After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

Chapter 1573: Chapter 438: Kimmich: I, the New Kevin, Want Money (Subscription Requested)

Bayern’s use of the 442 formation today is essentially Van Gaal’s 433, with Müller’s position as a shadow striker rather than an advanced forward.

Olic is the one at the forefront.

Klose’s role as a pivot might be better, but Van Gaal still chooses to rely on the energetic Olic.

During this period, Bayern is retreating, and Olic completely sees himself as a forward defender.

Modric passes the ball forward, and as soon as Huang Kaiwen takes the ball, six defensive players appear around him.

Huntelaar also abandons the middle and runs to the left side of the penalty area to receive the ball.

The advancing Ashley Cole points to one side, signaling Huang Kaiwen to pass the ball to him.

Both teams’ players are clustered near the left side.

Huang Kaiwen nudges the ball with his right foot towards the left and immediately makes a cutback.

Van Bommel doesn’t dare to step back, standing in front of the penalty area waiting for Huang Kaiwen.

Schweinsteiger chases behind Huang Kaiwen.

There’s a chance!

Van Bommel feels that Schweini’s defense is good this time.

Although Huang Kaiwen is formidable, Schweini is right at his rear flank, yet Huang Kaiwen does not change direction and still charges forward with the ball.

This seems somewhat disrespectful.

Just a few meters, just a couple of strides.

Van Bommel tightens the muscles in his calf.

As Huang Kaiwen approaches, Van Bommel suddenly stretches his foot.

To prevent Huang Kaiwen from having time to react, he extends his leg quite swiftly this time.

But Huang Kaiwen, originally dribbling, suddenly makes a deft cut as if he doesn’t need to react at all, easily dodging the outstretched leg.

Demichelis quickly shifts his steps to cover for Van Bommel.

Lahm passes Huntelaar on to Robben and runs towards Huang Kaiwen.

Whack—

Just as Bayern’s players start to react, Huang Kaiwen has already sent the ball away.

Huntelaar, on the left side of the big penalty area, makes a run towards the center, the ball rolling perfectly in front of him, not needing any adjustment, just a lift of the foot will suffice to strike. Butt, at the near post, gets down to block the low shot; Huntelaar’s fierce right-footed kick easily sends the ball into the right side of the goal.

3:1!

The scoring Huntelaar glances sideways at Robben, gives a light hum, spreads his arms, and rushes towards Huang Kaiwen.

Robben clenches his fist, had he brought an iron rod, he would have really wanted to give Huntelaar a thrashing!

”Goal!!!”

”Goal!!!”

”Goal!!!”

”Kevin!!!”

”Just as the first half was about to enter injury time, Kevin performed a miracle once again.”

”Bayern, shrinking their entire team, almost left no space, yet Kevin danced the Bavarian steps in front of Bayern’s entire defense, easily playing with half of Bayern’s team, attracting the opponents’ defense and then feeding the ball to Huntelaar’s mouth. Forget about being a professional player, even if Chelsea’s owner stood there, he could have put the ball in.”

”That wealthy Russian has already managed a game, fulfilling his coaching aspirations; if one day he registers himself as a player, it wouldn’t be surprising. As long as he plays alongside Kevin, he too could potentially score in a UEFA Champions League final.”

”Van Gaal thought his tactical adjustments were excellent, wanting to maintain a 2:1 score, but his experience betrayed him. Breaking through dense defenses is incredibly difficult for many teams. Schweinsteiger sticking closely to Kevin and denying him a long shot is one way to limit Chelsea’s scoring methods, but he should have understood that in this world, there is a method called the Kevin-style of breaking dense defenses, which basically means giving the ball to Kevin and letting him bypass most of the opponent’s players on his own!”

Stunned!

Even Van Gaal didn’t anticipate conceding a goal this way.

Bayern’s players had compressed the space remarkably, forming an ironclad defense in front of the penalty area.

Even when Huang Kaiwen took the ball on the left, there were many people around him.

But even in such a situation, it seemed as if Huang Kaiwen faced no difficulty while dribbling.

With several swift changes of direction, he easily found an opening to provide an assist.

If not for his familiarity with Bayern players’ skills, he would have thought they were youth team kids defending against Huang Kaiwen.

Too easy.

They couldn’t even disrupt this attack.

So many defensive players and yet none could even touch the ball.

In all his years of coaching.

It’s the first time Van Gaal doesn’t know what to do.

Make a substitution?

Who could he bring on to stop Huang Kaiwen?

Van Gaal just stares blankly at the field.

Unnoticed even as the game resumes.

Luckily, Bayern players managed to hold on during injury time without conceding again.

”We are the champions, we are the champions...”

Chelsea fans excitedly bounce up and down in the stands.

The Bayern fans, who were jubilant after Robben’s goal, have fallen silent.

The fans are a good reflection of the players’ mentality.

Both teams walk towards the sidelines.

Bayern players hang their heads, morale low.

Chelsea’s side is full of chatter and laughter.

Huntelaar can’t seem to keep himself off Huang Kaiwen’s back.

The next time Dutch reporters ask him why he has been quiet, he has something to say.

Look at Kevin’s passes, then look at Sneijder’s.

If Sneijder could deliver balls like Kevin does, would he still be struggling?

Chelsea’s coaching staff floods the sidelines.

English already prepared with ice packs and spray cans.

Boas is the first to hand Huang Kaiwen a water bottle and towel.

Mourinho elbows Huntelaar aside, affectionately wrapping his arm around Huang Kaiwen.

Faria bends over, standing next to Mourinho.

”How are you feeling, Kevin?”

Mourinho asks.

”I feel fine, Bayern’s tactics seem to be derived from the Dutch total football; their setup is quite formidable, but our tactics are better, Gareth on the right gave them considerable pressure, so I felt quite relaxed today.”

Huang Kaiwen wipes his sweat and says.

Faria quickly takes the towel, holding it in his hands.

”That’s good, our owner has prepared quite a feast. We used high-grade air fresheners in the locker room today, but if you’re worried about the smell, you don’t have to go back, I can have Rui bring your things over.”

Mourinho says.

”Forget it.”

Huang Kaiwen shakes his head and replies.

”Then let’s go.”

Mourinho wraps his arm around Huang Kaiwen and walks towards the tunnel, completely ignoring the cameras right beside him.

14-year-old Joshua Kimmich watches the dejected Bayern players on TV, then looks at today’s star.

He feels that his understanding of football has been mistaken.

In the Stuttgart youth team, the coach has always made him play as a full-back.

But after seeing Huang Kaiwen’s treatment and performance today, Kimmich feels that playing a full-back is pointless, playing as a winger is the way to go!

Look at Mourinho’s demeanor.

Look at the Chelsea coaching staff’s behavior.

Only wingers receive such treatment.

The Bale who played today also switched from full-back to winger.

That’s a great example.

Kimmich decides to talk to the youth team coach before the next season.

He wants to play as a winger.

And wear the number ten jersey.

If the coach disagrees, then he’ll terminate his contract with Stuttgart.

If worst comes to worst, he’ll have his father take him to the UK for a trial.

Given his talent, surely there’s a coach somewhere who will like him? Fabregas could play in the Premier League at 16, and so can Joshua Kimmich!
