Why Would an Aircraft Carrier Be Dispatched to Escort His Fishing Boat?

238: Chapter 238 Earth’s Declaration, Mars’ Declaration of WarThrough virtual imaging communication, Jiang Chen and the twelve Great Elders of the Dragon Emblem had a friendly and sincere conversation.

Two of the Dragon Emblem Elders, Elder Xia and Tongtian, were right there.

Their attitude was very clear: they were standing with Jiang Chen and standing with Earth.

Meanwhile, the ten Great Elders of the Dragon Emblem at the Lunar Base, led by Zhao Yinhu, initially reached an agreement with Jiang Chen on a document formally titled ’The Joint Declaration After Friendly Consultations Between Earth and the Moon’.

Declaration 1: Jiang Chen, as a Level 3 Lifeform, has the obligation to maintain the peace and security of Earth and the Moon.

Declaration 2: Earth and the Moon share the same origin and ancestry; Earth is the cradle of humanity.

Declaration 3: The Moon is a satellite of Earth and has the obligation to defend the safety of Earth.

Declaration 4: Starship, Moon Rabbit Starship, and Starship will take turns conducting routine patrols in Earth’s airspace every year.

Declaration 5: The Moon will send Advanced Lifeforms to Earth to teach every year.

Declaration 6: The Moon does not support the theocratic rule of any planet.

Declaration 7: The Moon condemns the dictatorship of the Organization.

Declaration 8: The Moon expresses no opinion on the death of Mai Gurong.

Declaration 9: The Moon expresses high recognition of Mr. Jiang’s strength.

Declaration 10: The Moon and Earth will jointly develop Level 1 Life Forms and share resources.

A total of 10 declarations.

This not only won over Jiang Chen but also expressed to him that the Lunar Base he belonged to was willing to align with Earth.

”Since that’s the case, let Mr. Jiang release this Earth Declaration.”

”I am willing to cooperate throughout the process.”

Zhao Yinhu concluded on the other side.

The Earth Declaration?

Jiang Chen caught the meaning in Zhao Yinhu’s words, so he asked directly: ”Mr. Dragon Emblem, do you still have any concerns?”

”Mr. Jiang, I just don’t want to burn all bridges. Mai Gurong’s influence at the Mars Base may be far beyond your imagination. I am willing to cooperate, but that doesn’t mean I am willing to perish with them... It still depends on whether you can truly suppress them.”

Zhao Yinhu said truthfully.

If Jiang Chen couldn’t suppress them, he naturally wouldn’t let all his warships perish along with those people from Mars.

”You mean, he still has forces under his command at the Mars Base?”

Jiang Chen realized.

Then he had the Starship send out this ’Earth Declaration.’

It was sent not only to Earth but also to the Lunar Base, Mars Base, and the Luan Bird.

...

When the Earth public saw this ’Earth Declaration’ occupying the headlines of almost all media, they were extremely excited.

”Is the Moon returning?”

”Could it be that the battle at the Dragon God Academy intimidated the Moon?”

”It must be! That guy is too strong; he actually made the Lunar Base voluntarily return!”

”Great, great, there will be more resources to cultivate Level 1 Life Forms in the future.”

On the streets, many people couldn’t help but cheer with excitement.

Over the past fifty years, the Lunar Base was established and gradually developed its own new Organization, and Advanced Lifeforms also immigrated to other planets one after another.

Over time, both the Moon and Mars were in a state of being independent in practice, even if they didn’t say it out loud.

They were not only independent, but they continued to use the banner of sharing the same origin and ancestry to continuously absorb Level 1 Life Forms from Earth.

Not only did they bleed Earth dry, but their warships never came to patrol.

They only patrolled their own airspace.

It was truly a case of being hungry while getting slapped in the face.

The confrontation between the two sides was already very serious.

But now.

The Moon had actually issued a declaration, willing to defend Earth’s safety, conduct routine patrols, jointly develop, share resources, send Advanced Lifeforms to teach, and a series of other benefits.

This made many Earthlings suddenly feel hope.

...

And on the Lunar Base.

Although there were only about five million people, one million of them were part of the Dragon Emblem Organization.

The remaining four million, although they didn’t have official positions, were mostly wealthy people with military factories and technology companies on the Moon.

