The Deadly Hitwoman: The Heiress's Special Abilities

Chapter 530: Chapter 530: Mother Is a Big Liar!

The little girl was crying irrationally, wailing loudly, just like the kind of tantrums Han Jing had seen thrown by other children before.

She felt a bit at a loss.

She really didn’t know how to take care of children or teach them. Xiao Xue had been a source of relief for her since birth, growing up almost effortlessly, listening, and smart.

But now...

She had no idea how to console the child.

Moreover, she indeed felt somewhat guilty, claiming to be in seclusion, but secretly going off to meet Su Yu. Last night, she had coaxed the little girl saying he wasn’t her father, and today, she went off to see Su Yu.

It was excessively unfair.

Han Jing bent down to pick up the little girl. The girl was still crying with grievance, rubbing her eyes, making them red.

”Xiao Xue, be good, don’t cry anymore, okay? It’s mother’s fault, shouldn’t have snuck out, but...” Han Jing thought about it and remembered Xiao Xue’s frequent secret outings, ”But doesn’t Xiao Xue also often sneak away? Mother just remembered some things to attend to, so she went out for a bit, not meaning to leave Xiao Xue behind! Xiao Xue must not be unreasonable!”

Xiao Xue sobbed, ”You’re lying, don’t think I don’t know you went to see daddy, you big liar! Mother is a big liar! You don’t love me anymore! You’re always lying to me! I won’t talk to you anymore! Boo hoo hoo...”

This time Xiao Xue was truly heartbroken and angry, she didn’t want to hear her mother’s explanations anymore, wriggling out of her embrace, really ignoring her.

Last night while sleeping, she dreamed of her daddy, but recalling what her mother had said, although she was sad she couldn’t see him yet, she still trusted her mother. Early today, mother said she was going to cultivate, so she behaved and didn’t bother her.

But her mother had forgotten, she carries the Ghost Butterfly with her, so as soon as her mother left, she knew.

She intuitively felt her mom was definitely hiding something, so she didn’t tell anyone, but secretly went to find Youyou, asking Youyou to take her to follow her mother from afar. She masked her and Youyou’s presence, mom wouldn’t discover them, but to be safe, they didn’t dare follow too closely, instead keeping their distance.

Xiao Xue’s memory was excellent, she visited the Wengshan Sect the other day, although she didn’t see the path clearly when going, she certainly did when returning.

So, watching from afar as her mother entered the Wengshan Sect, she felt something was amiss, but to avoid being found out, she obediently waited outside with Youyou.

They waited for a long time, and then... then she saw her mother with that person from yesterday who might be her father.

Xiao Xue felt deceived, exceedingly unhappy, exceedingly, exceedingly unhappy!

She specially returned with Youyou ahead of her mom to wait here for her, having decided that if her mom confessed, she would forgive her, but... Xiao Xue felt very heartbroken and very let down.

She didn’t want to pay any attention to her mom.

Liar, big liar!

Xiao Xue walked away crying.

This time Han Jing was truly helpless... Watching Xiao Xue walk away crying in sorrow, she belatedly realized she had most likely been tracked by this little girl.

...So, this time the problem had grown larger.

Even though this daughter was hers, Han Jing had to admit, this ghost spirit was far smarter than she was.
