Blood Awakening: The Strongest Hybrid and His Vampire Bride

Chapter 421: A Simple Request – filled with Determination

Kumiko sat on the same porch that Nikolai had pounded Lunaria a few hours ago. She played the flute under moonlight, a melancholic piece filled with affection.

The notes danced between gripping minor notes and an extended tremolo of C and E flat.

Creak!

Behind him, footsteps echoed as Nikolai’s figure appeared in a loose evening robe, his chest full of scars, kiss marks, and his hair dripping slightly on the soft tatami mat.

He sat down beside her and looked at the moon with half-lidded eyes. The silver glow reflected in his eyes as he listened to the music, which sounded like someone telling a story.

He didn’t speak, but listened to the piece quietly.

Kumiko didn’t stop playing until the final note vibrated. The emotions she felt exploded when Nikolai sat beside her, his handsome face reflecting the ocean and moonlight stirring her heart.

She smiled softly while placing the flute into a case and shifted closer.

“My dear, why do you seem so melancholic?”

“Because I have to say goodbye to such a talented and lovely wife…” He grabbed her suddenly and lifted Kumiko’s clone onto his lap, and then leaned in.

Kumiko trembled as his lips brushed her neck; the heat of his body pressed against hers, the scent of the shower gel mixing with his incredible musky scent.

“Will you miss me that much?” Her laugh sounded like a bell.

“Who said it was you, such a confident little fox?”

Kumiko turned in his arms with a smirk. “Then should I leave…”

“You can’t escape now… You sneaky little vixen.”

Nikolai smiled, then suddenly pushed her to the ground, causing a small yelp of panic. He pinned both her hands down, interlocking their fingers. “You’re not a clone, are you?” His low voice vibrated in the air, but his eyes narrowed upon seeing Kumiko’s reaction.

“Oh my? How did you know it wasn’t my clone?” She pouted her red lips.

Nikolai didn’t answer her question and instead lowered himself and tapped her glossy red lips, “Because I love you.”

“W-What!?” Her mouth opened, clearly stunned by his response. Nikolai rarely teased her like this. So when he did, the reaction was entertaining.

“Are you that shocked?”

Her ears flattened against her head, and Kumiko turned her face away with a flushed, red face. “No…”

Nikolai moved one of his hands to her face, turning it slowly towards him, “My darling… I know how much each of you have done for me. But Kumiko… you… have you never realised how much you overwork yourself?” He watched her eyes, the change of her face, the subtle curl of her lips. “I love you Kumiko.”

“…I-I…”

“I love your body, your voice, the way you look at me in bed and blush like a sweet strawberry. But most of all, the way you work so hard, to fulfil all my desires, needs and wants with your clones…”

Kumiko couldn’t move.

The sound of her heart racing echoed in Nikolai’s ears.

“You’re really bad when I am aggressive, huh?”

“….you…”

Her ears flattened as she pushed against his chest with trembling hands. “You… can’t do this to me… my heart… can’t take it!”

He grinned, showing his pearly white teeth, a charming yet dangerous smile.

“I’m going to help that boy.”

The moment Nikolai decided he wanted to tell Kumiko, the girl who came and sprouted for him. If it wasn’t for Sulley, then Nikolai might have never met Kumiko.

She was the one who became a glue for his harem, binding them and taking on the role of villain when things became difficult. If he were tired, she would become his pillow, when horny… his onahole… this kitsune devoted herself beyond Nikolai’s understanding, and thus he couldn’t let her cry, or suffer.

“Why?” Her voice turned soft, and she looked up with glistening eyes.

Nikolai stroked her cheeks with both hands, brushing aside the tears before leaning down.

“Without him, would I have met my lovely kitsune wife?”

“…no… I would still be in that horrible place… or even…”

“Then that’s why I am helping.”

“But… it might be dangerous… what if you get hurt?”

Kumiko trembled, but then she felt a warm kiss upon her lips, their bodies pressed together gently as the cool ocean breeze swept across them. “Your lips taste sweet, like red apples.” Nikolai muttered softly before pulling back and stroking her cheek.

“I’ll be fine… don’t worry about me… but if you’re that worried, then we should do something to distract you.”

“What could that be…. Mmmmmph!?”

Another kiss.

Nikolai pushed his tongue past her soft lips and into her mouth and enjoyed the sweet taste of her saliva.

She tried to push back and grapple with his tongue, but eventually, Kumiko surrendered to his skilled attack.

He broke the kiss with the cute woman panting.

