After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

Chapter 1355: Chapter 396: Bale Is Not a Bad Person

”After Kevin’s return, Chelsea transformed from a dull and conservative team into the world’s most entertaining football representative, that’s the magic of Kevin... Mourinho made a substitution, and Kevin indeed should take a break.”

After Huntelaar’s reminder, Huang Kaiwen noticed the fourth official on the sidelines holding up the substitution board.

Huang Kaiwen slowly walked to the sidelines, raising his arms and continuously clapping towards the stands.

Stamford Bridge Stadium erupted with a sea of cheers.

The whole process lasted over a minute before Huang Kaiwen reached the sidelines.

The referee did not rush him.

”Good luck, mate.”

Huang Kaiwen hugged Higuain, patted him on the back twice before stepping off.

Higuain nodded and charged onto the field.

”Take a rest.”

Mourinho put his arm around Huang Kaiwen’s neck and said, ”Join me at the press conference later, if you don’t go, those reporters will kill me.”

”I always feel you’re the one who would kill them, because they don’t have the capability to threaten you, coach.”

Huang Kaiwen said.

Mourinho smiled and nodded, giving a gentle push from behind to let Huang Kaiwen go rest.

Isn’t football just this simple?

Make the right tactical arrangements, and you can easily crush your opponent.

Seeing Huang Kaiwen return.

The persistent Ashley Cole was still persuading Huang Kaiwen to join him at fashion week.

Ashley Cole knew very well.

Not everyone is blind like Cheryl.

Especially those famous models, they wouldn’t even glance at him.

But bringing Huang Kaiwen was different, there are only women who want to sleep with Huang Kaiwen, and those who have already slept with him.

This guy’s fame is just too enormous.

With Huang Kaiwen, his actions would be much lighter.

The two of them were chatting intermittently.

Huang Kaiwen really wasn’t interested.

Just as the match was about to end, Bale made a sliding tackle from behind on Mascherano and got a red card, nearly causing a brawl between the players.

As he was leaving the field.

Bale felt a bit uneasy in his heart.

After all, Mourinho is a coach who emphasizes tactical discipline.

He steeled himself and walked towards Mourinho, but before he could speak, Mourinho patted him on the shoulder twice and said, ”Go take a shower, you played well today.”

Bale widened his eyes in surprise, his cheeks looking even more sunken.

He didn’t expect Mourinho to forgive him so easily.

It seemed he hadn’t been wrong at all.

Bale nodded and walked straight down the tunnel.

Because of this red card, there wasn’t much action from either team in the final stage of the match.

Ultimately, Chelsea achieved a 7-0 victory at home over Liverpool.

Huang Kaiwen got up and followed Mourinho to the press hall.

At this time, the Fleet Street reporters couldn’t wait.

Kevin’s return to the football scene, especially in such a high-stakes match between Chelsea and Liverpool, was buzzing with topics.

There were also reporters from other European countries, and today the Stamford Bridge press hall was highly sought after.

With the appearance of Huang Kaiwen and Mourinho.

The reporters couldn’t hold back, eager to ask questions.

”Kevin, after this return, will you continue to play?”

”What was the key to today’s big win, Jose?”

”You say Chelsea doesn’t overly depend on anyone, but why does Chelsea rarely score more than 3 goals when Kevin isn’t playing?”

”Bale’s foul today was very rough, should he be heavily punished?”

”Rafa, will you resign as a result?”

Benitez, after sitting down, said: ”Actually, losing to Chelsea isn’t a big deal, because many teams have lost by a large margin to Chelsea. We lost to Kevin, not to Chelsea’s tactics, Kevin indeed has superior skills. Alright, that’s it, I have to go comfort my players.”

If it weren’t for the requirement to attend a press conference.

Benitez wouldn’t have even wanted to come.

After being thrashed, reporters wouldn’t have anything nice to say.

In this situation, saying a few words and leaving is the most normal choice.

Mourinho showed a disdainful smile.

He felt that Benitez, a coach from Real Madrid, showed no class.

”Jose, say something.”

Mourinho elegantly smiled and said: ”The number of goals doesn’t matter, the most important thing is the victory. Kevin is our most important player, but Chelsea won’t overly rely on him.”

”Then why did Kevin return after Chelsea lost, did you call him to beg him to play again?”

The reporter pushed further.

Mourinho reacted with a cold smile, raised three fingers and said: ”Before Kevin came, I won three league titles with Chelsea. Before I went to the Premier League, I also won the treble. Football is like that, a superstar can change a lot, but I still maintain that Chelsea is everyone’s team. You shouldn’t always focus excessively on Kevin’s impact, because the victory belongs to everyone on the team.”

Mourinho knew the reporter wanted to stir up trouble between him and Huang Kaiwen.

But he just couldn’t hold back.

When others denied his contribution, Mourinho couldn’t help but say these things.

Because of such questions, Mourinho didn’t want to talk to reporters any further.

If he continued to speak, it would end up like some situations with Ferguson, directly pointing at the reporter’s nose and cursing.

There was no need to make it ugly after a win today.

Seeing Mourinho’s reluctance to speak, the reporters turned to Huang Kaiwen and asked, ”Kevin, do you think Gareth Bale’s foul should receive a severe punishment?”

Huang Kaiwen pulled the microphone over and said: ”Gareth isn’t a bad person, he’s a very outstanding player. Going from a Tottenham substitute to a Chelsea starter is a huge leap for anyone. In such a situation, he can’t easily make a mental adjustment. Think about it, a Welsh lad leaving home to play in London, and for the newly crowned five-time champions Chelsea, he’s bound to feel anxious, and losing control of his emotions on the field is quite normal. We should be more patient with talented young people...”
