Tower Defense Survival: I Defend the Whole Country Alone!

Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios

[There are ten minutes to the Infinite Invasion, please get ready!]

[The time limit for this challenge is two days. The more waves you pass through, the more rewards you will receive. Please remember to do your best.]

Ten minutes.

Everyone was ready.

Time passed while Pierce was leisurely drinking tea.

The arrow towers were also arranged neatly.

The peashooters under the city were also watered.

He was ready for the continuous battle mode.

———

Dark clouds covered everything. The sky became darker and darker.

Lightning danced among them.

Vivier, who was reading with a lollipop in her mouth, snapped her fingers.

Golden flames appeared out of thin air and illuminated the city of Country M and the path to the forest.

But at this moment—

Under the illumination of the flames, thin mist still appeared on the dense forest that originally led to the city.

Pierce reached out and controlled the arrow tower to aim at the forest.

Elemental arrows condensed out of thin air on the arrow towers.

Some arrows were wrapped in water, some were burning, and lightning flashed across some of them.

Pierce’s group was indifferent, as if this battle was an easy job.

[Infinite invasion officially begins!]

The last number fell to zero.

This dangerous Tower Defense invasion had officially begun.

The thin mist in the forest quickly condensed and enveloped the mountain ranges, deserts, mountains, and other domains of various countries.

All the teams were using fire torches to observe the situation.

However, the violent winds that followed snuffed out the torches and caused their surroundings to fall into darkness.

Except for the city in Country M.

Golden flames stood tall in the strong wind, and the surroundings were still very bright.

This was Vivier’s divine power.

Aawooo

Roars came from the fog that was originally a forest.

The sounds were mixed, and there seemed to be at least a few hundred creatures.

Pierce stared into the mist.

A golden hint appeared.

[In the fog ahead, there are a thousand level 1 creatures, northern plains wolves. These weak creatures seem to be… filled with weaknesses!]

Pierce smiled at the hint.

The first wave was a thousand level one creatures.

He did not need Vivier or the griffin for this.

Just the 50 arrow towers and 30 elemental peashooters were enough.

These level 1 monsters had no way of breaking through his defense line.

Pierce drank the cup of hot tea Mel had poured for him.

‘Mel knows me best! She is the complete opposite of that gluttonous angel.’

The participants from the various countries looked at the fog that covered the sky and swallowed involuntarily.

They held the elemental bows tightly, which calmed them down slightly.

Everyone had their own responsibilities.

The vanguard team was removed. Everyone held long-range weapons and waited for the next order.

Country G.

The leader, Zenus, who had lost an arm, shot a fire elemental arrow at the distant fog.

He wanted to test it out.

As the flames flashed, a wild wolf with red eyes fell to the ground and rolled out of the fog, turning into white ash.

Zenus laughed.

They were all fragile level 1 creatures.

He finally saw a level one creature in the Tower Defense world.

Following the commands, everything seemed to progress orderly.

This time, even if there were more than a thousand monsters, they had nothing to fear.

———

“They’re here!”

Pierce, who had been observing, looked at the fog in the distance and smirked.

“Ready!”

“Automatic mode, fire!”

The fifty elemental arrow towers behind Pierce fired at the same time.

The arrows left trails of various colors as they flew across the dark sky.

Boom!

Aawooo

The explosion caused by the elements landed in the midst of the wolves who were running at full speed. Like a bomb had exploded, blood and flesh flew all over the battlefield, the remains of limbs were scattered everywhere.

Vivier also took out the lightning element AK-47 Pierce had given her and fired.

A trace of light flashed across her light golden eyes.

Pierce thought he saw Vivier’s lips curl up at that moment.

Lightning flashed.

The power of lightning rampaged in the wolf pack like a lightning god. Every trace of lightning could instantly take the life of a northern plains wolf.

The spirited peashooters also looked warily at the wolves in the distance.

If they dared to take a step into their range, what awaited them was the outcome of being burnt or frozen.

Under the barrage of arrows, these level 1 creatures were like pigs and sheep being slaughtered.

The moment they got out of the fog, death welcomed them.

Not to mention the terrifying peashooters.

Lightning flashed, flames burned…

The first round of battle ended quickly.

The last northern plains wolf was shot to death by a burning arrow.

Pierce’s first wave of defense was a success!

A light screen appeared before Pierce.

It was the name list of the participants who had cleared this wave.

Right now, he was the only one on the rankings.

[The rankings of the first wave!]

[First place: Pierce from Country M, Time: 7 minutes!]

[Second place: None]

[…]

Would the second wave appear after all the rankings were determined?

Reality proved that Pierce was overthinking.

Before he could put away the light screen, the Tower Defense world notified him.

[The first wave of invasion is completed, the second wave is loading!]

As the mechanical voice fell, a roar came from the originally silent fog.

This meant that the second invasion had begun!

“The second wave of invasion…”

Pierce activated the golden hint.

[In the fog ahead, many monsters appeared out of thin air. Let me see, there are 500 level 1 creatures and 500 level 2 creatures. They are blue serpents and zombie bulls respectively. Their weaknesses… I suggest you shoot them with an arrow.]

A level 2 creature appeared in the second wave?

In other words, as the number of waves increased, they might even encounter a Mythical creature…
