I reported you for selling fake medicine. If I stop selling it, why are you crying?

”Last month, the sales volume of Yangqi medicine totaled more than 300 million, ranking first among similar drugs in the country!”

”In addition, the sales of this hypertension drug are also very good, more than 200 million! It is also number one!”

”besides.”

In the exclusive meeting room of the chairman of Yinhai Pharmaceutical.

Wen Yilin personally reported to Cheng Ming some of Yinhai Pharmaceutical’s achievements and specific reports last month.

Not surprisingly, both the Yangqi and hypertension drugs sold out immediately upon their launch.

It is said that many pharmacies went to Yinhai Pharmaceutical Factory to complain in person because they could not get these two drugs.

Cheng Ming sat across from the round table.

He crossed his legs and listened to Wen Yilin’s report.

In fact, there was no need to report all this. Cheng Ming was now a completely hands-off boss. It was just that Wen Yilin strongly requested Cheng Ming to come and listen, saying it was just a routine matter.

Cheng Ming had no choice but to let her do as she pleased, but listening to the report and signing it was not a big deal.

After the report.

Cheng Ming clapped his hands and said, ”Thank you for your hard work, Sister Wen. You did a great job!”

”It’s okay, this is what I should do.” Wen Yilin said.

Cheng Ming suddenly remembered something and said, ”Sister Wen, I remember your treatment hasn’t changed for a long time, right?”

It seems that Wen Yilin’s base salary rose to 1 million yuan per year last year, plus percentage point of profit dividend.

A year has passed.

Yinhai has grown bigger and Wen Yilin has become busier, but her salary has remained the same. Cheng Ming even feels a little embarrassed.

In other groups, people who can sit in the position of CEO basically have shares.

It is impossible for Cheng Ming to give away his shares in Yinhai, so he has to increase his salary.

After thinking for a while, he asked, ”Sister Wen, you have worked really hard these past two years. Do you have any requests? Feel free to ask, whether it’s a house, a car, or anything else.”

Wen Yilin was stunned for a moment. She didn’t expect Cheng Ming to mention this.

She quickly refused: ”No, no! Boss, the treatment you give me is good enough! I don’t ask for anything!”

”Go ahead and tell me! Under your leadership this year, Yinhai has grown even stronger. You have made an indelible contribution. If I don’t reward meritorious officials, wouldn’t people think I’m stingy if this gets out?”

”Really? Boss! Basically none of my colleagues earn more than me. I am already very satisfied.” Wen Yilin said solemnly.

After saying this, she looked reminiscent.

”Who would have thought that three years ago I was just a middle-aged woman who had just lost her job? Now I have become one of the top CEOs in the pharmaceutical industry?”

Cheng Ming nodded, and Wen Yilin continued.

”At first, I just wanted to apply for a small supervisor position, but I didn’t expect you to push me directly to the position of company leader. To be honest, I thought I met a scammer at that time.”

”In fact, with my ability at that time, I would not have been able to do the job. I am still very curious now, boss, why did you choose me in the first place?”

”Sister Wen, you don’t have to belittle yourself. Aren’t you doing a good job? Yinhai has grown to its current size under your leadership, and you have made a great contribution!” Cheng Ming smiled awkwardly.

The real reason was that Cheng Ming had nothing at the time, not even the framework of a company.

If it is a high-level talent, who would be willing to play with him?

Only if he is selected from the bottom will people be willing to follow him.

It turns out that abilities can be developed through training.

Wen Yilin originally lacked the ability, but as time went by, she worked tirelessly to train and improve herself, and now she has finally become an excellent business leader.

Wen Yilin smiled bitterly: ”Boss, don’t I know my own level? The company’s development to this point is entirely due to your own ability and pharmaceutical level. Anyone can do my job.”

”Sister Wen, you are too kind.” ”So, boss, I have a very high income now. I bought a villa and a luxury car with my own income. What else can I not be satisfied with? There is really no need to mention the treatment!”

”If you really offer me a salary, I’ll be in trouble.”

”OK then.”

Wen Yilin insisted not to go, so Cheng Ming had no choice but to let her go.

”By the way, boss, there is one more thing.”

”When the two new drugs were launched in China, we were preparing to export them, but the WHO seemed to be holding us back. We submitted our application a long time ago and there was no response. When we called to ask, they just evaded the question.”

“WHO?”

Cheng Ming was stunned.

The dead memories began to attack him.

The World Health Organization was once taught a lesson by Yinhai when its first exported drug, a special medicine for liver cancer, was exported.

After that, it didn’t dare to embarrass Yinhai anymore.

It did not dare to block the subsequent liver cancer and leukemia specific drugs, and quickly let Yinhai go through with its plan.

So what’s going on now?

Are you going to make things difficult for Yinhai again?

”These people are really tired of living?” Cheng Ming said in a low voice, ”Do you really think I can’t deal with them now?”

Although aphrodisiacs are not as urgently needed by patients as cancer-specific drugs.

But, medicine is not the only means used by Cheng Ming!
WHO headquarters.

Jerrica was walking into the meeting room.

The World Health Organization (WHO) committee meeting is about to be held. She is one of the seven elders of the committee and is considered a powerful figure in the committee.

Recently, there have been some disagreements at the WHO headquarters over certain issues.

The seven elders had different opinions.

We have been arguing for several days.

The quarrel will continue today.

Jerrica is going there to quarrel now.

She entered the meeting room and found that the other six people had already arrived and were all sitting in their seats.

One of the middle-aged men with a full beard was named Ryan. He was Jerrica’s nemesis and the one who confronted her in this issue.

The other party glanced at her and snorted coldly: ”Some people have no sense of time at all. Don’t you know that everyone is waiting for you?”

The word ”tolerance” has never appeared in Jellica’s life motto. She has always insisted on fighting against all odds.

She immediately retorted: ”I am always on time for meetings and never late. Is there any problem?”

Ryan’s beard was flying with anger, but he couldn’t do anything to Jerrica.

At this time, the old man in the middle of the circular conference room said, ”Okay, let’s not talk about irrelevant things. Now that everyone is here, let’s discuss the next action plan of our committee.”

”It’s still the topic of the last meeting. Regarding Yinhai’s new drug, should we let them pass it?”

As soon as the old man finished speaking, Jerrica spoke up.

”Of course!”

”Hasn’t the WHO learned enough lessons last time? Do you all want to be shot by some patients on your way to work or even at home?”

”Besides, we won’t get any benefit if we block the Silver Sea, right?”
