Chapter 1814 1814: Giving The Evidence To The Police

”Letʼs go to the police station. I want to see the people who dared to kidnap my child.” Auntie Su Xiao said.

”Sure. Oh, wait a minute. I want to go to the toilet first.” Yu Qi said.

Yu Qi went to her room and entered the space. After telling the police officers to take the kidnappers away, Yu Qi asked Neko-chan to gather evidence about those two kidnappers. It was not a problem for Neko-chan to gather evidence about those two people. Not only they were involved in human trafficking but they were also involved in drug smuggling. This evidence would be enough for them to spend many years in prison. Yu Qi took a copy of the evidence and brought it outside. Yu Qi returned to the living room where her two aunties were waiting for her. ”Aunties, letʼs go.” Yu Qi said.

The two children engrossed with their new toys did not notice that her mother was leaving. Auntie Su Xiao told the nanny to take care of the twins while she went out for a while. Yu Qi drove them to the police station. When they arrived there, Yu Qi told the police officer who was in charge at the counter about their situation. The police officer had been informed of this case. So, he immediately called the person in charge. The police officer who was in charge of capturing the two kidnappers came out and met with Yu Qi. Yu Qi introduced him to her aunties. The police officer nodded. He told Yu Qi about the kidnappersʼ situation.

”The two people still denied the fact they were kidnappers.” The police officers said. He then made a difficult expression. ”If this continues, we probably have to release them due to insufficient evidence.” ”What? They are going to be released?” Auntie Su Xiao asked. The origin of this chapterʼs debut can be traced to N0v3l--B1n.

”Yes.” The police officer nodded.

”You donʼt have to do that. I have evidence here. You can try taking a look at the evidence.” Yu Qi took out the pendrive and gave it to the police officer.

”What?” The police officer was shocked. ”I ask my friend to take a look at those two people. Surprisingly, she found a lot.” Yu Qi said.

The police officer asked his subordinate to check the information in the pen drive. They were surprised to see the evidence. It was well arranged. With this evidence, the police officer was sure that the kidnapper would be living behind the bar for years. ”Miss Tang, thank you for your help finding this evidence. It would make our work easier.” The police officer said.

”Well...” The police officer was troubled.

”It does not have to be direct. She just wants to see their faces.” Yu Qi said.

The police officer was relieved. This request was not so difficult. The kidnappers had been separated into two different rooms. Each room had a one-way mirror that allowed others to watch what was inside the room from outside. The police officer brought them to the room. ”Here you are.” The police officer said.

Auntie Su Xiao looked at the kidnappers. First, she looked at the man. She gritted her teeth. If Yu Qi was not fast enough, she might lose her precious daughter. Then, she moved to watch the woman. When her eyes laid on the womanʼs face, she was shocked. It was a familiar face.

”Hao Xiulan?” Su Xiao uttered the name.

”Auntie Su Xiao, do you know this person?” Yu Qi heard Auntie Su Xiao speak the name.

”If I am not mistaken, this woman is Hao Xiulan. We are from the same village.” Auntie Su Xiao said. From what Neko-chan gathered, this womanʼs name was indeed Hao Xiulan at first. But it had been changed a few times. Maybe because she was involved in such a business, she changed her name. Right now, she was using Hao Jinghua. ”She is Hao Jinghua now.” Yu Qi said. ”Oh...” Auntie Su Xiao nodded several times.

”Usually, people like them would not dare to use their name. They often use a fake name.” The police officer stated.

”Since I have come to deliver the evidence, we will excuse ourselves first.” Yu Qi said.

The police officer nodded. ”Miss Tang, thank you for your help. Please, donʼt forget to tell your friend about our offer.”
