The Sword God of the Universe

Chapter 2030: Chapter 2030: Eastern Domain Crisis

The four ultimate forces and the five great chaotic kingdoms have currently dispatched a considerable number of All Things Realm beings and Controller-level beings to deal with the Devouring Sky Clan creatures.

However, these major forces do not dare to send all their strong beings out to hunt the Devouring Sky Clan before confirming their main force.

In the Endless Chaos, indeed, there are many Devouring Sky Clan armies wildly attacking Chaos creatures, but they are relatively dispersed. Judging by their scale, these crazed slaughtering Devouring Sky Clan armies aren’t the true main force. Some armies are only led by Generals, namely Golden Body All Things Realm Devouring Sky Clan creatures. To tackle such armies, a Chaos Life of Controller level leading a force is sufficient to ambush them.

In the fifth year of the full-scale war.

Near the Eastern Domain Slaughter God Temple Main Hall!

Although the Void Divine Hall no longer exists, the Slaughter God Temple still remains. Currently, the Slaughter God Temple is jointly controlled by the four ultimate forces, still divided into the general halls of the four domains: east, south, west, and north.

The Eastern Domain Main Hall is controlled by the Boundaryless Spirit Mountain.

At this moment, within the Eastern Domain Main Hall, a Chaos Hall Master from the Boundaryless Spirit Mountain is stationed there. This Hall Master, named Niu Gu, is also an elderly Controller-level strong being. In terms of strength, he is considered relatively formidable among all Controllers.

This day, the area near the Eastern Domain Main Hall seemed as usual, rather stagnant. Niu Gu stationed at the Eastern Domain Main Hall can only leave if it’s of utmost importance. Nevertheless, he is monitoring the chaos in the Endless Chaos, regularly receiving reports from his subordinates on the movements of the Devouring Sky Clan creatures in the chaos.

In the midst of this stagnation, a Devouring Sky Clan fortress rapidly approaches the Eastern Domain Main Hall.

The Devouring Sky Clan fortress cannot be detected with Divine Thought; it can only be spotted through the naked eye. Even Controller-level strong beings cannot use Divine Thought to detect the presence of the Devouring Sky Clan fortress. Especially if the fortress is moving at relatively low speed, it’s even harder to detect. If the fortress is moving at higher speed, due to the Space-time Law distortions caused, there is a certain possibility of detection.

This Devouring Sky Clan fortress, while rallying rapidly towards the Eastern Domain Main Hall, is not far from the main hall. By this point, the Devouring Sky Clan creatures do not seem worried about being discovered, and the entire fortress flies at top speed. Such speed is almost equivalent to Void Shuttling.

In just a few hours, the Devouring Sky Clan fortress gets within 10 billion miles of the Eastern Domain Main Hall. Here, the fortress halts.

Inside the fortress, a large number of Devouring Sky Clan creatures surge. Among them, many Golden Body All Things Realm Devouring Sky Clan creatures can be observed. Within the vast structure of the fortress, a Devouring Sky Clan Mother is squirming rapidly. It can be seen that as she squirmed, a multitude of Devouring Sky Clan creatures are birthed. These freshly birthed creatures, upon emergence, frantically devour gathered resources, and their strength enhances at breakneck speed.

Inside the grand palace, apart from the Devouring Sky Clan Mother, five Devouring Sky Clan Marshals are gathered.

”Alright! The super wormhole is successfully established; the army can reach this fortress anytime.” One Devouring Sky Clan Marshal, as if receiving some message, suddenly spoke.

”Mm, how long before Fortress number three and Fortress number four reach their designated positions?” Another Marshal nodded and asked.

”Fortress number three can arrive at the designated position approximately in three days; Fortress number four requires more time but can also arrive within half a month.” The first speaking Devouring Sky Clan Marshal said.

”Excellent! Then, let’s begin! Let us first crush this Slaughter God Temple Eastern Domain Main Hall.” A Devouring Sky Clan Marshal exclaimed with excitement.

”Slay them! Slay all Chaos beings! We will seize this chaos!” The other Marshals shouted in unison.

In just thirty minutes, tides of Devouring Sky Clan creatures surged from the fortress, densely covering the Chaos Void.

Two Marshals led the charge, each guiding a vast army towards the Eastern Domain Main Hall. Meanwhile, the remaining three Marshals began to oversee the continuous transport of countless Devouring Sky Clan creatures through the super wormhole.

Clearly, this Devouring Sky Clan fortress is indeed part of their main army in the current full-scale war.

As the Devouring Sky Clan army marched towards the Eastern Domain Main Hall, getting very close, only then did the beings within the main hall abruptly monitor the terrifying scene happening in the nearby Chaos Void.

Immediately after, all Chaos beings within the main hall startled into awareness.

”Hall Master!” A peak All Things Realm being quickly goes to see Niu Gu.

”Hall Master, something’s wrong, there’s a major issue! Outside, countless Devouring Sky Clan creatures are pouring in!” The peak All Things Realm being said with a somewhat panic-stricken tone.

”What?” Niu Gu suddenly stood up, his eyes widening as if in disbelief.

Then, he swiftly exited the inner hall.

In the main hall, monitoring formations exist where Niu Gu arrived and immediately saw the images of countless Devouring Sky Clan creatures crazily approaching the Eastern Domain Main Hall, which he was responsible for guarding.

Niu Gu, despite his seasoned expertise as a Controller level, couldn’t help but inhale sharply. Other beings responsible for monitoring formations had already turned pale, not daring to breathe.

”What’s happening? How did the Devouring Sky Clan army suddenly appear at the Eastern Domain Main Hall?”

Niu Gu’s eyes turned blood-red.

The Eastern, Southern, Western, Northern four domain main halls of the Slaughter God Temple are essentially the four gateways to the Ultimate Land. If any one main hall is destroyed, the subsequent Devouring Sky Clan creatures’ army will directly threaten the Ultimate Land.

”Hall Master, what... what should we do? These Devouring Sky Clan... armies are very large. Hall Master, look, there’s Devouring Sky Clan Marshal among them; it seems... seems to be the main army! If true, there must be a fortress at the rear!” A peak All Things Realm being stutteringly said.

Niu Gu’s mind spun quickly; although he was shocked and somewhat flustered, since he was a Controller-level strong being, he had often slain Devouring Sky Clan creatures and even battled a Devouring Sky Clan Marshal before. Although he wasn’t a match for the Marshal, in that battle, he successfully escaped from the Devouring Sky Clan Marshal’s grasp.

Niu Gu ignored the words of the peak All Things Realm being, took out his Identity Token, and swiftly transmitted the information back to the headquarters of Boundaryless Spirit Mountain.
