After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

Chapter 1280: Chapter 382: UEFA Tears Into the FA (Part 5)

”Shakira is also a guest performer today, she’s basically Huang Kaiwen’s go-to singer, frequently accepting invitations from Huang Kaiwen’s team.”

Shakira’s performance was evidently more serious than the others.

It was clear that she put her heart into it.

Unfortunately, she’s been very busy recently; otherwise, Yellow Ball King would certainly take her home to recuperate.

”Chelsea Club owner Abramovich made an appearance.”

After the performance ended, Abramovich was pushed forward by the players.

Standing on the temporary stage, holding a microphone, Abramovich said excitedly: ”At the beginning of the season, also here at Stamford Bridge, I said I signed the best player in football history. I believe you’re satisfied with the results Kevin and the team have produced. As long as you’re happy, I’ll be happy too.”

Stamford Bridge erupted in thunderous cheers.

The Chelsea fans clearly knew who brought everything to them.

Whether it was Mourinho or Huang Kaiwen, nothing would have been possible with Chelsea without Abramovich.

”Alright, next let the coaching staff and players take the cheers, ah, by the way, I’m also part of the coaching staff.”

Abramovich said.

A good-natured chuckle rose from the scene.

Chelsea indeed had more people in the technical area this season.

There were even fans calling for a lucky fan to be chosen to manage a Chelsea match.

Chelsea Club could only handle such things discreetly.

Walking out, Mourinho had both hands in his pockets, surveying the entire Stamford Bridge.

Although he had been coaching Chelsea for a long time, this was definitely one of the most glorious moments of his life.

Champions and the joy they bring are not simply additive, but multiplicative.

Mourinho’s eyes gradually moistened.

Even he hadn’t expected that after being sacked by Chelsea last year, he would lead them to four championships this year.

Mourinho looked at Huang Kaiwen, who had been pushed forward by his teammates.

This was all brought about by the number ten.

Strong skills, excellent performance in big games.

More crucially,

the biggest contributor to his return to Chelsea was Huang Kaiwen.

If not for Abramovich inviting him because of Huang Kaiwen’s advice, there’s no way he’d be this successful now, nor able to avenge Barcelona in the final.

Standing on stage, Huang Kaiwen smiled and said: ”I don’t really know what to say, because words always seem very pale. Winning the championship is a wonderful thing, perhaps we should sing another song.”

The DJ at Stamford Bridge directly played the accompaniment; this wasn’t even coordinated in advance.

But once the accompaniment started, it became a scene of full chorus.

Fans in the stands stood shoulder to shoulder, arms around known or unknown people’s shoulders.

The players too huddled together, stretching their necks and singing loudly:

”... but I survived, I will continue, we are the champions, my friends, we will fight to the end. We are the champions, we are the champions.”

...

Returning home from Stamford Bridge with Huang Kaiwen were his teammates.

Worried earlier they’d miss the parade, Huang Kaiwen wouldn’t refuse now.

Terry, holding a beer bottle, sat next to Huang Kaiwen, watching the teammates play around, said: ”Even now, it feels like a dream. Ever since winning the UEFA Champions League, I haven’t slept well a single day, afraid I’d wake up to find it was all a dream, and Chelsea was still a mid-level team, and I was just John Terry.”

”When one lacks for nothing, it’s easy to become sentimental.”

Huang Kaiwen laughed and said: ”Those struggling for survival wouldn’t be like this. I suggest you donate all your money to me, then you’d only think more about earning money.”

”Get lost!”

Terry playfully punched Huang Kaiwen on the shoulder, laughingly said: ”You’re already so rich, why need more money?”

”I also don’t know.”

Huang Kaiwen sighed and said: ”Maybe I’m just scared of being poor. When you work hard for decades and still can’t afford a place to live, and one illness leaves the family penniless, this feeling you wouldn’t understand.”

”Well, I admittedly don’t quite get it.”

Terry shook his head and said.

Though his family situation was average, Britain has its own national conditions.

”Hey, Kevin, come take a look.” Ashley Cole waved and called out.

Huang Kaiwen walked over, seeing Ballack acting drunk.

The guy was evidently too drunk.

He was even mimicking that art student.

Fortunately, no one was recording; otherwise, that exposure would be another major incident.

”Michael, keep an eye on him.”

Huang Kaiwen waved at Essien and said.

”What’s wrong, wasn’t it quite fun?”

Essien scratched the back of his head and asked.

Huang Kaiwen: ...

Players indeed lack political sensitivity.

Looks like only university students can handle this.

”Sergio.”

”Kevin, calling me?”

”Keep an eye on them, and see if anyone’s recording. Delete it if they are, and don’t let them get too carried away.” Huang Kaiwen patted Ramos on the shoulder and said: ”You’re a university student, you should know what should and shouldn’t be done.”

Feeling somewhat exhausted, Huang Kaiwen finished speaking and went inside to turn on the TV.

The TV was just broadcasting a football program.

The female announcer excitedly said: ”The FA’s official website just announced a punishment: Chelsea player Kevin is fined £20,000 and suspended for 3 matches for inappropriate remarks about the referees. The FA’s website states each player and coach should respect the referees, as their refereeing in the Premier League indicates they have the necessary skill.”

”What do they want?”

Unnoticed when he arrived, behind Huang Kaiwen, Terry widened his eyes and said: ”Don’t they know what consequence this might lead to?”

Huang Kaiwen shrugged.

The FA is still arrogant, feeling like they’re number one in the world.

UEFA didn’t punish Yellow Ball King, yet the FA did.

”Damn it, those bastards, dictators, don’t worry, let me call Kenyon immediately to file an appeal.”

Terry, emotionally agitated, said.

He fished out his phone and walked out.

Just happened to have a bit to drink, Huang Kaiwen impulsively opened his computer and wrote on social media: ”Football is a beautiful journey, a wonderful sport. Thanks to every teammate, coach, and team doctor, thanks to every fan who supported me, now it’s time to say goodbye.”

With his status update,

the social software’s server almost exploded.

From the first fan who noticed Huang Kaiwen’s status, the number of readings and comments skyrocketed.

UEFA even quickly responded, writing on their website: ”The Premier League referees’ officiating lacks consistency, with many judgments lacking basis. The same fouls result in different decisions for different teams. Kevin’s words aren’t problematic. Yet the FA chose to penalize the truth-teller, leading to Kevin’s decision to hang up his boots, which is undoubtedly the biggest scandal of the football season!”
