Lust System: Harem Of Beautiful Women

Chapter 752 Tell The Truth!!!

”Tell me the truth. Whatʼs going on?!”

Luis saw through her carefully.

The environment on the call became quiet... Deewa must have moved to a quiet place. Then, on the verge of tears, she said:

”Itʼs like this every time I come back to the village. They say I canʼt have children, canʼt get married, and that Iʼm just selling myself outside...”

”My grandmother has been good-tempered her whole life, but her anger flared up. She said Iʼm not unwanted, that I already have a serious boyfriend.”

”The other side said even if Iʼm just a mistress, I should at least show up in person for them to see...”

Luis felt a bit exasperated. How could such a top-tier, stunning woman not be able to get married? To put it bluntly, she could easily pick any honest man from a wealthy family.

Even if she were a mistress, the man would definitely be someone with immense power and influence. He never expected her to have this kind of problem.

Deewa continued, her voice filled with anger: ”I understand that people laugh at poverty, not prostitution, but theyʼre targeting my family. Everyone at the pig-slaughtering ceremony for the gods was being sarcastic, and my grandmother canʼt take it anymore.”

”I donʼt have a lot of money, but Nancy and I have been investing it together...”

At this point, she realized she had let something slip and immediately stopped talking.

Luis didnʼt press further. He said softly, ”Deewa, time is tight. You need me to come over, and your grandmother is very angry right now, right?”

”Yes... Even if I openly say Iʼm your mistress, thatʼs fine. I swear Iʼm unmarried and havenʼt lied to you.”

”I just canʼt stand this kind of treatment. I know I have a bad reputation. If you look down on me, thatʼs fine too. Iʼm begging you for this one favor, isnʼt that okay?”

Upon hearing this, Luis couldnʼt help but chuckle softly. He thought Deewa was quite pitiful.

Wherever she went, she was the target of nasty rumors. Because of her promiscuous reputation, many guys used to say they had slept with her just to save face.

In fact, according to his former rival-turned mode, his sister-in-law had investigated and found all those claims were false. Now she was nearing the age of being a leftover woman, and this was still happening. It was simply ridiculous to the extreme.

”Iʼll come over now.”

”...Donʼt tell Nancy!!!”

”Our little sweet secret.”

The small mountain village must have been having a special festival, something like ancestor worship. It was especially lively.

Although it was a minor custom locally, it was still very lively. A lot of cars were parked in an open space barely wide enough for a single car to pass.

Arriving at the entrance of Deewaʼs home, he found over a dozen disheveled-looking people loitering around the front gate.

”Deewa, itʼs not that your own villagers donʼt want to give you face, but what your grandmother did was just wrong.”

”A family like yours, even if you havenʼt been wiped out completely, at least your uncle should be the one to go...”

”Youʼre just an old woman and a leftover spinster. What right do you have to butcher a pig on this day? This is an ancestral rule passed down from our forefathers.”

”Exactly. Youʼre a woman. Your mother married into the Zhao family, so what right do you still have to carry the Jiang surname?”

At the doorway, Grandma Jiang leaned on her cane, her expression icy cold. ”Whether we butcher a pig or not is each familyʼs own business. The fact that I donʼt have a good relationship with my son doesnʼt seem to have anything to do with this.”

The blond-haired young man at the front laughed arrogantly and unrestrainedly. ”Grandma, what youʼre saying is even more wrong. You also married into this family. You donʼt share our surname either, so how dare you talk to me like this?”

”If it werenʼt for us women who married into families, all of you would have been born from rocks!”

Bang! A very loud crash echoed as several people blocking the entrance were all knocked stumbling into the wall.

The group of young hooligans scattered. The grandmother, who had been standing in front of the courtyard gate, immediately stepped aside with Deewaʼs support. Tears glistened in her wronged eyes, but now they were filled with a smile.

”Hey, hey, how are you driving?!”

”Seriously, who are you to come barreling through here like this?”

”Damn it, if you donʼt pay up today, youʼre not leaving!”

Jennat stood up with a vicious expression, only to immediately groan in pain and fall back to the ground.

Luis opened his car door. He had only knocked Jennat down before getting out. Slowly and deliberately, he said, ”What kind of trash are you? Why are you blocking the entrance to my home?”

At the very least, he was driving a Benz. The crowd hesitated for a moment. Even if he had done it on purpose, it was clear this guy was not someone to mess with.

Jennat endured the pain and walked over, cursing, ”Fuck you! This is our villageʼs business. What right do you have to interfere?”

