Lust System: Harem Of Beautiful Women

Chapter 445: 1,090,000 Dollars

They arrived at the lawyer’s office before two o’clock. Winslet greeted them warmly, while Nancy politely called out, ”Teacher Blanche!”

With a simple tea tray set out, Winslet began brewing tea and said, ”My disciple has really made it big. Someone even gave you a house. How come I never meet such generous people?”

”Well, the dealings are a bit complicated. I’m not sure how to explain it all to you.”

Winslet nodded, checked the time, and said, ”Give that person a call. No need for them to come all the way here. We’ll bring the contract and notarization documents directly to the property center to get everything processed.”

After the call to Nina was finished, Winslet took out two documents and said with a smile, ”Oh, right. Some good news came through just yesterday. I was so busy my head was spinning and I completely forgot about it.”

”Anglo dropped the lawsuit?”

Nancy picked it up and looked, her face breaking into a delighted smile.

The constant worry she had been carrying finally settled. Even though Winslet had kept reassuring her it was just a nuisance lawsuit, any ordinary person would feel anxious getting tangled up in such legal trouble.

Winslet gathered her purse and said, ”Not dropped. The court simply refused to accept the case.”

She decided not to drive, riding instead in Nancy’s car. On the way, she roughly outlined the current situation.

”Based solely on a contract, with no payment records, no other insurance payment history, not even a proper probation period, and yet they claim the money was paid upfront.”

”That kind of situation is just arguing with empty words. Generally, for these labor and wage dispute cases, the courts are so swamped they mostly push for mediation.”

”And mediation would be scheduled who knows when. I was really startled when the result came out this week.”

Winslet asked directly, ”Did you pull some strings or something?”

Her question reminded Luis that Hail had looked into the matter. He figured Secretary Hail must have played a role.

Luis admitted honestly, ”That did happen. So what’s the status now?”

Winslet chuckled softly. ”The non-acceptance was actually decided earlier. I didn’t tell you because Anglo filed for a reconsideration.”

”Following normal procedure, that kind of reconsideration takes about two months for a result. But it was rejected in just three days. And it’s the final opinion, so he can’t sue over this matter again.”

As they talked, they arrived at the Real Estate Registration Center. The afternoon crowd wasn’t too heavy.

Dressed in casual, relaxed sportswear, she couldn’t hide her striking, exotic allure. With her blonde hair and blue eyes, even without adornment, she was as breathtakingly beautiful as an elven princess.

”That foreign girl is quite something. When did you hook up with her?”

Teacher Blanche, Winslet, asked with a salacious tone.

Seeing her being so improper, Luis said awkwardly, ”Teacher Blanche, don’t tease. I might have the lustful thoughts, but I haven’t achieved that high level of success yet.”

”Go for it. That foreign girl looks fiery. Even your teacher’s wife here is getting stirred up.”

After sharing drinks that one time, their relationship had truly grown closer, becoming intimate enough to talk about anything. It was amusing to think this scholarly teacher’s wife now enjoyed making such crude jokes with Luis.

Amidst the playful banter, they verified the legal validity of the gift contract. After notarization, calculating the asset value proved to be quite troublesome.

The Real Estate Registration Center calculated that this two-story commercial space, over 300 square meters, was worth approximately 5 million dollars based on recent transaction prices in the area.

Even though it was a properly notarized gift, a 3 percent tax plus various other transfer taxes and fees still applied, ultimately totaling around 7 percent of the full value.

At the registration counter, Luis directly pushed Nancy forward. The fairy-like sister-in-law was completely confused. ”What are you doing?”

”Registration. This property is for you.”

Luis whispered the words gently into her ear, even giving it a quick lick.

A property worth five million dollars. Nancy had never even entertained the idea. She assumed her capable brother-in-law had some deal with Nina, and logically the place should be his, perhaps rented to her or with her as a shareholder.

She never expected Luis would so casually hand over a property worth millions to her.

The fairy-like sister-in-law grew flustered and quickly said, ”No, this is too valuable. I can’t accept this...”

Ignoring her panic, Luis firmly seated her at the registration desk, placed a pen in her hand, and set the bank card down neatly. He said softly, ”What in this world could be more precious than you?”

Luis found that since becoming more promiscuous and turning into a bit of a scoundrel, his previously clumsy and awkward tongue was now bold enough to utter any cheesy line, and they flowed out effortlessly.

Hearing this, Nancy felt incredibly sweet inside. But faced with such a colossal windfall, she still hesitated.

Nina sat to the side, having already signed without hesitation. Seeing this scene, she clearly looked puzzled.

After all, she knew Nancy’s husband was Daniel, and he was indeed related to Luis. But what normal relative would gift such valuable real estate? Even a fool could see there was definitely something going on between them.

Nina said with a smiling, suggestive tone, ”Nancy, with a man who loves you this much, why hesitate?”

”This...”

Nancy didn’t know how to explain. Hearing that only made her more flustered.

In a slight daze, she signed. Immediately, Winslet’s assistant came over to help. She swiped Luis’s card to pay the taxes, received the acknowledgment slip, and now they just had to wait for notification to pick up the official property deed.

”Ding... Sexy, tall sister-in-law: Savings increased by 540,000 dollars. Total: 1,090,000 dollars.”

Hearing the System’s prompt, Luis nearly cheered out loud.

It was just as he had planned. Although the property was a gift, it had real value and would be calculated into the savings total based on that value.

This way, when the time came that his sister-in-law was fucked senseless, calling him ”daddy,” there would be a doubled return. Luis couldn’t help but chuckle to himself, already starting to scheme about how to use that rival, Deewa, to grind out more money.

By the time all the procedures were finished, it was already evening. In the parking lot, Nina called Luis aside and said softly, ”Luis, Bella asks when it would be convenient to have a meal together.”

”Just a meal?”

Luis looked at her, puzzled.

Nina didn’t beat around the bush, stating directly, ”Ideally, if Secretary Hail could join as well.”

”I’ll see. I don’t know when he’ll be free. He’s quite busy, after all.”

”We await your good news. And, my promise stands. I hope you can make me... comfortable with accepting a man.”

Nina threw a flirtatious glance and, as she turned, let her delicate hand brush against Luis’s crotch, revealing a deeply seductive, bewitching smile.

She drove off first with the sister-in-law, who still seemed to be in a dreamlike state. The formalities were complete, and Nina still needed to pack up her remaining belongings to fully vacate the place.

She was resolute about completely withdrawing from the business there, her burn-the-boats attitude firm and determined.

Currently, Bella remained in a difficult situation. Nina needed to devote her full attention to staying by her lover’s side, helping her navigate through the crisis.
