Lackey's Seducing Survival Odyssey

Chapter 570: There was always a consequence!

Thunder!!

Purple lightning tore through the dull sky above the castle, illuminating the oppressive gloom with an eerie, violet glow. The black mist cloud suddenly churned violently, swirling as if a monstrous tornado were forming within. Beneath that ominous mist, crimson thunder crackled and roared, echoing with an unnatural intensity that sent shivers down spines.

Suddenly,

”!!!!!!!!”

Drakhair’s purple eyes widened, his pupils dilating in sheer terror as he saw them.... two glowing purple slit eyes, piercing through the black mist. They flickered with a cold, predatory light, and crimson thunder coiled and danced around them like chains ready to snap.

”T-T-That... can’t be!” Drakhair’s voice trembled as his entire body froze.

An overwhelming aura of dread crashed over him, a primal fear he couldn’t shake... never in his life he felt even from the Sovereign!!

It was as though the combined might of thousands of dragons and phoenixes pressed down on his soul, suffocating him. He thought frantically, ’That... that thing is suppressing both those bloodlines...?’ he watched as the black mist and crimson thunder obeying it with fear!

And then, just as suddenly as they had appeared, the eyes vanished.... The black mist and crimson thunder were sucked into oblivion, leaving the sky eerily clear, as though nothing had ever happened.

A stunned silence fell over the empire.

”What was that?!” Lyirrs gasped, clutching her chest as her heart pounded like a war drum. She turned to her father, ”Father, what’s happening?! What was that thing?!”

Drakhair’s expression darkened, his voice low and urgent. ”Cover your ears,” he commanded her.

”What?!” Lyirrs was taken aback, her confusion mounting.

”NOW!” Drakhair shouted, his tone brooking no argument. Then, turning toward the Empire, he bellowed with every ounce of authority he possessed,

”EVERYONE, COVER YOUR EARS IMMEDIATELY!!”

But before his desperate cry could reach all corners of the empire—

SSCCCERRRRRRRRECCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC!!!!!!!

A deafening, bone-chilling screech erupted from the heavens.

The sound was so violent, so alien, that people dropped to their knees in agony, clutching their ears as blood trickled from their fingertips. It was not just a sound; it was a force, ripping through the fabric of reality itself.

And then, they saw it...

A colossal lung dragon descended from the clouds, its pitch-black form blending with the suddenly turned night sky. Its massive tail slithered through the air like a serpent, each movement radiating power.

”What in the gods’ name...” Lyirrs whispered, her voice trembling, her eyes wide with disbelief.

The dragon was unlike anything they had ever seen. From its back sprouted massive, pure crimson wings, glowing faintly with an ominous light.

One of its slit eyes glowed an intense crimson red, while the other gleamed with a chilling pitch-black hue.

Its gaze swept across the empire, freezing everything it touched with an unrelenting, predatory focus.

”This… this cannot be real,” Lyirrs stammered, her legs giving way beneath her, ”A dragon… with Phoenix wings?! Impossible!”

”It’s not just impossible,” Drakhair muttered, his voice barely above a whisper, ”It defies every law of nature, of magic, of existence itself...”

It was utterly impossible to awaken both bloodline much less both of getting mixed together in perfect harmony!

Yet, The very thing they seeing defied everything!!

The creature let out a guttural growl, deep and resonant, vibrating through the air. Its long, serpentine tail swayed like a whip as it circled the castle, its crimson wings sparks flickering in the darkness.

”Fuck!” Thalia screamed, diving to the ground just in time as the dragon’s tail lashed past her, smashing into a nearby tower with a thunderous crash.

Tears rolled from from Raven’s mother as if she remembered her husband....

The dragon’s movements grew slower, more deliberate, as if it were claiming its territory. It coiled itself around the tallest spire of the castle, its tail tightening like a noose. Its wings flared out dramatically, showering the air with crimson sparks that hissed and sizzled.

”Grrrrr!”

It slowly growled, its crimson red eye and pitch-black eye staring at everyone. Its head tilted left and right like a robot as if it were observing everything.

Its pitch-black body shimmered as its scales twitched and turned purple. The change flowed from the tip of its tail to its head, gathering at its mouth, and—

”SSCCRRRREEECCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC!!!!!!”

PPFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!

A massive torrent of purple flames burst from its mouth, engulfing the sky in an inferno of violet fire. The flames consumed the heavens, turning the sky into a hellish canvas of writhing, purple chaos.

All across the empire, people fell to their knees, their faces pale and stricken with fear. Without realizing it, they bowed their heads, overcome by a primal instinct to submit.

The air itself seemed heavy with an otherworldly presence, pressing down on their very souls.

But it’s roar did not go unnoticed. Far beyond this empire, its terrifying screech reached distant lands...

In the Aquaris Naiadae Empire, at the desolate outskirts where twin mountains loomed ominously, there lay a valley filled with the skulls of children, aged no more than twelve.

The sight was macabre—a field of death where no life dared linger. In the center of the valley stood a single stone slab, its surface smeared with ancient bloodstains, dark and foreboding.

Suddenly—

Thud!

The stone slab trembled, an unnatural vibration coursing through it.

Trrrrrrrr!

It began to rotate, grinding against the earth with a low, menacing rumble.

And then—

Flick! Continue your journey on .Côm

The empty sockets of the countless skulls flickered with a rainbow-colored light, a bizarre and terrifying energy that pulsed and shimmered like a living thing.

Tuck. Tuck. Tuck.

