy to them.

”Letʼs go, Gaimont.”

Since they came here for nothing, Ajax wanted to go back and arrange some things before leaving for the five elemental world.

”Yes, master.”

Gaimont nodded his head and decided to go back to his territory.

Since the king of the spirit beast kings is perfectly alright, he doesnʼt have to worry about his territory.

ʼOnce there are enough battle beasts in my territory, I will wage wars on the other territories that looked down on me.ʼ

Gaimont clenched his fists as he followed behind Ajax.

”Ajax?”

Just as they took a few steps, Ajax heard a familiar voice from the distance.

”Uncle Geron?”

Looking at the handsome middle-aged man in the distance, Ajax politely greeted Geron.

”Brother Gaimont, how are you?”

After nodding his head at Ajax, Geron hurriedly greeted Gaimont with a polite look on his face.

”Little brother Geron seemed to become more powerful than before.”

As for Gaimont, he replied to Geron with a slight smile on his face.

Looking at the two talking with each other, Ajax was not surprised because one is the king of the middle section of the cursed wilderness whereas another one was the king of one of the territories in the inner section.

Also, another thing Ajax noticed was Geron was respectful to Gaimont from the start.

”Ajax, what are you doing here?”

”Uncle Geron, what are you doing here?”

All of a sudden. Both Geron and Ajax asked the same question at the same time.

”Me? I came to meet the king of the spirit beast kings.”

Once again both answered at the same time which made Gaimont laugh.

”We came here to help…...”

Soon, Gaimont explained the reason why they came here.

Since Gaimont had already known that Geron and Skaros were the sworn brothers, he said everything to Geron without any fear.

”Oh.”

Geron nodded his head with a slight smile on his face.

”Ajax, do you want to meet the King?”

After learning about the purpose of their visit, Geron looked at Ajax before asking him.

”Hmm...I will meet if itʼs possible.”

After listening to their talk, Ajax understood that Geron was close to the king. So, he wanted to use this opportunity to see the king of the spirit beast kings.

”But, I heard that he is not seeing anyone for a week.”

Soon, after giving his earlier reply, Ajax shook his head.

”You donʼt need to worry about it. Since you want to meet the king, I will help you with it.”

With a slight smile on his face, Geron replied to Ajax before turning towards the old cave and said, ʼBring brother, I brought your benefactor.ʼ

Geronʼs last words, he didnʼt dare to speak out loud; instead, he used the voice transmission to communicate with Skaros.

ʼHuh? Benefactor?ʼ

Soon, Skaors, who was lazily sitting in his old cave raised his brows when he heard Geronʼs words.

ʼYes, brother. I got the advanced essence pills from this young man beside me.ʼ

For a high-level cultivator like Skaros, he could clearly see Ajax from his place.

After checking Ajax for a few moments, he said, ”You three can enter the cave.”

As soon as he finished his words, the vines that were blocking the old cave moved away and the entrance is now clear to walk into the old cave.
