The Dark Rebirth of Pandora: Revenge of the Abyss

Chapter 388: Battle Part 6

The hot-headed Kaito is the first to charge at me with a golden spear in an attack, while I generate a powerful mana armor, defending the blow with my own body.

I grab the spear shaft and pull, but Tsubasa uses earth magic to lift me up, while Kaori tries to hit me with lightning magic. I dodge and start moving quickly.

”You really think clones will help?” I murmur, seeing Sakura generate clones, but since they are much weaker than me, I can easily affect them using [Chaotic Madness].

I make them attack Sakura herself while I punch Kaito. He blocks with the spear shaft, but is knocked back by the colossal difference in strength.

”[Great Sp...” Hana tries to use magic.

”[Anti-Magic Barrier]” Before she can finish the chant, an extra mouth recites for me a spell I developed to force others to fight hand-to-hand.

[Anti-Magic Barrier] A Void element barrier that consumes the enchantment of general spells as well as devours the sound of words.

’Seems to be working’ Magic through incantation requires chanting, to get through my Anti-Magic Barrier, it would need to use extremely powerful magic circles.

Or it has to be instant-use magic, that doesn’t require chanting and can be used immediately.

However, the fact that the magic was canceled seems to have shaken Hana, opening the gap for me to leap at her with a flying kick using the ground as a launchpad, sending her flying back without defending.

Several new Sakura clones try to come help, but I use [Chaotic Madness] and make them kill each other.

”This is your end!” Kaito, a little far away, says as he activates his ability, immediately a blade-equipped collar appears around my neck.

’A guillotine!!!’ I don’t know what kind of ”sin” he thinks I committed for the punishment to be decapitation, but this seems serious, in the past without the Pandora Yandere such a serious thing would be dangerous.

But after seeing the Pandora Yandere controlling the body, I understood that it’s much easier to use the partial form, I just make my neck turn into black mud, and when the guillotine closes, nothing happens to it, it just sinks into the black mud.

I grab the collar and pull, taking it off and throwing it to the ground, leaving Kaito furious while my neck returns to normal.

”[Hell Sniper]” He tries to do something, but I perforate his thigh with a fire shot that pierces through.

”[Hell Sniper], [Hell Sniper], [Hell Sniper], [Hell Sniper], [Hell Sniper], [Hell Sniper], [Hell Sniper], [Hell Sniper], [Hell Sniper]” I repeat the incantation several times, because of my barrier I can’t make the attack repeat automatically, but I can still use it multiple times.

Several holes appear in non-vital areas of Kaito’s body, this ability here was made to hit even Mikael himself, obviously it would work on them.

Kaito supports himself on the ground with the spear while I generate hundreds of shadow sharks and enter the shadows, hiding. The sharks begin to circle around as I move through the darkness.

Jumping out of the ground, I stomp the ground with extreme force, lifting a large piece of it that I kick, shattering and throwing it at the heroes, creating a dust curtain.

’I’ll get rid of Kaito and his unique ability before he thinks of something that could be dangerous’ I jump through the small stone fragments, propelling myself with extreme speed towards Kaito.

I grab him by the hair while the momentum makes me slide across the ground, I throw him away from the other heroes and using his own shadow, I come out of it, giving a kick to his spine, hearing a crack and a scream.

”Y-YOU DAMNED BITCH! I’M GOING TO KILL YOU” He curses me as a damned bitch while trying to get up, but regardless of his voice of rage and posture of someone who wants to appear strong, he still cries in pain.

I climb on top of him, sitting on his abdomen while slowly inserting my fingers, they pierce his body as the gloved fingers get dirty with blood.

”Did you know that even with severe damage, you continue to live and feel things as long as the brain is fine?” I say, spreading the shadows inside his body.

”I’ll liquefy your body from the inside, how many seconds until your death?” When I say this, his eyes turn into pure terror, and immediately a golden spear pierces my heart.

”That alone won’t kill me, you know? I’m quite resilient” I say, making the darkness generate blades and start spinning, soon they pick up speed as the spear in my heart begins to be expelled from my body.

”GAAAHAAAAAAHHHH” He lets out a horrible scream of pain as his organs begin to be pulverized as if they were inside a blender, he struggles, but can’t move as everything is transformed into a gelatinous mass of flesh, bones and natural fat.

”It’s painful, isn’t it? Having your organs liquefied, I understand, I’ve been through something similar” The spear in my heart begins to disintegrate as his eyes show that he’s dead.

