Urban Divine Doctor Descends the Mountain

Chapter 1558: Chapter 1557: Lin Dong, What Are You Doing Here?

The next day, the sun had risen high into the sky.

Early in the morning, Qiao Bing left contentedly, heading for the hospital.

As for Lin Dong, he went to the Martial Arbitration Union.

Today, the Martial Arbitration Union was to announce two major matters.

First, Lin Dong was to assume the position of chief of the six chiefs of the Martial Arbitration Union.

Second, in the capacity of chief of the Martial Arbitration Union, Lin Dong was formally to issue a ”Martial Alliance War” to the Martial Arts World of Yinghua Country. With this Martial Alliance War, there would be a justified cause!

If Lin Dong actually turned the Martial Arts World of Yinghua Country into a river of blood, then the World’s Martial Union would have nothing to say.

Because, that was in accordance with the rules of the World Martial Arts Community!

Moreover, the Heavenly Realm martial artists of Yinghua Country who stayed out of the world could not intervene; otherwise, they would be breaking the rules set by the World’s Martial Union.

Lin Dong arrived at the Martial Arbitration Union before eight o’clock in the morning.

Members of the Martial Arbitration Union were still unaware of what was going to happen today.

The fact that the National Technique Tower had been breached through six levels and Elder Chen, the former chief of the Martial Arbitration Union, was going to resign and cede his place, was known only to members of the Martial Arbitration Union at the Six Elders rank and a few other Earth Realm martial artists!

Besides them, only such powerful, well-informed forces as the Lin Family from the Capital City and King Kunlun were aware of it.

Other people did not yet know about it.

When Lin Dong arrived, he did not specifically inform the six chiefs but came quietly and discreetly.

When he arrived outside the Martial Arbitration Union, he suddenly heard a familiar figure.

It was Qiao Xue!

Next to Qiao Xue was a woman, who was talking with Qiao Xue at the moment.

”Qiao Xue, my junior, you have always told me you wanted to learn about the affairs of the Martial Arts World. Today, I have brought you here to this Martial Arbitration Union.”

”I pleaded with my boyfriend for a long time before he managed to get two invitations. We’ll sneak in later!”

The speaker was Qiao Xue’s senior from university, originally from the Capital City, and the young Miss Huang Feifei from a small clan, the Huang Family, in the Capital City.

During university, she had a good relationship with Qiao Xue. A month ago, she incidentally learned that Qiao Xue had become the fiancee of Lin Tian from the top-tier big family, LinTian, of the Capital City.

Immediately, she began to get close to Qiao Xue.

Qiao Xue, who valued old acquaintances, because she had known her since university, was very friendly towards her.

In business aspects, they cooperated on many projects, giving her a number of opportunities.

Because of Qiao Xue, Huang Feifei’s family directly entered a new stratum.

From a family with assets less than ten billion, they leapfrogged to several billions, quintupling their familial assets after acquiring some resources from the Lin Family of the Capital City.

And she was even more eager to please Qiao Xue, frequently going to chat with her, inviting her to meals, and taking her to various places in the Capital City.

Recently, upon hearing that Qiao Xue wanted to know more about the Martial Arts World, she coincidentally started dating a boyfriend from the martial arts circles.

Her boyfriend was a martial artist, a Martial Arts Master at that. With his family’s influence, he had joined the Martial Arbitration Union.

She had learned from her boyfriend that today, the Martial Arbitration Union would hold a very grand ceremony, and it seemed that a big shot from the Martial Arts World was about to officially announce his joining the Martial Arbitration Union!

She begged her boyfriend for a long time and finally, he managed to get two admission tickets!

Of course, the names on these two tickets weren’t theirs, but someone else’s. However, Huang Feifei thought they could just blend in and sneak in.

The Martial Arbitration Union wasn’t really that strict with checks, as few people dared to do such a thing.

After all, no one dared to challenge the authority of the Martial Arbitration Union, let alone engage in deception on their turf.

It must be said that Huang Feifei was bold as a calf unafraid of tigers, and her boyfriend, too, was quite audacious to dare to help her in this way.

Qiao Xue also really wanted to learn more about the Martial Arts World because the person she admired in her heart was Master Lin from the Martial Arts World.

However, what puzzled her was that after arriving in the Capital City, she found that she couldn’t get any news about the Martial Arts World at all.

She didn’t even know what rumors there were about Master Lin from the Martial Arts World.

Every time she asked those servants from the Lin family who were from the Martial Arts World, they wouldn’t answer her, only telling her that their young master was Master Lin.

And this time, being brought by Huang Feifei to the Martial Arbitration Union, she was quite happy and excited.

”Understanding more about the Martial Arts World, I can learn more about Master Lin, after all, I don’t want to be from two different worlds than Master Lin,” Qiao Xue thought to herself.

Huang Feifei continued, saying, ”Qiao Xue, junior, I’m taking a big risk this time, I really begged my boyfriend for a long, long time, and even agreed to his many unreasonable demands before he reluctantly agreed to help me.”

Hearing this, Qiao Xue said gratefully, ”Feifei, thank you so much. I will remember this favor.”

”Hahaha...” Huang Feifei was joyful inside but laughingly said, ”Qiao Xue, junior, I didn’t do this for any benefits. I just saw that you are really interested in the Martial Arts World, and I thought doing this would make you happy.”

At this point, Huang Feifei looked somewhat puzzled, ”Well, Qiao Xue, junior, given that your fiance Lin Tiance, Young Master Lin, is a martial artist of the Martial Arts World.”

”Why doesn’t he take you to some gatherings of the Martial Arts Community so you can get more exposure to the martial arts circles?”

Qiao Xue shook her head, ”I don’t know, but he has never let me be involved with the martial arts circles, nor has he taken me to any gatherings of the Martial Arts World.”

”It might be that he doesn’t really want me to be involved in the Martial Arts World, perhaps? The Martial Arts World must be very dangerous...”

Hearing this, Huang Feifei nodded and stuck out her tongue, saying,

”What’s the big deal? It’s not like you have to fight with martial artists, what’s the harm in just learning a bit?”

Qiao Xue felt the same way, which is why she couldn’t understand why Lin Tiance was unwilling to let her learn about the Martial Arts World.

As the two of them were speaking, suddenly, Qiao Xue saw Lin Dong.

”Lin Dong, what are you doing here?”

Seeing Lin Dong, Qiao Xue was taken aback and shouted out loud towards him.

Initially, Lin Dong, upon spotting her, didn’t want to greet her and planned to just head in.

But since he had already been seen by her, naturally Lin Dong couldn’t just pretend not to see her.

So, he walked over to her!

”I am here at the Martial Arbitration Union to attend the inauguration ceremony!” Lin Dong said, frowning, ”What about you? What are you doing here?”

He was puzzled, as Qiao Xue was neither a martial artist nor a member of the Martial Arbitration Union, so what was she doing here?
