Quietly listening to the sound echoing in his ears, Yu Zi Yu’s lips curved into a faint smile.

[As expected, hunting down the strong is the fastest way to harvest Evolution Points, and the most optimal method as well.]

[Slaughtering the weak on a large scale would inevitably provoke the wrath of Heaven and stir the resentment of countless vengeful spirits, but subduing the strong? That is a different story altogether. Especially when it comes to enemies who bear grudges. No matter how many are killed, no one is going to object.]

Of course, Yu Zi Yu had carefully chosen the two Tier-5 powerhouses he killed.

One had attempted to ambush him—someone like him definitely deserved death.

The other was the weakest among the thirteen Tier-5 True Gods present here.

Existences like these, with no significant status and likely privy to no critical secrets, were perfect to serve as warnings to others.

And now, as Yu Zi Yu slowly raised his gaze, what greeted him were eyes filled with fear and trepidation.

Not a single individual dared to meet his gaze. Some even had cold sweat dripping from their foreheads.

Although these experts had cultivated to such high levels and possessed unwavering determination, facing someone like Yu Zi Yu—who killed without hesitation—still sent chills down their spines.

After all, the ones he killed were no mere Ants. They were True Gods, beings standing at the pinnacle of the cosmos.

In the past, just one Mountain Titan was enough for the entire Titan Star Domain to pay an enormous price, but now, in the blink of an eye, two such True Gods had fallen.

*Gulp…* Even these mighty True Gods could not help but swallow hard as a chill gripped their hearts and Souls.

At that moment, not giving them a chance to collect themselves, Yu Zi Yu raised the long sword in his hand. Its tip, still dripping blood, shimmered with an indescribable brilliance.

Accompanying it was a restrained yet terrifying killing intent.

Slaying two Tier-5 True Gods in quick succession had also been a fortuitous opportunity for the Demonic Sword—Lifebane.

At the very least, Lifebane’s innate killing intent had increased by 30–40%.

The more blood it drank, the more dreadful its aura became.

This was the very essence of a Demonic Sword.

“Indeed, following the Master was the best choice I could have made,” muttered Ying Er, the Sword Spirit, with a mysterious smile curling her lips.

…

Ignoring Lifebane’s ongoing evolution, Yu Zi Yu’s face turned icy as he coldly declared, “Hand over the Tai Chi Diagram…”

As his words fell, the atmosphere plunged into a deathly silence.

Then, as if recovering from the shock, several furious voices echoed through the sky:

“Are you dreaming? You dare covet our Supreme Imperial Artifact?”

“A mere Overlord dares to lay eyes on our Forbidden Artifact…”

…

One outraged cry after another rang out, and even the most composed Elders turned red and blue with rage. Outraged over the fact that someone would dare to target ‘their’ Supreme Imperial Artifact.

They found it ridiculous and exasperating.

Even though the Artifact here was only a third of the complete diagram, it was not something an outsider could hope to claim.

Moreover, the Tai Chi Diagram was integral to the Heavenly Court’s rise and could not be lost.

Clenching his fists tightly, the Elder holding a whisk shouted in a resonant voice, “Sir, don’t you think you’re going too far? The Tai Chi Diagram is the ultimate foundation of our Heavenly Court. By coveting it now, are you declaring war on the Heavenly Court?”

“So what if I am?” Completely indifferent to it, a cold chuckle escaped Yu Zi Yu.

While others might fear the Heavenly Court’s foundations, he, who had already pushed the Immortal of the Human Race into a trap, had no such concerns. After all, a clash with the Heavenly Court was only a matter of time. Even the once mighty Heavenly Court could not ultimately hide from those with intent.

Moreover, the greatest cornerstone of the Heavenly Court, that Human Immortal, had already faded into history.

As for the other cornerstone, the Tai Chi Diagram, it likely fared no better.

Defending the Human Immortal and opposing the Consciousness of Cosmic Source was no trivial matter. Yu Zi Yu speculated that the Tai Chi Diagram had likely fallen into slumber.

Of course, even if it had not and instead awakened to strike back at him, it would hardly matter.

After all, at the level of Imperial Artifacts, Yu Zi Yu had the protection of the long-lost first Imperial Artifact, the Eastern Emperor Bell.

Even if the Tai Chi Diagram did not fear him, it would at least respect the Eastern Emperor Bell.

With this thought, Yu Zi Yu smirked to himself, brimming with confidence.

This time, the Tai Chi Diagram was his for the taking.

There was no hesitation—there was no need for it.

Now that all pretence had been shattered, it was time for him to act decisively.

With this resolve, Yu Zi Yu’s Spiritual Energy surged.

*Rooooaar…* Suddenly, a Dragon Roar reverberated through the air as the Purple Dragon coiled behind him started growing bigger.

In an instant, it had grown to tens of thousands of meters in length, casting an immense shadow that enveloped the Secret Realm’s sky.

And then—

“Devouring Heaven…” With a thunderous shout, the Purple Dragon looming in the sky opened its massive maw.

Then…

*Boooooom…* Accompanied by a terrifying roar, the world dimmed in an instant, plunging into apocalyptic darkness.

…

At that moment, a glimmer of dim light appeared in the throat of the Purple Dragon.

*Boooooom…* Another earth-shattering explosion shook the world, and the entire Secret Realm trembled violently.

Before the horrified eyes of the Heavenly Court’s powerhouses, their bodies were lifted uncontrollably into the air.

It was not just them—everything within the Secret Realm began to rise.

Devouring Heaven —as the name suggests, even Heaven could be devoured.

This was the power of Yu Zi Yu’s Purple Dragon, a strength he had seized after defeating the Void King who carried the name ‘Gluttony.’

But compared to the original Void King, Yu Zi Yu was far more terrifying.

This was because he had fused the Devouring Heaven ability with the Grand Divine Ability—Nine Realms.

Using the Realm of Void within the Nine Realms of Heaven as a vessel, he could contain anything he devoured.

The faint light in the Purple Dragon’s throat was, in truth, the entrance to this Realm of Void.

The original Void King’s devouring power had its limits.

Now, with the Realm of Void at his disposal, Yu Zi Yu’s Devouring Heaven ability had been magnified infinitely.

It could consume an entire Small World—let alone a mere Secret Realm like this one.

Thus, a chilling spectacle unfolded.

The Purple Dragon behind Yu Zi Yu’s Humanoid Form opened its massive maw, and as darkness engulfed Heaven and the Earth, the Secret Realm began to shrink, vanishing into the Dragon’s mouth.

Accompanying this horrifying scene were the Heavenly Court Disciples, now paralyzed with terror, their minds shattered by the overwhelming dread.
