Chapter 1832: Block Her Way

She hated the Bai Family. So, why should she become their spy? Not to mention, Yu Qi was her goddess. After reading about Yu Qiʼs life and the hardship that she faced while she was young, Quan Hou Chi treated Yu Qi like her goddess. That was why after she graduated from the university, she tried to get an internship at Qinyue Group.

”If your mother calls you later, just ignore her.” Quan De Bei said.

”I understand, Dad. She probably thinks I want to be on the Bai Familyʼs good side. She is thinking wrongly. I donʼt care about the Bai Family at all.” Quan Hou Chi snorted.

”Hmm... Just be careful.” Quan De Bei advised his daughter.

”Okay, Dad. I need to go now.” Quan Hou Chi said.

The conversation ended there. ....

Yu Qi did not know that Bai Xia Fang was planning to make trouble for her Qinyue Group. She was currently at the YQ Greenhouse to restock the lake water. The employees treated her respectfully now since they already knew that Yu Qi was the owner of YQ Greenhouse since Song Tai decided to put up Yu Qiʼs portrait.

After settling her work at YQ Greenhouse, she walked back. It had been infrastructures that had been built around. It was after YQ Greenhouse became famous in the area.

However, a lot of the areas around there had been bought by Yu Qi. She was thinking of expanding the YQ Greenhouse. Well, it was still in the paperwork. While she was walking, the workers who worked on building the infrastructure were watching them. And their stares were not good at all. ”Young girls, why are you walking alone here?” One of them asked.

Yu Qi came to the greenhouse earlier in the morning. So, the workers were not at their workplace yet. They did not know that she was coming from the greenhouse. In order to help her employees, she told Song Tai to prepare the bus for them to go to work. So, no employees were walking to the greenhouse anymore. The worker smiled lewdly at Yu Qi. Well, she was a beautiful woman who dared to walk alone in a place like this. She should know the result. ”I went to the greenhouse up there.” Yu Qi answered the question.

”Oh, you must have missed the bus earlier.” ”Well, why donʼt you stay here for now? We will send you back down.” Yu Qi glanced at the workers. ”No need for that. I am going to walk down by myself.” She started to walk again.

The workers felt that their tricks were not going as planned. So, they blocked Yu Qi. In front and the back. Yu Qi glanced again.

”You should be working right now. What do you think you doing right now?” Yu Qi asked in a soft tone.

The workers grinned lewdly. They did not notice the look in Yu Qiʼs eyes. ”We just want to help you.” A worker said.

”You should be working now instead of doing something like this.” Yu Qi said.

The workers laughed. ”You donʼt need to worry about us.” One of them reached out his hand to grab Yu Qi. Yu Qi stepped aside avoiding the hand. They began to act aggressively, wanting to put their hands on Yu Qi. One of them managed to grab Yu Qiʼs clothes but he had been sent flying back after being kicked by Yu Qi. Everyone stopped and looked at Yu Qi in horror.

”Do you still want to block me?” Yu Qi asked while doing her stretching. One of them went to look for their friend who had been kicked by Yu Qi. ”Hey, are you okay?” The man wanted to answer but instead of answering, he coughed out some blood. The person who looked at him freaked out. If he coughed out the blood, meaning he had been injured. ”Hey, this chick is dangerous. I am out of here.” The person who checked on the injured person shouted.

He did not dare to stay there anymore. What if that woman lost her mind and kicked him? He might be injured as well. The workers snorted at the coward. ”I will write my name backward if I can not touch you today.” Someone shouted in anger.

”Well, you should practice later.” Yu Qi said.

Those workers rushed to get hold of Yu Qi but none of them managed to grab Yu Qi. Not even her sleeve.

Yu Qi took out her phone and recorded their faces. They noticed and started to cover their faces. ”Why? Are you shy?” Yu Qi snorted.

”You better delete the pictures.” One of them shouted.

”What? I donʼt take your pictures.” Yu Qi denied it.

The workers were realized to hear that. However, Yu Qiʼs next statement made them want to slap Yu Qi.

”I am just recording you guys.” Yu Qi smiled.

”You bi**h.” Someone shouted.

The workers rushed to grab Yu Qiʼs phone. Yu Qi rushed to the man who shouted the bʼs words at her. ”Dare you shout that word at me?” Yu Qi stopped in front of the man and slapped her. The manʼs teeth fell off after the slap. Everyone was shocked. It was not only a tooth. But several teeth came out. His mouth was bleeding from the broken teeth.

Those workers looked at Yu Qi in horror again. The slap was probably very strong since it would knock off several teeth at once.
