Tower Defense Survival: I Defend the Whole Country Alone!

Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios

Blossoms Country’s tragedy resulted from their own contestants. They had given up when they were unable to resist.

This was their only solution.

However, the consequences were real.

The citizens of Blossoms Country were killed by the sharp claws, and their transportation and economic development were severely damaged.

They had suddenly declined from a highly developed country to a tier 2 country.

The bustling and colorful capital seemed to have experienced the apocalypse.

Corpses littered the ground.

People were plunged into misery and suffering.

It was the same for many other countries as well.

The despair of countless people erupted at this moment.

No one helped them.

After all, each country had its own difficulties.

Not everyone could receive hundred times the resources twice like Country M.

Just as the world descended into unprecedented chaos, the Tower Defense world’s third invasion notification appeared.

[There are five days before the next invasion. Please be well prepared!]

A white screen appeared in front of all the contestants.

[Time till the next round of invasion—5 days!]

[For this invasion, players can choose from three difficulty modes: Normal, Hard, and Hell.]

[The higher the difficulty of the challenge, the richer the resources obtained.]

Pierce looked at the three choices in front of him and was lost in thoughts.

Only idiots might choose hard or hell mode.

However, Pierce was not surprised seeing the longer time before the next invasion.

After all, every time the monsters invaded, they would be much stronger. It was only natural that the participants would get more time to prepare. If the next invasion was set to be within twelve hours, almost everyone would be finished.

After a night of intense defense, everyone was exhausted.

Not to mention other countries, even Pierce would collapse if he had to continue immediately.

The system screen appeared before Pierce again.

[Next round of monsters: Normal Mode: One aberration, three thousand dark zombies.]

[Hard Mode: Two aberrations, six thousand dark zombies.]

[Hell Mode: One esper]

Esper?

Was this a new creature?

He did not know what level it was, but it seemed like it would not be lower than level 5.

Pierce saw the notification and thought to himself.

Superpower?

Pierce looked up at the sky. It was nearly noon.

He summoned the spirited griffin and carried his backpack into the forest once again.

Countless people were watching his departing figure.

Other countries also realized that something was wrong.

After Pierce went out previous times, he returned with a griffin and upgrades to the arrow towers.

They were realizing that the real secret of the Tower Defense was hidden in this world.

[Turn right 500 meters ahead. You will find a path filled with fresh flowers. There seems to be something there.]

After ten minutes, Pierce arrived at the waterfall where he had obtained the treasure chest.

According to the hint, he took a machete he bought from the store and walked through the dense forest.

After walking for a while, the sun suddenly shone brightly. The sky was clear and the wind was pleasant.

It was a path filled with fresh and exotic flowers.

This scene was fully displayed in the global live-stream.

“What kind of godly place is this? Isn’t it too beautiful? I didn’t expect a world filled with monsters to have such a place!”

“This place is so beautiful!”

“Who would have thought that a place with all kinds of terrifying creatures would have such scenery?”

“This will be my wedding venue with Pierce!”

“^ are you dreaming?”

“Hurry, hurry! Go, Boss Pierce!”

…

Carrying his backpack and his griffin, Pierce stepped onto the trail.

He stopped and stared ahead.

[Please follow this trail. You will find a building there.]

Building?

Pierce scratched his head in confusion. Could there be people living in a world like this?

In short, this other world that had existed for thousands of years had never been explored.

This world was like an unexplored secret treasure-trove.

No one knew what it was hiding.

However, the invading monsters were enough to stop them from leaving the city.

The fear of such monsters made it impossible for them to explore this world.

Only Pierce dared to go out because of the hint system.

Pierce followed the trail.

After walking for about half an hour, he finally found a dilapidated stone building.

Griffin was tired of flying, too. It leaned over Pierce’s head, shielding him from the sun.

“What’s that, a building?”

“Unbelievable. I didn’t expect there to be a building here.”

“F*ck, I’m stunned. How many things are there in this world?”

“Where do you think those monsters went?”

“I also want to ask, why didn’t Boss Pierce meet any monsters outside?”

“Some people of the neighboring Blossoms Country wanted to go out and look for things like Big Boss Pierce. As soon as they went out, they encountered a group of level one monsters.”

Pierce stared at the building in front of him, amazed.

It seemed like there were many unknown things waiting for them to explore in this world.

Coming back to his senses, Pierce walked into the building.

And on Planet Blue.

In a conference room in Country M.

The leader watched Pierce walk into the building, shock in his eyes.

He quickly called his assistant over.

“Go and get me that file in my office!”

“Yes!”

Under everyone’s puzzled gaze, the leader watched in silence as Pierce explored the building.

After a while, the assistant returned with the file.

He quickly handed the file to the silent leader.

After receiving the file, the leader couldn’t wait any longer. He hurriedly opened it and projected the information onto the screen.

Not long after, he exclaimed.

“Same, exactly the same!”

“What is it, Chief?”

The others quickly stood up and asked.

“I know this building that contestant Pierce walked into!”

“Wh… What? You recognize it!”

Before everyone could react, the leader spoke again and everyone was stunned.

“This building…”