Their saliva formed a small thread connecting them.

Kumiko swallowed and looked up at him with a solemn look, as if waiting for his next move.

“Come with me.”

“!!?”

“Pretend it’s a clone, tell the others you’ll keep an eye on me.”

“Nikolai!?”

Her face twisted into a shocked expression.

Ivan advised Nikolai to take time for himself, and honestly, that might be the best idea.

However, when alone and thinking to himself, he couldn’t forget about Kumiko, although he loved all his women and wanted to give them each an equal part of himself.

He couldn’t forget the lengths Kumiko went to for him.

Even before he started treating her well.

“It’s okay, Nikolai.”

Kumiko narrowed her eyes as her smile bloomed like a moonlit rose. “I won’t come with you.” Her atmosphere changed as both hands brushed his cheeks. Then she closed her eyes and peacefully opened her lips. “I love you.”

A sincere but late response to his confession.

Nikolai looked dazed—this time, it was his turn to be taken aback by Kumiko.

Then she smiled and lifted herself, kissing his lips before licking the soft surface with her slightly rough tongue. “But I wanted to go with you, don’t misunderstand me…” Her hot breath blew against his lips, and a sweet and feminine atmosphere spread around her like a true fox.

“Don’t you want to see Sulley sooner?”

“My brother can wait, the important thing is to let you relax, to feel at ease, Leona and Anya will be joining you.” Kumiko’s smile told Nikolai everything. It was her way of helping him build a bond with Leona and to avoid the others taking issue with the situation.

“You cannot sleep with another girl we don’t know.”

“Hmm?”

Nikolai looked into Kumiko’s rare, sharp gaze. “If it’s a girl we haven’t met before, you can’t.”

“You make it sound like I’ll end up sleeping with another woman while there…” He laughed.

“Do you think it’s funny?”

“…”

Nikolai lowered his guard as Kumiko rolled him onto the floor, now on top of him with a slightly angry expression. “You stupid man! How many women will you put this huge thing inside before you are satisfied!?” She growled, aggressively grabbing his crotch.

She leaned in to kiss Nikolai’s nose. “I won’t allow you to sleep around this time follow my request!”

Kumiko… following your request means I can sleep with Anya and Leona.

However, he didn’t say this out loud because Kumiko growled and then tightened her fingers around his shaft, her eyes shining with a dangerous light.

“Tell me you won’t or else.”

“Alright, alright~! I won’t sleep with any woman you don’t know while overseas!” He responded while waving his hands in the air. “But what if…”

“No!”

“Hey, what if it’s a life or death situation?”

“…” She puffed her cheeks. “No!”

“I see.”

Her face turned bright red, but still, her hands gripped Nikolai’s shaft tightly through his pants.

“Why are you getting hard?”

“There’s this pretty fox… and her breasts are…”

“Kya!?”

Nikolai chuckled at the shy Kumiko, who, despite acting so confident, reverted to her cute self the moment her breasts slipped out of the loose kimono.

It seems the clones are starting to affect her.

Kumiko became more confident, aggressive and sensual with each day that passed.

“Now then… it’s time for a little fox hunt.”

“W-Wait… Nikolai… Honey…. Today is!! Ah…. stop… Mmm…. don’t lick that hole…!?”

***

Sweat dripped down both their bodies as they lay on the porch together.

Kumiko’s soft panting vibrated from her red lips.

“Beast, fiend, molester… huge monster…”

Nikolai smiled wryly, feeling the heat coming off her body. “I’m sorry, you just looked so cute.”

“…I won’t forgive you!” Her nose scrunched up as she frowned, her little neck covered in kiss marks and bites. “I can’t move my body!”

“I’ll look after you.” Nikolai pulled her onto his arm while stroking her messy golden hair.

She made a slight grunting noise, but then her ears twitched, and Kumiko huffed while turning towards him. “Darling…” Her voice softened as if the previous anger had vanished. “Please be careful over there.”

Her hips quivered as his seed dripped down her smooth skin, the soft light from outside shining on her beautiful body.

“Don’t worry, I’ll be fine.” Nikolai squeezed her shoulder, causing the woman to tremble at his strength, and then she nuzzled his neck with an almost purr.

“I still don’t forgive you…”

She huffed before biting his neck with a playful yet serious bite.

Meanwhile, Nikolai closed his eyes and watched the stars shining above. Tomorrow, he would speak with his father and leave for the airport.

If he remained here longer, his resolve would crumble.
