Villain: Manipulating the Heroines into hating the Protagonist

664  Conflicts Between Nature Clan And Corrupt Dragon Clan

A few days later, Wang Jian discreetly left the Nature Clanʼs star, confident that his plan was well underway. Meanwhile, in the wider cosmos, the Jiang Clan began conducting joint training exercises with their allies, the Corrupt Dragon Clan. These exercises were designed to keep their skills sharp and ensure readiness for any potential conflicts with their enemies.

Rumors began to spread within the Jiang Clan and their allies about the unique abilities of the Nature Clan. It was said that their elemental powers could be significantly strengthened and that they possessed rare fruits capable of providing temporary immunity to poison and other miraculous effects.

Dong Zhuo and his father, Dong Zhi, the leader of the Corrupt Dragon Clan, wore foul expressions as they learned of these rumors. Dong Zhi, in particular, was furious. ”We did everything to keep the Jiang Clan from discovering the Nature Clanʼs abilities,” he growled. ”These abilities could greatly enhance their elemental prowess and make them even stronger.”

When Jiang Chen, the leader of the Jiang Clan, found out about these rumors, he immediately sought to establish contact with the Nature Clan. Dong Zhuo intervened, trying to dissuade him. ”The Nature Clan is very reclusive,” he explained. ”They do not like to interact with members of other races, especially humans.”

However, just a few days later, a declaration echoed throughout the galaxy. The Nature Clan, through their envoys, announced their desire to conduct trade with the Jiang Family. Dong Zhuo was shocked and furious. How could this have happened?

Unbeknownst to him, Wang Jian had returned to the Nature Clanʼs star and, once again hiding in the shadow of the idol, posed as their divine spirit. He communicated with Qing Fenghua, suggesting that they should conduct trade with the Jiang Family to strengthen their clan and gather more raw materials.

Qing Fenghua, along with the beautiful elders of the clan, graciously accepted this suggestion from their divine spirit, despite their reluctance to interact with humans. They trusted the guidance of their deity, believing it was for the greater good of their clan.

This small incident soon became the catalyst for escalating tensions between the Nature Clan and the Corrupt Dragon Clan. Dong Zhuo and Dong Zhi, along with several members of the Corrupt Dragon Clan, visited the Nature Clanʼs star to discuss this unexpected declaration. They were determined to convince Qing Fenghua to retract her words and cancel any trade plans with the Jiang Family.

Qing Fenghua received them with her usual grace and poise. Her beauty was striking, her presence commanding. Dong Zhuo, despite his anger, couldnʼt help but feel a pang of admiration for his mother-in-law. She was the embodiment of the Nature Clanʼs allure and strength.

”Mother-in-law,” Dong Zhuo began, trying to maintain a calm demeanor, ”we need to discuss this declaration of trade with the Jiang Family. Itʼs not advisable to engage with them. The Corrupt Dragon Clan has always protected and supported the Nature Clan. Thereʼs no need to change our alliances.”

Qing Fenghuaʼs expression remained serene, but her eyes were resolute. ”Dong Zhuo, I appreciate your concern. However, this decision was made with the guidance of our divine spirit. We believe that this trade will bring great benefits to our clan.”

Dong Zhi stepped forward, his voice stern. ”Qing Fenghua, this is a mistake. The Jiang Family will only exploit your clanʼs abilities for their gain. The Corrupt Dragon Clan has been your steadfast ally. Retract your declaration before itʼs too late.”

Qing Fenghua met his gaze unflinchingly. ”I have faith in the guidance of our divine spirit. The Nature Clan will proceed with the trade. This decision is final.”

Dong Zhuoʼs fists clenched at his sides. ”Mother-in-law, please reconsider. This could lead to conflicts and complications. The Jiang Family cannot be trusted.”

Qing Fenghuaʼs voice remained calm but firm. ”Dong Zhuo, as much as I respect you and your father, the welfare of the Nature Clan comes first. We will strengthen ourselves through this trade. The decision stands.”

Realizing that further arguments would be futile, Dong Zhuo and Dong Zhi left, their minds brewing with frustration and anger. As they departed, Qing Fenghua turned to her elders. ”Prepare for the trade. Ensure that we gain the resources and materials we need. Our divine spirit has shown us the path, and we will follow it.”

