The Almighty Ring

After pulling the two strong men aside and having them explain themselves, only then did Jiang Fei understand the situation.

These two guys were brothers. Brother Xiong’s full name was Xiong Dazhuang, whereas the other thug was Xiong Erzhuang. Not only had they been orphaned early, but they also had another younger sister to care for. This road to a life of back-alley dealings and mugging had not been of their choosing.

As Xiong Erzhuang was a rash person, the pressure of raising the three of them fell on Xiong Dazhuang’s shoulders. Fortunately, both brothers were physically gifted. It did not take long for them to rise up the ranks, eventually occupying the gaming center beneath Manda Square.

Xiong Dazhuang did not go to school, but he was very fond of listening to stories, especially those that involved the “code of brotherhood,” such as “The Three Musketeers and Three Heroes” and “Water Margin.” He adored the heroes and doughty warriors within the novels. This was why the two brothers had acted out such a scene just as Jiang Fei was about to leave the place. Their lives were indebted to him!

“Young master Ah Fei, we brothers do not fear death. But our sister is really still young. We’re all that she has. We’re unable to repay your kindness for saving our lives today. Therefore, we would follow you to the ends of the earth, master! Please, leave us in your care!”

Xiong Dazhuang had made up his mind.

“That’s right!” Xiong Erzhuang nodded.

He was not exactly muddle-headed, but he was not very bright either. He once fell terribly ill in his childhood, but they could not afford a doctor back then. However, he knew that his elder brother would never hurt him. Therefore, he would agree to whatever Xiong Dazhuang said!

“What the f*ck! Why do I need the two of you for?! Returning home with two extra mouths asking for food? How do I even begin explaining it all to my parents?!”

Jiang Fei realized that Xiong Dazhuang was a mule. He had set his heart on becoming Jiang Fei’s subordinate, and there was nothing that Jiang Fei could do to stop him!

“Young master, not just two extra mouths. We still have a younger sister!”

It was hard to tell if Xiong Erzhuang was being witty or just plain dumb.

“F*ck! You have a younger sister too!” Jiang Fei spat as he forgotten about the poor little girl.

“Yes! My younger sister!” Xiong Er nodded earnestly.

“What the f*ck! I’m not doing this!”

Jiang Fei raised his arms up in exasperation and turned away.

“Xiong Er, keep up!”

The moment Xiong Dazhuang saw Jiang Fei leaving, he quickly followed. He even made sure that his younger brother followed.

“F*ck! Why are you guys following me?” There and the, Jiang Fei almost lost his mind as he snarled.

“Oh yeah, my sister too. I’ll get her!” Xiong Erzhuang turned and ran back.

“What the f*ck! Have you guys been sent by God, intending to clog up my arteries till I die?”

Jiang Fei was starting to feel faint.

“Young master Ah Fei, no offense. My brother isn’t exactly right in the head. He only sees things by its literal meaning, metaphors just fly over his head…” Xiong Dazhuang started explaining.

“Explain your sister’s *ss!” Jiang Fei roared in rage as the man who ran off reminded him of a certain character from a certain movie about a certain space adventure.

“Brother? Who’s looking for me?” asked a girl with a silvery voice.

“Sister, this is Young master Jiang Fei, and he was asking for you!”

Xiong Erzhuang was truly efficient. He had returned in a blink of an eye with his sister in tow. Those unaware of the full picture might even assume this to be the kidnapping of a teenage girl!

“Huh? Who are you?” asked the girl doubtfully, as her brother grabbed her by the shoulders and placed her before Jiang Fei.

“Oh my lord! You truly have a sister?!”

There and then, Jiang Fei felt like pulling out tufts of hair from his head.

“Young master Ah Fei, this is our sister. Her name is Xiong Nini. She’s 15 years old. She’s about the same age as you, Young master!” Xiong Dazhuang had even started providing an explanation.

“Sister, call him Young master Ah Fei. From now on, he’ll be taking care of our daily meals!”