They were somewhat reluctant to bear Earth’s obligations, as their interests would be divided, but since the twelve Great Elders of the Dragon Emblem had already signed the declaration, and Earth did indeed have a Level 3 Lifeform... they chose to acquiesce.

In short, the waves on the Lunar Base were not big.

But the reaction from the Mars Base was like experiencing a monstrous tidal wave.

Various sensational headlines appeared on the Mars network.

”The Greatest Tragedy in Human History! Lord Xinhuo has fallen on Earth.”

”Earth thug Mr. Jiang, murdered the God of Mars!”

”The Birth of an Evil Spirit, the Life of Mr. Jiang.”

”The Seven Deadly Sins of Mr. Jiang, First Sin: Murdering Lord Xinhuo!”

”Mars Declares War!”

The most popular one was a headline titled ’Mars Declares War.’

The full text was only a thousand words, counting the sins of Jiang Chen, full of emotion, and highly inflammatory. Just reading the text made people want to tear Mr. Jiang to pieces.

Its readership had already exceeded one hundred million!

Yes.

Mars only had ten million people, but after the Earth Declaration was released, it had a terrifying readership of one hundred million.

[... Mr. Jiang, the third sin, monopolizing Lightning Qi! Many years ago, scientists studied that Qi has five major attributes, and among all kinds of attributes, Advanced Lifeforms are born, except for Lightning Qi life, which almost doesn’t exist! Our Lord Xinhuo, with the power of sacrificing his life, gave an answer! That is, the evil spirit Mr. Jiang sucked up most of the Lightning Qi!]

[As a Martian, I am proud of Mars, take Mr. Mai as the light, take Mr. Jiang as a shame, and take being with Earth as a shame!]

[I am the younger brother of Mai Gurong, I, on behalf of the ten million people of Mars, declare war on Earth!]

[Better to be broken jade than intact tile!!!]

The author who bombarded Jiang Chen and published this Mars declaration article was named Mai Guyao.

He was the younger brother of Mai Gurong.

He was at the peak of a Level 2 Lifeform and his status in the Organization was second only to Mai Gurong.

Upon learning of his brother’s death and Jiang Chen’s release of the Earth Declaration, he immediately incited the ten million people of the Mars Base to declare war on Earth.

This declaration article quickly obtained the signatures of five million Martians.

When the number of signatures reached eight million, the Organization agency of the Mars Base issued a battle order to the Starship, Starship, and Tudigong Starship in space!

The Starship and Starship were in the airspace a few hundred kilometers away from the Mars Base!

After receiving the order, they quickly assembled towards Earth.

And the third interstellar warship, Tudigong Starship, was currently on the Luan Bird.

Yes.

The Starship and Starship were permanently patrolling near Mars.

Only the Tudigong Starship was following the Luan Bird, performing missions near the Sun.

Under normal circumstances, the Tudigong Starship followed the orders of the Luan Bird’s Commander-in-Chief, General Wei.

But now!

Jiang Chen had wiped out the supreme ruler of the Mars Base, so the Tudigong Starship applied to leave the fleet 100%.

[Mars is facing a top-level crisis, Tudigong Starship requests to leave the fleet.]

The Tudigong Starship, after sending the request to General Wei of the Luan Bird, did not wait for a reply, directly left the fleet, and assembled towards Earth.

”This Mars Base is too much. They say they’ll withdraw the warship, and they just withdraw it. Are we still going to do our mission of patrolling the Solar System?”

In the command room of the Luan Bird, a staff officer saw the Tudigong Starship fly directly off the deck and couldn’t help but curse.

General Wei looked grim and had not yet spoken.

The Luan Bird itself had a complex faction composition.

Under his direct control were only the warships on five of its decks.

As for the warships on the other four decks, they belonged to different factions.

There was the Moon Rabbit Starship from the Moon, and the Tudigong Starship from Mars.

There was also the Shuibo Starship of the Xu Family Faction.

And the neutral Sister Li.

[Sister Li applies to capture the Tudigong Starship that has left the fleet, requesting approval.]

Just then, Commander Jiang Qiuzhi also suddenly sent a signal.

”...”

General Wei.
