Chapter 1975: Threatened To Shoot Grandpa Mu

The leader gritted his teeth when he saw one by one of his men fall down due to this young woman. He took out his gun and pointed at Grandpa Mu.

”If you want to save him, stop moving.” The leader shouted to Yu Qi.

Yu Qi stopped moving when she saw a gun had been pointed at Grandpa Muʼs head. She narrowed her eyes slightly.

The leader was satisfied when he saw Yu Qi followed his order. He ordered another man to tie up this young woman.

The leader did not know this young woman. Seeing this young woman cared about Grandpa Mu, the leader suspected they had some kind of relationship. ”Guang Qi, is this your young mistress?” The leader asked. ”No.” Grandpa Mu answered calmly. ”Well, never mind. Since she is here, she could accompany you. Letʼs talk about the important matter.” The leader said.

”No matter what you say, I will not agree.” Grandpa Mu stated.

”Guang Qi, you should know that your young mistress is here too. You can not only think about yourself.” The leader advised while pointing at Yu Qi. ”You just need to give up 40% of your share. Then, I will let you go.” The leader said.

”If I die here, my share will pass to my descendants. You will not get anything from me. Not now or ever.” Grandpa Mu stayed firm. ”Oh... Then, what if I hurt your young mistress?” The leader pointed his gun to Yu Qi.

Seeing the leader no longer pointing the gun at Grandpa Mu anymore, Yu Qi took the opportunity to act now. She grabbed the leaderʼs hand and dislocated his shoulder. He shouted in pain. He dropped the gun. Yu Qi grabbed the gun. The leader looked at Yu Qi in disbelief. She should be tied up. How did she free herself? ”Who are you? Why do you kidnap him?” Yu Qi wanted to identify the mastermind behind the man. ”He must be one of the outside shareholders who wants to own Mu Group.” Grandpa Mu stated.

”Get her.” The leader shouted to his subordinates who still could move.

Yu Qi stood in front of Grandpa Mu protecting him. One of the men approached her. Yu Qi shot the manʼs shoulder. She did not hesitate at all.

The man who got shot shouted in pain while holding his shoulder. Everyone who wanted to attack Yu Qi earlier, now hesited. They were afraid that they might experience the same if they dared to attack. ”Tell me, who is helping you?” Yu Qi asked.

This kidnapping was related to her. That person who called her must have something to do with her. He must have helpers. Otherwise, they could not easily kidnap Grandpa Mu. ”Humph! You will never find out.” The leader scoffed.

”Oh, is that so?” Yu Qi narrowed her eyes. She then shot the manʼs leg. The man shouted in pain. He did not expect this young woman would shoot him just like that. She did not even hesitate. From what he could see, this young woman seemed to be used in this kind of situation. ”You...” The leader gritted his teeth holding back the pain and anger.

Yu Qi looked at the gun. ”I still have 4 bullets. You better tell me the truth. Otherwise, all of these bullets will be inside your body.” The men shivered when they heard the young womanʼs threat. She did not seem to lie. She might do as she said. ”No... Please donʼt. I will speak. I will tell you everything.” The leader gave up. He did not dare to delay it. The pain of being shot was very painful. He did not want to experience it again. ”Speak out.” Yu Qi said.

”Well, I got a call from someone to kidnap Mu Guang Qi. Of course, I hesitated. It was kind of impossible to kidnap the chairman of the biggest business group here. But he wired me about 50K. He told me that there was no need to worry about his bodyguard team because he would take care of them. He told me to make Chairman Mu sign the agreement stating that he would hand over the share to someone. Because of the reward, I accepted the job.” The leader stated.

”Where is the agreement?” Yu Qi asked.

”It is inside the bag.” The leader said.

The leader pointed to the bag. The bag was over there. ”You, go and take the bag and hand over it to me.” Yu Qi ordered one of the men. The man went to pick up the bag and handed over the bag to Yu Qi. He was trembling when doing so. Yu Qi did not open the bag. She gave it to Grandpa Mu. Grandpa Mu understood. He opened the bag and took out the agreement. He read the agreement. He frowned when he heard the name of who would receive the share. Yu Qi glanced over at Grandpa Mu. ”This...” Grandpa Mu showed what had been written inside the file.

”Oh...” Yu Qi smiled mysteriously when she saw it. While they were inside the warehouse, they suddenly heard a commotion around. Yu Qi looked passed through the wall and saw someone familiar. She was genuinely surprised about that. The group of armed soldiers rushed inside the warehouse. They immediately surrounded the man, Yu Qi and Grandpa Mu. The armed soldiers pointed their guns at the men.
