Tempest of the Stellar War

“Will there still be activities for tomorrow? Why don’t we lure her to the school?”

“Yes, the three of us shall devise a plan!”

The three of them whispered secretively. Wang Zheng leapt onto the bed. “Stop with the day dreaming; we are done with the program today. We are done!”

Yao Ailun and the rest felt hugely disappointed, but they were quickly distracted by the gifts. Ailun and Chen Xiu were impatient in nature. Both guys boasted to those in the Skeleton Corps and attracted waves of envy.

Wang Zheng shook his head helplessly. He was already thinking about his future plans. He had decided to continue assisting with Xiao Fei’s research plans. Given the team that Xiao Fei had, in addition to the specialists and professionals present, there was a high chance of success. The initial part in collecting research data was the most difficult to complete. However, they still possessed a good chance to do so.

It all boiled down to whether or not Xiaosu was able to convince his old man.

Wang Zheng initially thought that his mission to serve Huiyin had been completed. However, who would have thought that after an entire day of lessons, duty would come calling again…

Huiyin had requested for Wang Zheng and Ye Zisu to accompany her for a movie. Was she really just here to play?

Wang Zheng was speechless, but as it was the school’s official assignment, he could not refuse it. Moreover, it was an opportunity that others would have killed for. Yesterday was indeed pretty pleasant, so Ye Zisu was overjoyed. Huiyin was cute and easygoing, and she did not have the aura of a big star nor the pride that ordinary Aslaneans had. Furthermore, she would have a chance to watch a movie together with Wang Zheng and interact with him.

The trio was enjoying the snacks and cola. Huiyin had chosen the hottest movie in the cinemas “Youth Ceremony,” directed by the very talented Wu Xiaolong. The movie was a romance flick about discovering oneself and enjoying youth without any regrets of the moment.

Ye Zisu thoroughly enjoyed the movie and had even fidgeted throughout the climatic scenes. She was truly engrossed in the moment. On the other hand… Wang Zheng had almost fallen asleep.

Huiyin looked at Wang Zheng from the side of her eyes and was baffled by what she saw. How could someone be so stupid!?

The movie had ended. Although Wang Zheng and Ye Zisu did not interact much, it seemed that she had become closer to Lin Huiyin. It seemed like Wang Zheng’s only interest was to play CT.

Ye Zisu had originally planned to bring Lin Huiyin to explore OMG. Lin Huiyin’s new MM had expressed interest in mecha, and it was an opportunity to publicize and represent her family’s business. However, Ye Zisu had suddenly received a message. Her father was suddenly admitted to the hospital, and she had to rush there immediately, so she had left Wang Zheng to accompany Lin Huiyin.

“Ms Lin, I know that you are a busy person. Let me know if you wish to return, I will kindly escort you back.”

Wang Zheng said passionately…

Lin Huiyin was slow to respond…

Was he trying to create an excuse to leave?

For her entire life, no one had grown to dislike her. On the contrary, countless people had tried different ways to spend time with her. With her identity as a princess, Aina was faced with greater responsibilities, so she had experienced far less love compared to Huiyin, who was loved by millions.

Huiyin saw something in Wang Zheng’s eyes that she had never felt before – impatience.

“Well then, you can get me a drink,” Lin Huiyin said.

Wang Zheng was a man of his word. He got her a fruit juice from the shop situated next to the cinema. Huiyin was absolutely speechless.

… What was it that Aina saw in this guy?

Was it because he was good with games, or that he was skillful?

GOD. There were plenty of guys like Wang Zheng in Aslan.

“Let’s find a place to settle down for a while, there is something that I want to talk to you about.”

Lin Huiyin had set herself a task as well.

Wang Zheng was stunned. He wasn’t sure what exactly there was to talk about between him and Huiyin. However, the task was to accompany her, and naturally, he had to fulfil her every wish.

Wang Zheng could not bring Huiyin back to Ares College as she was too striking. God knows what would happen to her if she was found by those packs of wolves.

And so, Wang Zheng brought HuiYin back to the University of Beijing. This tranquil place had a number of cafes with peaceful ambiences. He had in mind one of the better ones, with a window seat.

“Wang Zheng, let me ask you a question. Do you think that a guy who knows that something is impossible and yet is very persistent in trying to attain it is a clever or silly guy?”

“Silly!” Wang Zheng stopped sipping his fruit juice and replied to Huiyin. What was wrong with this girl? Was she seeking life advice from him?

“Yes, our youth is limited, and we should treasure those around us. What do you think?” Huiyin smiled.

At this moment, Wang Zheng came to a sudden realisation. It seemed that Huiyin was trying to talk about another matter.

Although he knew that Huiyin was from Aslan, he did not think much of it. Looking back to the past two days, it seemed as though Huiyin was trying to matchmake him and Zisu.

“What are you trying to get at and who is your backer?” Wang Zheng asked, smiling.

Huiyin let out a sly laugh. “Why don’t you give a guess? It is actually not important who I am representing. You are a man; wouldn’t it be better for both parties if you put a proper end to the relationship?”

