The Deadly Hitwoman: The Heiress's Special Abilities

Chapter 309: Chapter 309: Slap in the Face

Of course, except for the woman he wants to see, but the chances of that are really too small.

An Chuxue really couldn’t hold back and laughed out loud, no, it was too funny. Honestly, she’s got a good psychological quality; after all, she’s been acquainted with Su Yu through Han Jing for so long, but Su Yu habitually doesn’t see her.

Not to mention this He Yanxin who popped out from some unknown corner; it’s as if there would be a ghost if Su Yu actually glanced at her!

He Yanxin has grown up without ever experiencing embarrassment like today.

Moreover, it’s not just them here; there are also some passing pedestrians, especially those attracted by Su Yu’s beauty, who couldn’t help but stop and look over here.

Yet Su Yu remained oblivious and unaware, silently following beside Han Jing, as if everything in the world, apart from her, was irrelevant to him.

He Yanxin stood there with trembling fingers hidden in her sleeve. Was he doing it on purpose? Was he intentionally pretending not to see her, to embarrass her?

He Yanxin isn’t someone who swallows grievances silently. Since seeing him until now, he’s only spoken with one person. Unhesitatingly, He Yanxin raised her hand, and a thin ray shot towards Han Jing!

However, before that thin ray could approach Han Jing, it vanished into nothingness right behind her.

Su Yu’s body paused, turned back, raised a hand, and in front of everyone, ”smack,” a slap landed on He Yanxin’s face.

The slap was crisp, loud, and merciless, leaving almost everyone who saw it dumbstruck. Su Yu’s face in Capital City, plenty of people have seen it, and some recognized his identity. But none ever thought that the god-like Prince Yu would strike someone in public.

As his slap landed, He Yanxin’s head almost instinctively tilted to the side, and the ribbon used to tie her hair was blown off by the force of the palm. Her hair cascaded like a waterfall, amidst the thousand glittering lights. Her now half-pale and half imprinted face was marked with five clear finger prints!

Blood slid down from the corner of her lips. Compared to the pain, she was more stunned by how this scene even happened.

Su Yu, he, he hit her?

In broad daylight, he hit her?

Did she make a mistake? Did she identify the wrong person? Or... was she having hallucinations?

Su Yu didn’t spare her even a glance, nor did he care about the whispered discussions among the crowd. His expression was ultimately a bit nasty as he flatly said to Han Jing: ”Let’s go back.”

Han Jing...

Just as he was about to turn and leave, He Yanxin already shouted out: ”Stop there! Do you believe I’ll kill her!”

Yun Feng was about to kneel for this bold girl, are you really that reckless...

”I advise you to leave quickly. If it weren’t for the fact that your needle just now wasn’t poisoned, do you think a slap would solve the problem? Young lady, don’t be too vicious, especially pay attention to whom you’re dealing with!” If a bloody incident happens on this street, it’s really not good. If only he’d known, he wouldn’t have coaxed Su Yu to come out.

A good man refrains from hitting a woman, that might show character for others, but for Su Yu, it’s nonsense! This foolish girl really thought Su Yu didn’t see her, he just couldn’t be bothered to deal with her. If she had any self-awareness, she would’ve left on her own. But she sought death by attacking Han Jing with a dark weapon, wasn’t this courting disaster? The reason Su Yu hit her face was entirely to mock her lack of shame!
