I reported you for selling fake medicine. If I stop selling it, why are you crying?

Chapter 197: Are you here to play fish in the low-end game?Chapter 197: Are you here to play fish in the low-end game?
Cheng Ming ran around half of the community three times.

After running such a long distance, he was in pretty good shape, a little tired, but still had some energy left.

And the speed has also been greatly improved.

Cheng Ming himself estimated that his endurance and speed had improved by about one third.

This level would be very ordinary if it were in a fantasy plane, but now it is in an urban plane, so the strength enhancement is simply too awesome!
Those athletes wouldn’t be able to improve by even 10 percent after training for a whole year!
Cheng Ming only took the medicine for ten days and his improvement was one third, which was simply incredible!

However, the strength aspect still needs to be tested.

Wanghaige is a first-class villa community in Haicheng, so of course the comprehensive supporting facilities are complete. There is a high-end gym just a few steps away from the community.

Cheng Ming walked in.

The interior of the gym is luxuriously decorated and the beauties at the front desk are very pleasing to the eyes.

”Sir, do you want to exercise?”

”Correct.”

”We have short-term membership and long-term membership. I wonder which one you would like to apply for, sir?”

”Let’s make it a long-term one.” Cheng Ming said, thinking that he might come here again in the future, he might as well make it a long-term one.

The beautiful receptionist’s eyes lit up and all her sleepiness disappeared.

Because this gym is too high-end, it doesn’t have many customers and it’s hard to attract new members. But once a member pays her, she can get a commission.

”15,000 a year, 40,000 for three years, 60,000 for five years”

”Then give me five years.” Cheng Ming said.

”Ok!”

The beautiful receptionist happily processed the procedures for Cheng Ming.

Soon, everything was done.

Cheng Ming asked, ”Where are the equipment in the strength area?”

”Strength area? Strength training is best done with a coach watching. How about I recommend a coach to you?” asked the beauty.

Cheng Ming thought about it and agreed. He heard that strength training like bench presses can sometimes get people injured, so it’s always better to be safe.

”Row.”

”This is Coach Li Chun. She is very comprehensive and professional in any kind of training. She also has many bodybuilding competition certificates.”

The beautiful receptionist recommended a beautiful coach to Cheng Ming.

Cheng Ming originally wanted to find a strength coach to assist him. Although the female coach was pretty, it was clear from the photos on the computer that she was not a strength type.

So Cheng Ming shook his head and refused.

”Change it.”

The beauty receptionist was a little surprised.

”Okay, then what do you think of Coach Zhou Zhengdong? He’s a professional strength coach.”

A burly man appeared on the computer screen, and Cheng Ming nodded: ”It’s him.”

”Okay, Mr. Cheng, please come this way. Coach Zhou is waiting for you over there.”

Cheng Ming paid promptly and followed the instructions of the front desk to the power area.

A man who looked almost the same as the one in the photo received Cheng Ming.

”Are you Mr. Cheng?”

”Correct.”

”Have you ever trained in strength before?”

”No.”

”Oh, then I have a complete set of strength training for beginners that can help you get started quickly.”

Zhou Zhengdong is a professional strength coach who has his own unique method for training novices.

But Cheng Ming shook his head.

”I don’t need to train, I just want to test my strength.”

Zhou Zhengdong understood clearly when he heard it.

Many newcomers have this thought: Could I be a strength genius?

The reason why many people have the idea of strength training is that they are quite strong in real life and are praised by others for having ”natural strength” or something like that.

Then these newcomers became a little cocky and thought they were invincible.

When doing bench press, just blindly increase the weight.

These novices are often the most vulnerable to injury.

”Mr. Cheng, you have no relevant training experience, so it’s best to start with...”

”I know, just test the strength directly.”

Cheng Mingdao said in a firm tone. Zhou Zhengdong sighed. He knew that it was the hardest to persuade a newbie like this, but the front desk said that this guy was a big customer who signed up for five years right after he arrived, so he must not be upset.

He had no choice but to agree.

”Well, how about you try the bench press? I’ll help you, and I’m sure you won’t get hurt.”

”it is good.”

So, Cheng Ming lay on the equipment.

”At the beginning, let’s say 30KG.”

Zhou Zhengdong said, and then he helped Cheng Ming put Yaling on.

Cheng Ming knew that Zhou Zhengdong would definitely not let him take the risk before he showed some strength, so he simply let him go.

It is said that the entry level bench press is 40KG, but he only gave himself 30KG, which shows that he is not very confident as a player of his physique.

Cheng Ming didn’t explain either.

When Zhou Zhengdong put Yaling on it, Cheng Ming pushed it up directly without any pause, and Cheng Ming looked very relaxed.

Zhou Zhengdong was stunned when he saw this.

”It seems that this person does have some talent.”

”Add more weight.” Cheng Ming said.

“Okay.” This time Zhou Zhengdong didn’t waste any time and added 10KG.

However, Cheng Ming still pushed it up easily.

”Just add 20KG.” Cheng Ming said.

”Sir, it’s better to be gentle at first and increase the weight slowly, otherwise you can get hurt easily.”

”Don’t worry, I know what’s going on.”

”Ok.”

Zhou Zhengdong saw that Cheng Ming pushed up 40KG very easily just now, and guessed that his strength should be between and . With his assistance, he should not get hurt, so he had to agree.

When the force was increased to 60KG, Cheng Ming exerted a little force and the barbell was pushed up steadily again.

Zhou Zhengdong on the side was finally moved.

”Sir, it seems that you have a very good foundation. It is basically impossible for ordinary people, except for some extremely talented players, to push 60 points on the first try.”

Cheng Ming: ”Add another twenty.”

Zhou Zhengdong:
Who can bench press twenty, twenty plus?
80KG, push up!
Zhou Zhengdong’s eyes widened: ”Mr. Cheng, you have practiced this before, right?”

In his opinion, it is almost impossible for an ordinary person to bench press 80 on the first try if he has never practiced before!

Cheng Ming shook his head: ”No, I haven’t practiced it.”

”This”

No one would believe you.

”Add twenty!”

”Keep adding twenty!”

”Twenty more!”

Zhou Zhengdong went from being suspicious at first, to being suspicious, to being shocked, and finally to being numb with shock.

”Fuck! Who is this brother? He’s one hundred and sixty!”

“Could it be the national weightlifting team?”

”That’s impossible. With this guy’s height, he can’t be a weightlifter.”

”Could it be that someone from the high-end team is here to fry fish? The problem is that even the powerful circle has never heard of this person!”

Under Zhou Zhengdong’s shocked gaze.

Cheng Ming’s bench press weight finally increased to 200KG!

Zhou Zhengdong was really numb.

Two hundred kg!

She is 40 years older than him!

But Zhou Zhengdong weighs much more than the brother in front of him!
How much does this brother weigh?
It looked no more than one hundred and sixty.

Can you believe that such a heavyweight can bench press 200 kilograms?
Anyway, Zhou Zhengdong began to doubt his life.

After measuring his strength, Cheng Ming left the gym directly.

Since Cheng Ming had never measured his bench press before, he didn’t know how much his strength had improved, but he could roughly feel that it was between 30 and 40 percent.

He was very satisfied with this improvement.
