Strongest Hammer God

Chapter 693 Law Classification

For a while, Kyle just tried to deal with the pain.

The pain was definitely not easy to deal with since it was still quite strong, but thanks to his previous experience with the Sin Flames, he could still do stuff.

For people who hadnʼt experienced Sin Flames, this pain was debilitating.

One had to remember that one also needed to constantly shove Biological Energy into the eleventh Cluster, which required focus.

Trying to focus on something while being under immense pain wasnʼt easy, which was why so many people treated the 500 years it took to unlock the eleventh Cluster as dead time.

Luckily, Kyle also had a lot of experience when it came to managing his Biological Energy due to the way he trained.

When he had focused on the Law of Body, he had constantly micro-managed his Biological Energy, which was why this wasnʼt a foreign activity for him.

From time to time, Kyle stopped focusing on unlocking his eleventh Cluster, and it still continued unlocking.

His body kept doing it automatically.

ʼHuh, who wouldʼve known?ʼ he thought in surprise. ʼThis is just like the time I used those body Enchantments when I was a Fighter or Warrior. I had to do constant calculations to keep the Enchantments running, and that gave me quite a lot of experience in doing stuff subconsciously.ʼ

The more Kyle grew in power, the more he realized something.

ʼThe way Iʼve lived as a Mortal actually has a big impact on how I live as a Seeker.ʼ

ʼTheodor forced me to go through a lot of pain, which made feeling pain during training normal to me. Plenty of Seekers probably donʼt feel like pain is a normal byproduct of training.ʼ

ʼTheodor also forced me to constantly work on my power for years, and that also became normal.ʼ

ʼHe even sent me towards several dangerous battles and told me how important my Momentum is. Without that, I probably wouldnʼt be willing to risk my life like this.ʼ

ʼBrah, itʼs actually unreal how much Theodor has helped me in making me a talented Seeker.ʼ

ʼHe even gave me my Metal Affinity.ʼ

ʼWas Theodor actually a good guy?ʼ

A moment later, Kyle laughed loudly.

ʼAs if!ʼ he thought. ʼFucking Theodor was abusive as all hell. If a parent raised their child like this, the child would immediately go no-contact with them and move out as soon as theyʼre 18. That child would go through a shit-ton of therapy!ʼ

ʼBut hey, it worked for me!ʼ

ʼRight student for the right teacher or some shit like that. ʼ

Kyle stood up and stretched his muscles. ʼAnyway, enough sitting around. Seems like everything is essentially going to happen automatically. Canʼt waste 500 years on just sitting around. That would be depressing and boring as hell.ʼ

Kyle checked the time.

ʼ30 more years until my shift starts, but that doesnʼt mean that an alert will trigger immediately.ʼ

ʼI think itʼs not the right time to swing my hammer or to comprehend the Law of Mind, but I can probably look at some Laws.ʼ

Kyle went to the shop and bought the most expensive set for the Mid Crusher Material Fragment.

He really didnʼt need to improve his weapon anymore, but at some point, he would need to look at this Fragment anyway, and now was a good time.

As soon as the materials and machines arrived, Kyle went to work.

These materials were so powerful that Kyle couldnʼt even put a dent in most of them, but he didnʼt need to.

That was why he had all of these expensive-ass machines.

While looking at all the different materials, time continued to pass.

Naturally, the materials became more complex in their composition as they advanced in level, but this Fragment wasnʼt that much harder than the last.

30 years quickly passed, and Kyleʼs shift started, but as always, he didnʼt notice.

About three years into Kyleʼs shift, he got the first alert.

The Planet was pretty good since it originated in the Main Dimension, giving the team a lot of time to harvest materials.

During this excursion, Kyle also got to fight his first Level Twelve Primal Beast, and it went about as expected.

Kyle essentially just executed the poor thing.

He also mined a lot of ore, and the team even harvested a Vortex.

In total, everyone earned a bit more than 200 Contribution Points, which was a lot.

After Kyle came back, he immediately went back to his home gym and kept looking at materials.

45 years after starting, Kyle managed to comprehend the Fragment of Medium Crusher Metal Materials.

ʼAlright, thatʼs taken care of,ʼ he thought. ʼThis should take care of my weapon for a long while.ʼ

ʼStill got about 25 years left on my shift. Maybe I should use that time to catch up on some of my other Elemental Laws.ʼ

Once more, Kyle looked at the shop, and he quickly found something interesting.

A Law Well for specific aspects of the Law of Minor Wind.

The word Minor referred to the level of existence of the Element. A Minor Element was reserved for Elements appropriate for Seekers living in a Secondary World.

In general, Minor referred to Level One to Level Three Laws.

Higher referred to Level Four to Level Six Laws.

No modifier meant that it was the highest level of the Law.

So, technically, if Kyle said that he knew the Law of Wind, he was claiming that he knew a Level Seven or stronger Law, which was obviously not the case.

What Kyle actually knew was the True Law of Minor Yang-Wind.

The True in the beginning just referred to whether or not someone comprehended the full thing or not. In the Tertiary World, people called it Half and Full, while people in the Supreme World called them False and True.

The Law of Minor Wind was not the same as the Law of Yang-Wind.

The Law of Minor Wind was a Level Three Law, and it combined the two aspects of Yang-Wind and Yin-Wind.

Of course, most of the time, the Element just showed itself in its Yang-Form since that was the most common and natural variant.

However, it could exhibit both properties interchangeably and augment them.

The Law of Yang-Wind didnʼt have a modifier since this version of wind only existed as a Level One Law.

Meanwhile, the concept of wind existed on all levels of power.

Sometimes, more powerful variants of an Element also had different names.

For example, the Law of Higher Fire was also called the Law of Starfire due to its properties and the fact that almost all stars were made of fire of this level.

ʼAt some point, I have to comprehend the Level Three variants of my Elements again. Iʼm already making quite some headway with the Law of Minor Metal since I keep comprehending its Fragments, but I also need to look at the other two.ʼ

ʼMight as well take a small glance at the Fragment of Minor Windʼs Movement.ʼ

ʼAnd best of all, I donʼt even have to leave the branch!ʼ