’7 seconds...well...it’s unsatisfactory, but I’m too strong currently...I can torture him properly later’ I get up knowing that I now have his soul with me.

”One less, 5 to go” I murmur as the dust begins to subside, I look at the heroes seeing a strange weapon in Sakura’s hand, she clones and the clones end up leaving with the weapon.

”FIRE!” She yells and soon they all shoot an energy beam at me, but suddenly they all disappear, leaving Sakura incredulous.

’Seems like that had its use’ I spit out a core from my mouth, the attack from that weapon was just pure ambient mana fired, and manipulating ambient mana is easy.

”I guess it’s my turn” I say, joining my hands and forming a diamond with my fingers, soon a giant mana shot is fired in a straight line, literally erasing Sakura’s clones that are too weak for this fight.

As soon as the attack stops, I’m already in front of Sakura and with a downward punch I sink her face into the ground, while with my tail I knock down Kaori and with the other hand I hold Tsubasa’s sword attack.

”H-Hey! Why don’t you attack me!” Yuki stupidly advances towards me, saying something that doesn’t even make logical sense, after all, no one would want to be the target, but knowing her ability, it’s obvious I won’t attack her.

Crack

I stomp the ground with all my might, generating an earthquake in the area, unbalancing everyone, I use this to knock down Tsubasa with a kick and hold Kaori by the leg with my tail.

Moving my tail in an arc, I violently hit Kaori to the ground, hearing her cry of pain.

’Resistant...’ I try to be careful with her trap ability, since the longer she takes, the more powerful the trap becomes, I try to step on her head, but I’m pushed back by Yuki while I notice a broken ice dagger.

’An ice dagger, but it’s too weak, a truly desperate attack, Yuki is such a stupid bitch’ I notice that Hana broke the small anti-magic barrier I made, she’s so cunning.

”Are you really a hero? Come on, you’re so ridiculous” I punch Yuki in the face and feel the damage on me.

’Even the pain is completely reflected...’ She doesn’t show any pain, it seems the only way to get rid of Yuki is to send her real body to my universe, since there is no system or anything there that maintains her ability active.

”Aaaahh....aahhhh.....aahhhhh” I start spinning her with a tentacle made of darkness and keep her like that while I focus on the other heroes.

’They’re slower...the buff they received is decreasing...’ This is great, I start stomping the ground using mana to vibrate the soil, then start running, each step generating a tremor.

This consumes mana at a relatively high rate, but completely unbalances the battlefield, each tremor shakes the movements around while the spot where I step remains stable.

Tsubasa quickly adjusts to this and advances towards me, adjusting each step to match mine and avoid the tremors.

”Not bad, but if you think that’s it, then you’re still way below me” I spin when he’s close and kick, naturally the air is shattered and he is caught off guard as he literally receives an earthquake at the point of contact.

His arms break and he is thrown hundreds of meters away while I send the sharks after him, I also rush running super-fast towards him, reaching him while he’s still in the air, then kick him upwards from below.

”Aaahhh” He lets out a cry of pain as the kick hits and he is thrown against the ground, the damage being obvious as the ground cracks.

’I hope everything is okay on the other side’ I’m currently at 45% mana, I won’t be able to help in the war when this is over, the expenses have been too high and I’ll be debilitated.

Plus, I can’t use my body correctly anymore, my physical capabilities have reached their limit and I’m fighting with pure willpower and mana reinforcement to force my body to move.

The truth is that when I spend all the mana immediately, I get exhausted, my Abyssal Halo having returned part of the mana doesn’t take away the fatigue that came from the previous enormous spending.

Combining this with the fact that I received an attack that could destroy a planet, the result is my body extremely fragile, that egg was not just a discardable shell, it was literally my hardened body.

Having it destroyed caused me damage that now heavily taxes my body, if at least 15 heroes were still alive, I would lose from exhaustion.

But since there are only 5 left for me to kill, I can win if I don’t falter and fall into a dangerous trap.

’I can kill him...’ Tsubasa tries to get up, but broken bones are not easy to overcome even using mana, I approach him and hold his head.

I start squeezing while he notices what I’m doing and tries to attack me, but with his arms broken and multiple fractures, it’s difficult to do anything, so the pressure increases.

I hear his skull cracking and deforming as his eyes start to pop out, when his skull gives way, his head is crushed and explodes, covering me in blood and brain matter.

Since I lost the mask, my face gets dirty with blood, but I completely ignore it.

’Now there are 4 heroes left’ Besides Amiya who is knocked out a little away and Ren who is not on the battlefield.
