1998  Chapter 1998: Attacked By A Stalker

A faint smile appeared on Su Yu Hiʼs lips. ”Still in progress.” ”If you need assistance, tell me.” Yu Qi said. ”Hmm... Donʼt worry. I will prepare a perfect wedding for Su Jin.” Su Yu Hi grinned. ”Oh, Su Jin wants me to tell you that she wants you as her maid of honour.”

”Is it okay for me to be her maid of honour? I donʼt help much with the preparation. The maid of honour should be Sister Xiulan, her manager.” Yu Qi felt weird. She did not help much.

”She wanted it. She said if not because of you, she would not be able to stand at her place now. Her manager also thinks so.” Su Yu Hi stated.

”If thatʼs what she wants, sure, I will be her maid of honour.” Yu Qi nodded.

”She says she will call you about the details.” Su Yu Hi stated.

”Okay.” Yu Qi nodded.

...

Yu Qi called a call from the research centre. She did not expect to get such news. She rushed to the research centre. ”Is everyone okay?” Yu Qi asked as she reached there.

The people were gathered around. The police were still there talking to Dian Shu Xian. ”Yes.” A soft voice answered Yu Qiʼs question. It was Angelica Ruston. She was the victim of this incident. She was attacked by a woman when she was about to the research centre. She was lucky that avoided the attack. Otherwise, she would be seriously injured. Her attacker was Wong Suhe. She was Dian Shu Xianʼs stalker. Yu Qi knew her. She did not do anything to Wong Suhe because she did not do anything to others, especially Dian Shu Xian. Dian Shu Xian also did not care much about her. However, this incident already changed their minds. They could not let this happen anymore. ”You slut! How dare you seduce my Prince?” Wong Suhe screamed when she saw Angelica Ruston again. Yes, the reason why she attacked Angelica Ruston was because she thought Angelica Ruston seduced Dian Shu Xian. She often saw Angelica Ruston and Dian Shu Xian together. And Dian Shu Xian also smiled while talking to Angelica Ruston. So, in her head, Angelica Ruston snatched Dian Shu Xian from her. ”Stay back!” The police officers held Wong Suhe back. She struggled to be released.

”What are you doing to do?” Dian Shu Xian asked Angelica Ruston.

”You! Donʼt talk to him!” Wong Suhe screamed again.

Angelica Ruston glanced at Wong Suhe once. ”I want to file a lawsuit against her. She wants to splash the acid on me. If not because of my speed, my face might be ruined.” She stated firmly.

”Of course, I want to ruin your face. If your face is ruined, he will never look at you.” Wong Suhe heard Angelica Rustonʼs statement and replied to it.

”I also want to place a restraining order against her.” Angelica Ruston added.

”Me too.” Dian Shu Xian stated.

”What? No... You canʼt do that.” Wong Suhe said to Dian Shu Xian.

”I can and I will. I donʼt know why you think it was okay to splash acid on other people. I let you be before because I donʼt think you will harm others. But now, you have done it. I can not let you stay here anymore.” Dian Shu Xian glared at Wong Suhe. ”No... No... You can not look at me like that. You like me... You love me.” Wong Suhe started to mumble those words over and over. ”I think she needs a psychiatristʼs help.” Angelica Ruston stated. ”I still will sue her.” ”Are you sure you are okay?” Yu Qi asked for a double-check. ”Hmm... Yeah.” Angelica Ruston said

”Why does she think you seduce Brother Shu Xian?” Yu Qi asked.

Angelica Ruston raised her eyebrow. ”Brother Shu Xian? What is your relationship?” She was curious.

”He is my distant relative. My grandmother is his grandfatherʼs younger sister.” Yu Qi explained.

”Wow... That is amazing.” Angelica Ruston said. ”Well, it is the same as Mr Noel.” Yu Qi stated. ”Back to my question earlier, why does she think you seduce Brother Shu Xian?”

”I donʼt know. But she saw me a few times together with Mr Dian and imagined that. I am just being with Mr Dian to talk about the experiments that he conducted. I learned a lot from him.” Angelica Ruston stated. She glanced at Wong Suhe again. ”Having a stalker at your back is kind of scary.” The police officers took Wong Suhe to the police station. Of course, she struggled a lot. Another police officer had been called to assist them. Wong Suhe still shouted Dian Shu Xianʼs name many times. Dian Shu Xian and Angelica Ruston already gave their statement. So, they did not need to go to the police station anymore. ”If you want to use a lawyer, you can use the service from Qin Ming Law Firm. You can mention my name. He probably would give discounts.” Yu Qi promoted Ming Xuehaiʼs law firm. She also took out a card and handed over it to Angelica Ruston. Angelica Ruston did not reject it. She believed if Yu Qi mentioned the law firm, it might be good. Because she was a foreigner, she did not know any lawyer. So, better listen to Yu Qiʼs suggestion. ”I want to go home for today.” Angelica Ruston said.

”I will take you home.” Dian Shu Xian suggested.

”Thank you.” Angelica Ruston smiled. ***Thank you, from, your shameless author, ZerahNeko***
