I Can Gain One Skill Point Per Second

Chapter 1011: Chapter 1011: Amp Up Your Own Power!

As an Enhancement Master, one must have knowledge and experience with various equipment.

Mythical Equipment, which spans the entire Three Realms and Six Paths, consists of only three major sets.

The difficulty of obtaining equipment on each planet is the same.

This brings up the mechanism of gear drops.

If there is anything fair about the Three Realms and Six Paths, the equipment drop settings are the only truly fair part.

Different plane planets have varying strengths of planet will, but the strength of each planet’s dungeon and the creatures living on it are well balanced.

Take Blue Star and Treasure Blue Star for example.

Before the appearance of the variable Lin Yi, the difficulty for professionals from Treasure Blue Star and Blue Star to obtain Mythical Equipment was the same.

It was obtained through the Descent Abyss dungeons.

The probability of acquiring Mythical Equipment increases based on performance in the Descent Abyss dungeon and the chosen difficulty level.

If Lin Yi hadn’t appeared and Blue Star’s planet will hadn’t been enhanced, then Treasure Blue Star’s Descent Abyss dungeon difficulty would be much higher than Blue Star’s, and Treasure Blue Star’s professionals would also be much stronger than those from Blue Star.

However, the difficulty for professionals on both planets to acquire Mythical Equipment is the same.

The stronger the power, the higher the dungeon difficulty; the weaker the power, the simpler the dungeon.

But one thing cannot be denied:

The difficulty of obtaining Mythical Equipment is quite exaggerated, and wanting to collect a full set is almost impossible.

And now, Lin Yi calmly produces an entire set—if that isn’t outrageously extravagant, what is it?

”Yes, it’s an entire set named the [Universal Antagonist] set. Hey, what am I doing here—you surely know the effects of this equipment. As for me, I am a Mage-type professional, and this set isn’t particularly compatible for me.”

The four Enhancement Grandmasters from Treasure Blue Star heard this and didn’t find anything amiss.

The attributes of the [Universal Antagonist] set are indeed strong, but this set is more suitable for Warriors and tank types, professions with particularly thick blood bars.

When the folks at the Divine Refining Bureau heard this, they couldn’t help but be a little speechless.

Come on, Lin Yi.

Do you believe what you are saying?

On the entire Blue Star, who doesn’t know your strength?

Even if they aren’t aware of your strength, can’t they check your attributes in the Blue Star Professional Alliance’s information database?

In the entire Blue Star Professional Alliance, whose blood bar is thicker than yours, and whose defense, magical resistance, and various attribute resistances are higher than yours?

Sure, you are a Mage-type professional, and it seems inappropriate for you to use such tank equipment.

But who are you? You are Lin Yi.

Who in the entire Blue Star has attributes that can compare to yours? If this set isn’t suitable for you, then who would it suit?

Lin Yi, when you speak, can you consider the feelings of us ordinary people!

”Mr. Lin Yi, your foundation truly exceeds my expectations. It is my honor to compete with you today. Facing you in the upcoming match promises to be quite challenging.”

Bed was completely convinced at this point.

Lin Yi is undoubtedly a hexagonal warrior, and every attribute is top tier.

”With this complete set of equipment, how should we compete? The breastplate and leggings are large pieces, making enhancement relatively easy due to their size; it’s much easier to carve channels on them.”

”The bracelet and necklace are small items, making crafting extremely difficult. Mr. Lin Yi, this seems somewhat unfair for this match, doesn’t it?”

Yes, this match indeed isn’t fair.

Where in this world is there absolute fairness?

”Let’s do a draw. Based on the different parts we draw, we will obtain the equipment for enhancement. Luck is also a part of strength. How does everyone feel about this?”

Whether Lin Yi or Sun Dachuan,

The four Enhancement Grandmasters hadn’t competed on the same stage in a long time.

Today, truly brought a hot-blooded excitement.

This suggestion naturally gained the approval of the four Grandmasters.

Soon, the drawing phase began, and when receiving items, Lin Yi gave Sun Dachuan a mischievous smile.

Immediately, Sun Dachuan realized things were not simple.

When the six contestants on stage opened their drawn parts, the result was as Sun Dachuan expected.

Luo Xian, Zhao Dahai, Bed, and Kelly drew the belt, breastplate, weapon, and leggings respectively.

The necklace and bracelet fell into Lin Yi and Sun Dachuan’s hands.

Due to its unique nature of being worn, the enhancement difficulty of the necklace was cranked up to the maximum.

The result of the draw can be said to be incredibly unlucky for the two Blue Star enhancers.

But Sun Dachuan knew.

All of this was the result of Lin Yi using the Gravity Manipulation skill along with the Eye of All-Seeing.

True, the Enhancement Grandmasters from the Upper Plane have much that Lin Yi can learn from.

Yet, when it comes to Blue Star’s enhancement methods, Lin Yi was confident he wouldn’t lose to them.

Indeed, during the draw, he manipulated things a bit to bring the higher difficulty equipment to himself and Sun Dachuan.

The four Enhancement Grandmasters did not question the results, assuming Lin Yi and Sun Dachuan just had particularly bad luck.

Thinking that since they picked the most difficult parts, even if they lost in the competition, it would not damage their reputation, the four Grandmasters didn’t hold back in their plans.

As the competition began, the equipment enhancement was fervently underway.

As an Enhancer, having a high compatibility with the Fire Element is quite critical.

The flame necessary for enhancement cannot be satisfied by ordinary artificial flames.

One must use Source Power or Taichu to raise the temperature of the flame to a considerable degree.

Moreover, when enhancing equipment, one needs to withstand particularly high temperatures without letting the temperature cool down before forging, or it’s all for naught.

As Enhancement Grandmasters from the Upper Plane, the four Grandmasters were confident in their flame manipulation.

At the start of enhancement, each of them summoned three different colored flames and surrounded themselves with them.

The three flames were activated by Source Power, Power of Law, and Taichu respectively, and naturally, their powers varied, being used at different stages of enhancement.

Initially, they thought controlling three kinds of flames simultaneously was quite amazing.

However, when they moved their gaze to Lin Yi, they truly understood what ”amazing” meant.

Surrounding Lin Yi were more than ten kinds of flames in various colors.

These flames not only had different colors but also exhibited completely different forms.

The most shocking thing was that when Lin Yi controlled these flames, his aura showed no fluctuation whatsoever.

Lin Yi’s recovery capability is at the Spring Level, so even using Source Power to activate does not cause any aura fluctuation, which is quite normal.

But the four Grandmasters did not know this, and the truth is Lin Yi did not use Source Power or other forces to activate these flames.

The flames conjured by Chaos at the Beginning were like Lin Yi’s own hands, making them incredibly easy to control without excessive consumption.

”Ladies and gentlemen, stop staring. Shall we begin?”
