The Deadly Hitwoman: The Heiress's Special Abilities

Chapter 614: Chapter 614: Prayer Pavilion Established (Part 2)

Han Jing patted She, promising to personally take her back to Nanyao Country once she was done with her work. Only then did Xiao Xue happily skip away to find Ting Luo, seemingly having forgotten about last night’s sadness.

”Big Brother, Lan Ling, we previously said that the first thing we’d do after establishing the Prayer Pavilion is go to Beihan Palace. Directly confronting Beihan Palace might be a bit difficult, given that Beihan Palace has been around for many years and has quite a few powerful disciples. So I still want to find a way to locate Yun Feng first. The three of us, plus An’an, will make a trip to Beihan Palace. No matter what, we have to find Yun Feng.” The personal vendetta between Han Jing and Han Qingjue had to be settled sooner or later. Han Jing had endured all these years and was not in a rush now. Her most important goal was to find Yun Feng, who disappeared years ago.

First, it had always been a knot in their hearts. To them, Yun Feng was like family. He had been missing for years, and they had tried everything to find him, but to no avail. She was very concerned that he might have met with an ill fate. So this time, no matter what, they had to find out where he was.

Second, only by finding Yun Feng could they figure out what was going on with Su Yu.

”Alright, once we set up the barrier around the Prayer Pavilion and announce its establishment, we’ll head to Beihan Palace under the name of the Prayer Pavilion,” Lian Xichen nodded.

There were things he knew but, for the time being, could not tell Han Jing.

Han Jing raised an eyebrow: ”Any news of Han Litong?”

Not long after the Beiming Pearl was stolen, Han Litong passed the position of Palace Master of Beihan Palace to Han Qingjue. As for herself, she rarely appeared before the public eye since then. It was said that she went to find a way to save Fengxi.

After Fengxi died, his soul was sealed in the Beiming Pearl because Yun Zidu hoped that one day an extraordinary person might appear and possibly bring Fengxi back to life. As long as Fengxi’s soul didn’t dissipate, it was still possible.

Unfortunately, the Beiming Pearl was stolen and used to open the Delusion Void Array, so it was highly possible that Fengxi might thus be utterly destroyed.

Han Jing felt that her grudge against Han Qingjue was indeed growing bigger.

She was sure that Han Qingjue was the one who stole the Beiming Pearl. If that were the case, Han Jing would also have to add a personal vendetta of her father’s murder against her.

In short, between them, it was destined to be a matter of life and death.

Lan Ling shook his head. He was usually in charge of collecting various information but hadn’t really paid attention to news of Han Litong.

”I’ll try to find out. What do you need her information for?” Lan Ling asked.

Han Jing sneered: ”When we go to Beihan Palace, we have to choose a time when Han Litong is there and let her see that I, who didn’t die back then, have returned.”

If Fengxi died willingly for Han Litong, then it was his choice, and none of them had any reason to blame Han Litong. But Han Jing was always petty; since Han Litong could abandon her, she had to go back and cause her some trouble!

Why should she live freely, having done so many guilty things, without fearing ghosts knocking on her door at midnight?!

If ghosts don’t knock on that door, she will!

Lian Xichen nodded: ”Jing’er has a good idea. The more chaotic it is, the better it is for us. Our goal is to force her to reveal Yun Feng’s whereabouts, so of course, we’ll make some trouble for her. We also need to have a good talk with Han Litong about her stealing of the Beiming Pearl, to see what kind of exemplary daughter she raised, one who could even harm her benefactor!”
