Reborn at Boot Camp: General, Don’t Mess Around!

Chapter 5042: Powerless To StopEditor: Henyee Translations

Ten minutes. He had been chasing after the prisoner for ten minutes, but no police came. Xia Jinyuan had a very bad feeling.

A Jeep with a luggage rack roared past him. Xia Jinyuan, who was running in front, noticed that the window of the Jeep suddenly rolled down and a man’s arm reached out...

As if he had expected something, Xia Jinyuan reacted quickly and shouted, ”Retract your hand!”

He shouted loudly. The four young men and women in the Jeep, including the driver, heard him. The young man who stretched out his arm continued to stretch his hand out and laughed wantonly. ”Damn it, I just want to high-five him. How dare he ask me to retract my hand?”

”Damn it, you’re sitting in the car while he’s running on the road. Why do you still want to high-five him?” The young man driving laughed. The sunlight passed through the car window, and a few resplendent rays of light appeared beside his ears.

It was the light from the crystals on his earrings. There were two in his right ear and three in his left ear.

The four young people were only 21 or 22 years old and were squandering their youth. They had the capital to squander and the financial resources to support them.

”Oh, there’s someone running in front. Do you want to give him a high five too?”

The journey was too boring. They just wanted to find something to do. They didn’t care if it was exciting or dangerous. As long as they had a thought, they would act on it.

They didn’t expect to be in danger. They were just looking for something to do.

”F*ck, he’s running like a rabbit. I’ll high-five him.” The young man stretched out his arm and combed his hair behind his head with one hand. His actions were carefree, and he had the intention of looking handsome.

The young girl sitting at the side hugged a pillow, laughing until she bent over. Her long yellow hair hung down from her shoulders. One could vaguely see a face with heavy makeup. There was also a flash of bright red. It was the color of her lips.

The girl straightened her back and raised her hand to comb her hair on her forehead. Compared to the handsome young men, the girl’s actions were more charming. Her red lips curled up as she giggled. ”You’re all so lame.”

”I’ve been driving for six hours. I’m so bored that my balls are moldy. Hey, stop the car for me! I’ll get out of the car and high-five the rabbit man!”

”Hahahaha, bastard, do you dare to get out of the car and call him Mr. Rabbit to his face?” The young man driving laughed even louder. ”If you dare to do that, I’ll call you ’Daddy’ for a day!”

”F*ck, let’s do it! Stop the car, stop the car!” The young man retracted his hand and patted the headrest of the main seat. ”Damn it, I can’t wait to hear you call me ’Daddy.’”

The two girls in the car laughed until their laughter echoed in the car.

Xia Jinyuan saw the arm that was stretched out of the car retract. His heart, which was in his throat, was about to relax. In the end...

The speeding Jeep braked abruptly and stopped with a sharp screech. The four people, including the driver, fell forward due to inertia.

The car door opened.

”Drive! Drive! Murderer in front!” Xia Jinyuan cursed.. His voice was so loud that the green veins on his neck appeared hideously.

He was less than 30 meters away from the escaped prisoner. He used all his strength to close the distance. However, even if Xia Jinyuan had a premonition, he was powerless to stop what was happening.