Xiong Erzhuang was even more enthusiastic. Was he suddenly becoming clever, or did he actually have a sharp memory? He had not neglected to mention that they were going to have free food!

“Huh? You’re going to raise the three of us?”

Xiong Nini was not afraid of strangers at all. She swiftly ran up to Jiang Fei and started surveying him from left to right. She even pinched Jiang Fei’s face a few times with her small hands.

“Keep your hands off me! These two guys are nuts, that’s it!” Jiang Fei had roared in rage.

“Young master Ah Fei, you can’t just nurture my sister alone! The two of us need to eat as well!” said Xiong Erzhuang.

“Young master Ah Fei, the three of us are your servants from now on. It’ll be a blessing for my sister if you fancy her! You, taking good care of her is all I ask for!”

Xiong Dazhuang was completely obsessed with Wuxia novels. It only took the slightest gust of wind to send him into a long ramble that went all the way to his younger sister’s marriage.

“Hey! Are you two trying to sell me off?” said Xiong Nini, stomping her foot as she glared at Xiong Dazhuang and Xiong Erzhuang.

“F*ck! Finally, there’s one among the three siblings who’s normal!” Jiang Fei breathed a sigh of relief.

“Hmm, but you’re pretty cute yourself. If you can defeat me, I may consider becoming your girlfriend!”

Before Jiang Fei’s sigh could even leave his lips, Xiong Nini suddenly rushed up to him and whispered into his ear.

“Are you guys retards?!” Jiang Fei felt more than a cluster of nerves blowing up in his skull.

“Cutie, here I come!” Xiong Nini whispered on.

“What?” Jiang Fei blinked. He barely saw a flying fist headed straight for his eyes.

“F*ck your sister! Where did these psychos come from?” Jiang Fei groaned in his heart. But he did not dare lower his guard. He tilted his body to the side and dodged the girl’s punch. Then, he stepped out of range.

“Hee hee, you really know a thing or two. Cutie, I’m starting to like you!”

Seeing how Jiang Fei managed to dodge her surprise attack, Xiong Nini gave a tinkly laugh. At the same time, she charged forth, clawing at his groin!

“*&%@$#! Where did this crazy girl come from?” Jiang Fei scrambled back several steps. Fortunately, the Cat Spirit Boots gave him great speed. He had just saved his marbles!

“Yes! That’s right! That’s my sister!” Xiong Erzhuang had even started cheering for his sister!

“F*ck! Are you sure that none of you need any medication?” Jiang Fei roared in rage.

“That’s not it! I’m not crazy! My brother brought me to the hospital for a test before!”

Xiong Erzhuang had answered earnestly.

“Hee hee, Cutie, don’t you run!”

Xiong Nini caught up to him again. She flung herself at Jiang Fei with bared fangs.

“F*ck! C’mon, drop it already!”

Jiang Fei truly did not want to strike a girl. Therefore, he continued evading her blows.

“Not yet!”

Xiong Nini flung herself at Jiang Fei once again.

“F*ck!”

Jiang Fei finally lost his patience. Three was the limit. Jiang Fei decided to teach this girl a lesson. She needed to know her boundaries!

“Be obedient and get down!” Jiang Fei slanted his body a little. Utilizing his speed and agility, he dashed to her side, lifting a foot up to trip her up. The effects were dramatic.

“Argh!” Xiong Nini screamed as she went down.

“Oh boy!” Jiang Fei sighed. It was true that Xiong Nini was getting a little carried away, but she did not deserve to take such a hard fall. He grabbed hold of her wrist and pulled her back up, saving her from a bad fall.

Then, Jiang Fei wrapped his arms around the girl, locking her arms up. He could not risk being taken by surprise yet again.

“Argh!”

Xiong Nini tried to flail free but to no avail. It was impossible for a girl to have greater strength than Jiang Fei.

“Hey! That’s enough!” Jiang Fei lowered his head to met her eyes and gave her a warning.

“Yup! You’re truly awesome. From now on, you’re my boyfriend!”

Without any warning, Xiong Nini stood up on her toes, reached out and kissed Jiang Fei on the face.