The sound of bones shifting echoed through the valley, growing louder, as if the dead themselves were stirring. The stone slab spun faster, each rotation releasing an oppressive aura that seemed to taint the very air.

.....

...

Coming back to Aether,

He sat quietly, his crystal blue eyes fixed on the figure beside him.

Raven lay peacefully, her chest rising and falling in a soft rhythm, a serene contrast to the intense five days they had just shared.

She looked different now...

Aether’s gaze traced her figure. Her skin seemed to glow with a faint, otherworldly shimmer, as if kissed by the stars themselves. Her aura was unmistakably stronger now, exuding raw power that pulsed through the air around her. And her body...

”Damn,” he muttered under his breath, a mischievous grin tugging at his lips. ”How is it even possible to get

sexier

?”

He chuckled softly, unable to resist running his fingers through her silky, dark red hair. His hand paused as he stared at her forehead, where two pure purple horns protruded, their smooth surface catching the dim light.

”Hmm…” he murmured, his fingertips brushing against the sturdy, flawless texture of the horns. They were solid, like polished obsidian, yet they pulsed faintly, as if alive with dormant energy.

”Mm~” Raven let out a soft, contented hum, her lips curling into a sleepy smile. She snuggled closer, burying her face into his chest.

Aether’s heart swelled at the sight. ”Even in your sleep, you’re impossible to resist,” he whispered, planting a kiss on her hair.

As his gaze shifted, he noticed... Finally!! the black sphere enveloping them, its impenetrable surface shimmering faintly. Frowning, he muttered to himself, ’What the heck is this thing?’

’Log? Answer me?’

!~Ding~!

[When you mated with Raven Noir, whose two conflicting bloodlines—dragon and phoenix—were in constant battle, your presence, or more precisely, your ’Nectar,’ brought harmony to them. The resulting balance triggered a mutation in her body, enhancing her powers and physical traits. The transformation you see now is the result of that synchronization.]

Aether blinked, momentarily stunned, ’Wait, seriously?’ He rubbed the back of his neck, grinning sheepishly. ”So, I’m her cure? That’s a new one,” he chuckled, feeling a swell of pride.

But then he smirked, a wicked thought crossing his mind. ’Nectar?’ Really? Just say ’cum.’ Come on, Log, say it~

The Log remained silent.

”Ha, figures,” Aether laughed quietly before glancing at the mission status. The holographic text hovered before him:

[Mission: Save Raven Noir]

The mission remained incomplete, meaning the threat of Arkanis—the force that threatened her life—was not the real one.

His brow furrowed. He would need to stay vigilant.

Just as he was about to check the rewards for his efforts, the black sphere began to fade, turning translucent. Aether froze, his sharp eyes locking onto a familiar figure pressed against the outside of the barrier.

Thalia Crimsonclaw

Her face was glued to the surface, her crimson eyes squinting as she tried to peer inside.

Aether’s lips twitched. ”This shameless phoenix,” he muttered under his breath.

Quickly, he wrapped Raven in the quilt, shielding her peaceful form from prying eyes. As he moved to step away from the bed—

”A-Aether…” Raven’s soft voice reached out to him, her expression growing troubled even in her sleep. Her hands reached out, searching for him instinctively.

His heart softened.

Leaning down, he pressed a gentle kiss to her forehead. ”I’ll be back, my queen. Rest now.”

Raven’s lips curved into a faint smile as she murmured, ”Hmm~” and settled back into sleep.

Straightening, Aether’s expression shifted, a sly grin spreading across his face as he approached the fading sphere.

As it disappeared entirely, Thalia stumbled forward, her face lighting up with excitement.

”I can see!” she said triumphantly, her gaze scanning the bed. Her satisfaction dimmed as she clicked her tongue, ’Tsk, Fucking five days!!!’ spotting Raven sleeping peacefully. Her eyes darted around. ’Where is he?’

But before she could react, her eyes widened in shock.

Standing before her, tall and unashamed, was Aether in all his glory—completely naked.

”Hello~” he greeted, his wicked grin only emphasizing the audacious scene.

Thalia’s eyes widened further, her face turning a deep crimson as her gaze dropped to…

it.

Thud!

Her knees gave out, and she collapsed to the floor.

But then—

”KYAAAAAA!!!”

Thalia scrambled back with a shriek as she realized just how close his raging dragon was to her face.

”B-Bastard! P-Pervert! S-Shameless!!” she stammered, covering her face with her hands. Yet, through the gaps in her fingers, she couldn’t help but steal glances!!

Aether shook his head with disappointment. ”I wonder who the shameless one really is.”

[+6000 AP]

Thalia flinch, her body trembling as his deep, commanding voice reached her ears.

”What? Running away already?” Aether teased, his smirk growing. ”Weren’t you just teasing my ’thing’ before~... Like ’May rest in peace or something’?”

As he walked towards her without a hint of shame.

”No… No…!” Thalia’s voice wavered as tears welled in her eyes when she saw his thing swaying left and right..... She crawled backward, overwhelmed by a mix of fear and embarrassment.

Aether felt a wicked sense of satisfaction, watching her flustered state, until—

Thud!

Both turned toward the door, startled. Standing there, Raven’s mother.... Her wide eyes were filled with shock and utter disbelief as food tray she was holding before fell down.

Her gaze shifted between Thalia on the floor and Aether’s naked form, her jaw dropping.

Aether froze for a split second before muttering, ”Shit.” And just like that, he vanished into thin air, leaving the two women in stunned silence.
