Regression - Second Chance At Life

Chapter 293: Why Is She Here?

As Julia realizes what she feels the most is disappointment from Adam not fucking her, she feels ashamed and angry at herself.

After all, she is trying her best to resist Adam, but her own mistakes led her down a path of no return.

Adam spared her, but she didn’t want to be spared. She wanted Adam to go all in and release her from her burdens. This is when she realized how tired she is of all this, from constantly resisting her desire for a secure future.

But now, as Adam showed her what possibly could be her future if she decides to submit, she doesn’t think it’s a bad outcome.

Sure, all she will be is an object of sex for Adam to use and abuse whenever he wants, but isn’t that what she desires? And if that’s what she desires, won’t that make her happy? After all, she is getting what she wants deep down.

Is all this fortune worth it for the happiness and pleasure she is trying to sacrifice?

These doubts in her head become even stronger, making it hard for Julia to resist the temptation.

’No, I can’t. Not now. I have survived this, so I will have to survive the rest,’ She thinks as she slowly sits up.

She looks down at the state she is in, covered in Adam’s cum, smelling like it as well. Slowly getting back to her feet, she walks out of Adam’s room and into hers.

’I need to clean myself,’ She thinks as she stands before her mirror, looking at her reflection.

In the mirror, she sees herself. Her hair’s all over the place, her make ups completely ruined, and her eyes look red, as if she hasn’t had a proper sleep for a while.

She can still taste the taste of Adam’s cum in her mouth. She shivers once again, thinking about everything that happened with her and Adam.

’Stop thinking about it... The more you think, the more it’s going to affect you,’ She says to herself, trying to calm down.

She looks at her dress. The one she put on this morning to get Adam’s attention. Morning, she looked stunning in it, and now it’s all messed up. Wrinkled and covered in Adam’s cum.

Julia presses her lips together in frustration.

’I have to do something about him. We have crossed the line, and I don’t think it will be the only time, given his abilities. Who’s to say next time he won’t take it up a notch...’ Julia thinks.

By now, she already understands Adam’s full capabilities. He managed to break her down and made her suck on his cock. If he can do it once, he can do it again, and Julia doesn’t think the next time it happens, she will be as fortunate as she was today.

Adam let her off easy. He could have had her today, but he didn’t. So in Julia’s mind, Adam made a mistake.

’He should have taken the shot when he had the chance. Now, it’s my turn,’ She thinks as her eyes turn cold.

Sure, she desires Adam more than anything, but what happened today made her realise that she cannot continue to be passive anymore and let Adam run through her like he did today.

No more mistakes, no more waiting, it’s time for her to put her plan into action.

She takes out her phone and messages someone. A person she has been talking to recently to execute her plan. Before, she was a little hesitant about doing it, but now she has changed her mind.

She realized that, given the chance, Adam would conquer her completely, so before he manages to do that, she will have to strike first and brutally, giving Adam no chance to recover.

The only way for her to win is to completely get rid of Adam. Get him out of her life.

Sure, she will crave his attention and touch, but she will live with it. Once Adam is gone, she can slowly forget about him. No longer will he hover around her, making her life difficult.

And once she gets used to his absence, she knows she will be able to recover and go back to being the person she was—someone who’s in control.

Taking a broken sigh, she walks into her bathroom to clean herself up.

Fresh out of the shower, she quickly dries herself, puts on a new dress, redoes her makeup and hair, and makes her way down.

On her way down the stairs, she sees someone standing in the living room. A woman she is not familiar with.

Julia squints her eyes as she tries to figure out who this woman is. From the looks of it, she’s pretty, not as pretty as Adam’s girlfriend, but still pretty enough to attract most men’s attention. Meaning someone Adam would definitely try to fuck.

’Is she another one of his skanks?’ Julia wonders as she makes her way down.

Now face-to-face with the woman, Julia checks her out from head to toe. The woman before her doesn’t appear classy; in fact, she is quite masculine, with short hair and a masculine choice of clothes.

Julia notices that the woman is also checking her out, making a judgment which annoys Julia a little, but she doesn’t say anything.

Renee watches Julia with her attentive gaze. She notices that Julia has also recently showered and put on her makeup.

And there is that faint scent of sex coming off her, which further makes her assumption about this woman and Adam being sexually intimate with each other very recently.

But she is not one to judge. Sex is, after all, very natural, especially between two very good-looking people if they are all alone in a house. What’s better than having an attractive partner naked in your arms as a form of entertainment?

”Hello, I am Officer Renee Calder,” Renee introduces herself.

Hearing her name, Julia goes stiff for a second as she processes the title before Renee’s name. Officer... This is a police woman.

’Did he call the police... Even when he promised he won’t? Fucking Bastard!!!’ Julia starts burning with rage. Especially after all the things she did to keep Adam’s mouth shut.

But the moment he got what he wanted, he backed out of the deal? ’I should have known, I shouldn’t have trusted that rat bastard!!!’ Julia’s anger grows by the second as she clenches her fist to suppress her anger.

Renee, being the always observant person that she is, sees that Julia is trying to suppress her emotions at the moment, which confuses her as she wonders what she did to get this reaction out of Julia.

Suddenly, Adam walks up to them with a bottle of water in his hand.

”Oh, you two have met. Julia, this is Officer Calder... And Officer Calder, this is Julia, my father’s wife,” Adam introduces both of them with a confident, clueless smile.

Hearing Julia’s introduction, Renee’s eyes widen a little as she looks at Adam and back at Julia as she pieces the final information together.

Adam, also being an observant person, notices the surprise in Renee’s eyes and how she is looking between him and Julia.

’Did she figure it out?’ Adam wonders, because why would she have such a reaction if not figuring out that he has been intimate with his stepmother?’

”Is something wrong, Officer Calder?” Adam asks.

”No, nothing,” Renee dismisses it, but her thoughts regarding Adam and Julia’s relationship continue to run.

’He is fucking his own stepmother... I have heard about such cases, but never did I think I would encounter one.... But given their circumstances, I am actually not that surprised...’ She thinks.

Before coming here, she did look up information about Adam and his life. A dead mother, a rich father whose barely around, and a stepmother who lives in the same mansion.

Given the absent father, the two people who do live together and are very attractive, a sexual relationship forming between them was bound to happen.

”What is she doing here?” This time, it is Julia who finally speaks up, looking at Adam.

Seeing the rage in Julia’s eyes, Adam can guess what she is thinking. After all, even he didn’t expect Officer Calder to give him a personal visit.

”I would like to figure that out as well. Officer Calder, what’s the reason for your visit anyway?” Adam asks, looking at Renee.

”So you didn’t call her here?” Julia asks with some elevation in her voice.

”Why would I call her? Is there any particular reason for me to call her?” Adam asks Julia with a smirk on his face.

Julia quickly catches on that Renee’s not here to arrest her but for some other matters, bringing her relief. But she is still a little nervous. What if Adam reports her, anyway?

”No! There is not!” Julia says and decides to leave. Seeing that smirk on Adam’s face, Julia knows that if she decides to stay. He will definitely try to mess with her in front of Renee, and she doesn’t want that.

Julia storms off, leaving Renee puzzled.

”What was that about?” Renee asks as she starts getting a little suspicious about the dynamic between Adam and Julia.

She can tell there is sexual tension between them, but from what she saw, they don’t seem to be lovers either, as there is a hint of hostility between them.

Renee can’t help but get curious about Adam’s and Julia’s relationship.

”Nothing. We should get back to the topic at hand. Can you please tell me why you are here?” Adam asks as he finally hands over the bottle of water to Renee.