In the days that followed, the Nature Clan began their preparations for the trade. They meticulously gathered their rare fruits, herbs, and other valuable resources, ready to present them to the Jiang Family. Qing Fenghua oversaw the entire process, ensuring that everything was perfect.

Meanwhile, Wang Jian watched from the shadows, his satisfaction growing. His plan was unfolding exactly as he had envisioned. By guiding the Nature Clan to trade with the Jiang Family, he had sown the seeds of discord between the Nature Clan and the Corrupt Dragon Clan.

The Jiang Family welcomed the trade proposal with open arms. They were eager to acquire the Nature Clanʼs rare resources and abilities, recognizing the immense potential for enhancing their elemental powers and cultivation. Envoys were sent to the Nature Clanʼs star, and negotiations began in earnest.

Qing Fenghua, along with her elders, met with the Jiang Family envoys. The negotiations were conducted with the utmost respect and decorum. Both sides recognized the mutual benefits of the trade and quickly reached an agreement. The Nature Clanʼs resources would be exchanged for rare materials and knowledge that would aid in their cultivation and defense.

As the trade commenced, the tension between the Nature Clan and the Corrupt Dragon Clan grew palpable.

Dong Zhuo and Dong Zhi watched helplessly as the Jiang Family gained access to the Nature Clanʼs unique abilities.

They knew this would tip the balance of power in favor of the Jiang Family, making them even more formidable.

Wang Jian continued to play his role as the divine spirit, guiding Qing Fenghua and the Nature Clan with subtle suggestions and prophecies. Each interaction deepened their trust in him and solidified his control over the clan. He watched with a sense of accomplishment as the Nature Clan flourished under his guidance, unaware that they were being led down a path of manipulation and conquest.

One evening, as the Nature Clan gathered for their prayers, Wang Jianʼs voice echoed from the idol once again. ”My faithful children, you have done well. The trade with the Jiang Family has strengthened our clan. But be wary, for the prophecy still looms over us.”

Qing Fenghua and the elders listened intently, their expressions serious. ”Great Spirit, we are vigilant,” Qing Fenghua replied. ”We will protect our clan and follow your guidance.”

”The time will come when the prophecy will be fulfilled,” Wang Jian continued. ”Remain united and strong. When the moment arrives, you will know what to do.”

The clan members nodded, their resolve firm. They had placed their faith in their divine spirit, and they would follow his guidance to the end.

A couple of weeks had passed since the trade between the Nature Clan and the Jiang Family commenced. During this period, the Nature Clan managed to maintain a fragile balance with the Corrupt Dragon Clan. Despite the increasing tensions, both sides refrained from outright conflict, primarily due to the Nature Clanʼs reluctance to escalate matters further with Dong Zhuo. The precarious peace allowed the Nature Clan to focus on their trade, enhancing their strength and resources.

As the Nature Clan continued its activities, Wang Jian, still cloaked in the guise of the Nature True Godʼs Spirit, prepared to withdraw temporarily. One evening, during a grand ceremony in front of the colossal idol that represented the Nature True God, Wang Jianʼs voice resonated from the idol with an air of divine authority.

”Qing Fenghua, my faithful children of nature, heed my words,” the voice said, echoing through the starry sky. ”I will enter a period of slumber, which may extend for several days or weeks. During this time, you are to continue caring for your clan with unwavering dedication.”

Qing Fenghua, standing before the idol with her head bowed in reverence, felt a pang of both concern and gratitude. Her radiant beauty, enhanced by her ethereal presence, seemed to glow in the dim light of the ceremony. She addressed the deity with deep respect, her voice tinged with a mix of anxiety and devotion.

”Great Spirit, we are grateful for your guidance and will remain vigilant. We will continue to protect and nurture our clan according to your divine will. Should anything of great consequence arise, we shall seek your counsel.”

”Indeed,” Wang Jianʼs voice affirmed, resonating with a final note of divine gravitas. ”Should you face any great peril, you will feel my presence once more. For now, continue with your duties and remain steadfast.”

With a final whisper, Wang Jianʼs presence faded, leaving Qing Fenghua and the elders with a sense of calm reassurance. Unbeknownst to them, Wang Jian left behind a spatial spiritual mark concealed within the shadows of the idol. This mark would allow him to return to the Nature Clanʼs star at his convenience.
