Omega Summoner

Chapter 2636: Four Demonic Generals Izanagi IV

The arrows made of death energy pierced through the barrier but only the arrowheads done so. The arrows themselves did not reach the God Izanagi, but it did put him in high alert. Arrows that could pierce his Magatama Barrier that is made of life energy could only mean that it is of the opposing element. He already knew of dark elves before as they are often called as the Cursed Forest Children, but it seems that the rumors were true.

”A being that could wield death energy while still having vitality in them.” The God Izanagi murmured as beings that could wield death energy without any repercussions are rare.

The God Izanagi also noticed that he could only detect the presence of the dark elf for a split second before it vanished. If the God Izanagi were to describe how it is fighting against Pana, then it would be like fighting a ghost. Arrows filled with death energy would just appear suddenly and aim for him. Seeing that he could not deal with the dark elf, the God Izanagi decided to postpone killing him as there is another target.

”I still need to deal with that dragon summoner. She is already killing all of my subordinates.” The God Izanagi stated as he moved towards Basil, but something triggered when he moved a few meters.

A trap suddenly activated when the God Izanagi moved, and it was a powerful curse made with death energy. A skull smoke effect could be seen upon activation, and the God Izanagi was affected by the weakening curse. A death energy curse that bypassed his natural immunity because it was a curse using the death element.

[The God Izanagi has been affected by the Weakening Curse.]

[The damage dealt by the God Izanagi will be decreased by 10%.]

[The reaction speed of the God Izanagi will be decreased by 10%]

[The movement speed of the God Izanagi will be decreased by 10%.]

[Unique passive of Death Shikari Job Class has been activated.]

[Decrease the resistance of the God Izanagi against Death Elemental Traps and Skills.]

”Bingo.” Pana stated as he began the offensive.

The arrows that appeared in thin air that aimed towards the God Izanagi suddenly started to appear in all directions. If the arrows that were shot towards him were only ten or twenty earlier, the volley this time has about a hundred in one go. The arrows that Pana released were not many as he could only shoot a few arrows at a time, but he is a Death Shikari that can enchant traps to his liking.

Pana created a skill called the Volley Arrow Trap that can trigger twenty arrows per activation. The unique skill could also be activated at a later time and Pana can control where it will hit. Another thing that this trap could is that it could be placed in the air in a special dimension. It will only manifest when activated by Pana which makes it deadly and difficult to sense even for the God Izanagi.

”Annoying!” The God Izanagi shouted as he once again released a powerful blast of life energy.

The blast of life energy that the God Izanagi released made all of the arrows disperse but he needed to stay rooted in place. He had to concentrate and focus after all as any random arrow might be able to curse him. He is about to throw his spear towards Pana as he found where he momentarily manifested, but he suddenly felt a piercing pain on his thigh.

The God Izanagi looked own and saw an arrow that is filled with death energy piercing his thigh. He did not even sense it as if it bypassed his magatama barrier. He should have sensed the arrow piercing his barrier, but he was unable to because Pana bypassed it. A skill that can only be used once every five minutes called Ignore Barrier.

A skill that can only be used by hidden job classes of the Hunter category and Death Shikari is one of them. The health of the God Izanagi did not get decreased as much but the arrow itself is poisonous for him. The throbbing pain made it difficult for the God Izanagi to focus as it was unlike any pain he felt before. He already experienced pain when he was reborn as a mortal, but this searing pain is vastly different.

”It is even eating up my own body!” The God Izanagi thought to himself as the arrow is made of death energy itself.

The God Izanagi thought that he could just ignore the dark elf, but it seems that this was the opponent that could take him down. He was correct in having his subordinates attack first because these beings would have had a chance to take him down if they were working together. If this dark elf worked together with the Nephilim and the Muse, then the God Izanagi could be killed if he was not careful.

”It was a good thing that I killed that Nephilim earlier.” The God Izanagi stated as he blasted the arrow with life energy to dispel it.

”If you surrender and tell us what the Yellow Emperor, as our leader calls it, is planning then we might let you live.” Pana stated with confidence as he believes that he has the upper hand.

”HAHAHAHA! Even if you knew the plan of the Yellow Emperor, you will not be able to stop it. You are just mortals at the end and that thing is a god that has lived ever since the creation of the eastern continent.” The God Izanagi stated with a judgmental laugh.

”If you are not going to say anything then you need to be killed.” Pana stated as he looked at Musika.

[You are affected by the Hymn of Valor.]

[All damage has been increased by 20%.]

”Hunter’s Piercing Shot!” Pana stated as he released an arrow made of death energy again to the greatest degree that he could muster.