Wang Zheng studied Huiyin. If one looked closely, there were several similarities between Huiyin’s and Aina’s appearances. It was rumored that Huiyin’s background was a mystery. Some said that she was not from a simple family, but within the entertainment circle, no one considered it seriously.

“It must be Aina.”

“Oh, and why are you so confident?” Huiyin sipped her strange-tasting Kiwi Juice.

Wang Zheng shook his head. “If it was Aina, she would have told me directly instead of going through you!”

“You and my cousin only knew each other for a short while. Indeed, I brought this matter upon myself. Aina made a request of me instead, and I am not sure if I should fulfill her wish.”

Huiyin looked at Wang Zheng and observed the change in his expression.

It was only then that Wang Zheng knew that Huiyin was the cousin that Aina spoke of. If Yan Xiaosu were to find out that it was Huiyin that Aina wanted to introduce him to, would he have gone out of his mind?

“Little girl, how old are you? Please do not interfere with adult matters.” Wang Zheng laughed. He did not want to share his opinions with a child.

Huiyin nearly spat out her drink.

Little girl? A child?

She, with her genetic score of a super genius, was being looked down upon.

In this era, was there even a link left between one’s age and one’s abilities?

“Actually, my cousin is quite selfish,” Huiyin suddenly blurted.

It was not what Wang Zheng was expecting. He thought that Huiyin would have said something along the lines of Aina being too good a catch for him.

“Strange, don’t you think that I should look down on you?” It seemed as though Huiyin was able to read his mind.

Wang Zheng subconsciously nodded.

“Simply put, this relationship will not have any impact on Cousin, but it is different for you. Your life may be destroyed instead. Although I do believe in you and Aina’s feelings towards each other, the time and place are not right. The more Cousin is unwilling to let go of you, the greater the harm inflicted on you. Why don’t you let her go instead?”

Wang Zheng was impressed. Indeed, Aslaneans were of another level altogether. Even a young girl like her could have such a unique perspective of things.

Wang Zheng laughed. “We are like two ends of a tight rubber band; I would rather she be the one to let go. Also, do not be too worried about us, just concentrate on your concert. Plenty of my friends are fans of yours.”

Huiyin glared at Wang Zheng.

Never before had anyone treated her with such disdain. How could her words have been taken as child’s play? She was genuinely concerned about the two of them.

Wang Zheng was not immature in age; how could he be so unrealistic and so impulsive?

Nothing adverse could happen to Aina. She would have heavy repercussions to bear if anything were to go wrong for her.

“Wang Zheng, have you not been very lax lately? You don’t seem to be going for lessons. It was not easy for you to get into Ares college; aren’t you afraid that you will get expelled?”

Zhao Lingfeng’s voice sounded out. It sounded like a joke from an old friend, yet it was very inappropriate at that very moment.

Wang Zheng looked at him. Did this guy take the wrong medicine? How was it that him entering Ares College had made Lingfeng so uncomfortable?

“Haha, I thought of playing baseball with you, but I could not get in touch with you,” Wang Zheng said lightly.

Lingfeng’s face darkened. In the past, quite a few people had asked him for updates on Wang Zheng, and this nearly drove him mad with anger.

“Well, only simple-minded people who are obsessed with fitness would think about training their body everyday.”

“Lingfeng, is he your friend?” A few girls questioned him.

Lingfeng mocked, “We are from the same high school, and we were barely considered friends. He had a genetic score of only 28 and was of a different world from mine.”

The girls surrounding him burst into laughter.

“Are you serious? How can a person with the intelligence of an animal still exist?”

Although Huiyin was young, she was well-mannered and knowledgeable and was not easily angered by others. But to unfortunately face such a situation, it really did annoy her quite a bit. What was wrong with this guy? Why was he trampling on others to show off?

“Zhao Lingfeng!”

At the staircase area, Liu Qing rushed towards him furiously. She gritted her teeth and screamed, “You asshole!” after seeing the sight of the girls surrounding Lingfeng.

“Liu Qing, like I said, we are not suitable for each other. Since you are such a fan of sports, why don’t you target Wang Zheng instead? He will definitely treat you well if you two get together.”

Lingfeng threw a huge tantrum over what happened yesterday, and he was still feeling upset. Hence, he tried to vent his anger on Liu Qing. Instead, Liu Qing gave him a tight slap across his cheek. Lingfeng had many girls around him to pick from, and those that he felt were not to his liking, he would immediately toss them aside.

“If you call him simple-minded, let me tell you, you are dumber than a pig.”

“Liu Qing, let it go. It’s not Lingfeng’s fault he doesn’t fancy you; you don’t need to spoil his reputation. That guy only has a genetic score of 28, that is absolutely incomparable.”

Liu Qing’s face was full of disdain. “What do you even know? Wang Zheng is one of the creators of the Space Time Displacement theory. He’s a star in Ares’ Physics Department. He was also the key figure in Ares’s tournament victory this year.”

The few girls were mortified; even Lingfeng himself was also stunned… how was this possible??

This guy?
