Race: Void Clan
Rank: Tier-4

Innate Talent: Hunger — With hunger as base, it can digest and devour everything, and even quickly transform matter into bodily growth through its complex biological structure, increasing muscle mass and density, and making its outer shell as hard as diamonds.

Unique Abilities:

Bone Spikes — When mere growth in size is no longer enough for it, it expels excess matter to form sharp bone spikes, piercing its prey.

Feast — Opening its gaping maws, it releases a terrifying suction force, devouring everything, even energy.

Piercing Roar — Its roar is so sharp that it can even pierce the Soul.

Earth Stamp — Thanks to its enormous size that is beyond anyone’s imagination, it can cause massive destruction with a single step.

Tenacious Skin — Its skin is as hard as diamonds, and can resist all attacks.

Extreme Recovery — Conjoined with the devourings, its recovery ability becomes even more terrifying.

Casting a long, deep glance at the terrifying creature entwined by him, Yu Zi Yu’s eyes could not help but narrow.

“A Void Behemoth, called Hunger. It truly lives up to its name.”

Hunger was indeed a fitting name for it: Driven by insatiable hunger, its desire to devour everything was perfectly embodied in this monster.

Suddenly, Yu Zi Yu felt the monster opening its massive jaws.

Then, with a harsh grating sound, the Soaring Purple Flood Dragon — Ophis transformed from Yu Zi Yu’s Cosmic Root slightly trembled.

At this moment, if one looked near the head of the massive monster, they would see Ophis tightly entwined around the gargantuan beast, overflowing with purple sap that resembled blood.

*Rooooooaar…* At the same time, a thunderous painful cry escaped Ophis’ jaws as a surge of intense pain flooded Yu Zi Yu’s mind.

Simply because, this purple monster had bitten into Yu Zi Yu’s body, almost biting Ophis into two.

Adding more to the dread, a horrific suction emanated from the gargantuan beast’s mouth, sucking in not only Yu Zi Yu’s Spiritual Energy, but even Ophis’ flesh and blood.

“Rather than being driven by hunger, it’s more like being accompanied by the need to devour.” Yu Zi Yu let out a sneer, having seen through the true nature of this purple monster.

[Devouring everything and absorbing it into its own power, isn’t this the weakened version of the renowned ‘Devouring’ Principle? But, compared to the Devouring Principle comprehended by others, this monster is more like a slave to the instinct of Devouring, and has surrendered to its hunger. Still, it is precisely because of this that it has managed to grow so rapidly, reaching Tier-4, expanding to half the size of the Moon, and even becoming one of the kings of the Void Clan, specifically the 17th Void King.]

Focusing his gaze, Yu Zi Yu gazed fixedly on the last row of the status screen.

*Hehe…* Yu Zi Yu let out a cold sneer, unmoved by the entire devouring.

Instead, he controlled Ophis to also open its gaping maws, revealing its pairs of sharp gleaming fangs before plunging them deep into the gargantuan purple monster.

However, this was not the end, because at this moment, Yu Zi Yu’s Ophis too emitted a strong suction.

Although it was inferior to the purple monster’s suction, it was still enough to allow Yu Zi Yu to plunder the purple monster’s flesh and Spiritual Energy.

This was an ability possessed by every root and branch of Yu Zi Yu — Nutrient Absorption, which allowed him to turn everything into nutrients, absorbing them completely, including Spiritual Energy.

And now, Yu Zi Yu was using this ability to absorb the purple monster’s flesh and Spiritual Energy.

Of course, this was just the beginning, because at this moment…

“Innate Talent — Absolute Evolution…” Muttering, Yu Zi Yu’s metamorphosed Soul, like a supercomputer, began to analyze the essence of the purple monster.

…

At this moment, witnessing Ophis and the purple monster entwined with each other, seemingly devouring each other, Zi Lian’s pupils suddenly focused.

His Spiritual Energy surged with a roar as Zi Lian, taking advantage of the purple monster’s distraction, swung his scythe-like arms at its massive jaws without a moment of hesitation, unleashing a kilometer long purple arc.

*Squish…* The long purple arc cut through the purple monster’s thick hide, splattering purple blood everywhere.

However, this was just a start.

The next moment, taking a deep breath, Zi Lian continuously swung his scythe-like arms.

First slash…

Second slash…

Third slash…

In a short span of a few breaths, tens of thousands of purple slashes erupted like a storm around the purple monster’s mouth, and the target of these slashes, the purple gargantuan monster broke into thunderous painful shrieks.

Faintly, a hint of fear appeared on its face.

Although it was faint, it was captured by Zi Lian.

At this moment, if one observed the purple monster carefully, they would clearly notice its strength weakening due to Zi Lian’s slashes.

And because of this, streams of purple energies, like a flood, surged into Ophis’ gaping maws that had bitten into the monster’s body. And with the surge of the purple energy, a brilliant purple halo burst forth around Ophis.

It seemed to be undergoing an evaluation. Even its aura grew more and more terrifying.