Luis lit a cigarette and slapped him backhanded. ”You think youʼre a big shot just because this is your village? Fuck your mother...”

Shane was knocked stumbling again and fell to the ground. This instantly ignited the collective anger of the group.

This was the village chiefʼs son, after all, a young master who always did whatever he wanted.

Suddenly, a reckless young man grabbed a brick and hurled it at Luis. Luis dodged it easily, grabbed the guy by the neck, and tossed him into the shallow creek in front of the gate.

”Ahhh...”

The creek was very shallow. The man fell hard, hit his head immediately, and the others rushed over to pull him out.

On the small path... utter silence fell.

The Benz was now blocking the entrance to Deewaʼs home, driving away all those harassers, simple and extraordinarily brutal.

”Get inside the house!!!”

”Prepare dinner. Iʼm staying here overnight.”

Luis lit a cigarette and said this simply. Deewaʼs eyes were already filled with tears, and she said in a delicate voice, ”Got it~”

As soon as the door closed, she helped her grandmother back inside but couldnʼt stop worrying. She supported herself on a ladder and watched anxiously from the periphery.

The locals werenʼt about to be pushed around by an outsider. Instantly, many young people surged over. Among familiar faces, everyone was indignant with righteous fury.

Luis calmly smoked his cigarette in front of the car, casting cold glances around him. Facing a crowd that was growing toward a hundred people, he didnʼt say a single word.

”Damn it, you dare hit my son...”

”Fuck your mother... who the hell do you think you are?!”

Shaneʼs father had arrived, the village director Jason. His face was covered in fierce, bulging flesh, and he clearly was not someone to be trifled with.

He had been watching the chaos from the shadows the whole time. All those people coming with his son to cause trouble were acting on his behind the scenes orders.

On the way there, Deewa had explained clearly that this man was the older brother of Julian.

Julianʼs trial was almost ready to begin, and the older brother felt so humiliated that he had to teach Deewa a lesson.

Back during the worship ceremony, their family had also been the ones to stir up trouble and fan the flames.

And now they were bullying her at her own doorstep again. This was targeted harassment.

As soon as Jason arrived, he didnʼt ask any questions, didnʼt distinguish right from wrong. He simply grabbed a wood chopping knife and charged forward.

In rural areas, people love stirring up trouble and exploiting the difficulty of opposing a mob. As soon as he charged, dozens of young kids from the families behind him charged together as well...

”Honey, come back quick, Iʼve already called the police...”

Deewa was startled and quickly opened the door a crack, shouting anxiously with tears already welling up in her eyes.

The skill was still there: combat specialization, and it was the most intense killing technique. He hadnʼt been able to fully unleash it before, which had been extremely frustrating.

The attribute granted: stamina 8.8 (human limit)!!

”Before the police arrive, thereʼs still a little time!!!”

If he wasnʼt going to show off now, when would he? Luis casually grabbed a grain rake from in front of the door.

He stomped on the rake head and broke it off, then grabbed a wooden stick and charged straight toward the group on the small bridge carrying machetes and pipes.

These rural bullies never expected that Luis would charge at them all by himself. Even more terrifying was the fact that they were used to taking advantage of every situation and didnʼt really have any real lethal means or combat ability.

Crammed together on such a small stone bridge, even with a numerical advantage, they couldnʼt maneuver effectively.

The limits of wielding the stick... swing...

The long stick in Luisʼs hand whipped through the air like a textbook demonstration.

After a series of powerful, sweeping strikes, almost none of them were seriously injured, but they all fell off both sides of the bridge and splashed into the shallow creek.

”Whatʼs the matter, bullying your own people, is this all youʼve got?”

Cries of pain rang out one after another. As people kept falling into the water, he estimated that at least fifty had fallen in.

Apart from Jasonʼs relatives and friends, the others who had come just to join the chaos took one look and immediately backed off, scared out of their wits but knowing when to quit.

Luis stood in the center of the arched bridge, discarded the already splintered wooden stick, and spread his arms wide. ”If anyoneʼs still unhappy, come on up. I wonʼt use any weapons. If you think youʼre tough, send more people up.”

”A bunch of useless trash...”

Luis had also dodged hastily. His clothes and pants were full of holes, which made him look somewhat battered and fierce, but in reality, he hadnʼt been injured at all.

”Werenʼt you tough when you were bullying the widow and her grandmother? You garbage, you scum.”

When Luis saw that they wouldnʼt come up, he started walking down from the arched bridge, grinning viciously:

”So the legacy your ancestors left behind is just a bunch of useless trash like you who canʼt do anything except bully widows and lonely women.”
