Urban Super Doctor

Chapter 33： Flattery
(Third more! Seeking various votes for support!)

——————————

Following Wang Yanchao, looking at Wang Yanchao who carefully checked the medical records and inquired about the patient’s condition, Ye Xiu became more certain that he had chosen to follow Wang Yanchao for the rounds.

In addition to personally watching Wang Yanchao look up the medical records one by one and inquire about the condition, Wang Yanchao would ask the interns and residents behind him some questions from time to time, and then analyze their answers to them.

This is simply a complete on-site teaching.

Opportunities like this were rare even when he was in Oxford before. Some doctors would not be so patient to explain to him.

Although Wang Yanchao didn’t explain it to him directly, Ye Xiu even felt that it would be more beneficial to explain it to him from a certain angle.

When Wang Yanchao asked those questions, Ye Xiu himself would think about how he would answer if he came to answer them, and when the interns and residents gave answers, he could stand in Wang Yanchao’s perspective. To analyze their answers and thinking questions, and each of them has different ideas and answers, and he can often get some new inspirations in the process of thinking.

Of course, the most important gain is the analysis and explanation given to them behind Wang Yanchao. I have to say that Wang Yanchao is really a very good mentor, at least, in Ye Xiu’s eyes.

When faced with the answers and ideas with various errors and omissions put forward by them, Wang Yanchao was not only very tolerant and did not blame them, but also patiently addressed each of their answers and ideas. Comprehensive and multi-angle explanation, and Wang Yanchao did not give standard answers in book style during the process of explaining, but really gave the answers unselfishly, and even talked out some of his unique experiences.

Perhaps the level of the interns and residents is not enough, and they still can’t judge how precious Wang Yanchao’s explanations are, but Ye Xiu knows very well. Those thoughts and ideas are absolutely not in the books. They are all him. Valuable experience.

It is precisely because of the preciousness of this opportunity that Ye Xiu cherishes this kind of learning opportunity. Along the way, he said nothing but desperately seizing all the learning opportunities. Whenever Wang Yanchao carried out those opportunities When explaining, he couldn’t wait to remember every word he explained. He even secretly decided in his heart that he would buy a recording pen next time, so that he could record the things Wang Yanchao said.

Ye Xiu’s performance surprised Wang Yanchao. Although Ye Xiu remained silent along the way, standing aside like a transparent person. The residents, interns and others almost forgot his existence, but Wang Yanchao was always paying attention to Ye Xiu. of.

One of the reasons why he asked Ye Xiu to follow the ward round was to observe Ye Xiu, so he would naturally not be ignored.

He originally thought that Ye Xiu wanted to follow him, and his purpose was nothing more than to show it in front of him. Therefore, he had been waiting for Ye Xiu to take the initiative to step forward. Then, he could check his level. You can also knock him out loud.

However, he didn’t expect that Ye Xiu would just stand on the side in silence, saying nothing. At first he felt that Ye Xiu was waiting for the opportunity, pretending to be reserved, but until now, it is almost over. Ye Xiu still seemed to have no intention of expressing at all, which surprised him a bit.

Does he really want to learn from him?

This thought flashed away in Wang Yanchao’s mind. The moment this thought flashed past, he himself felt a little funny. How could he have such thoughts? This kind of relationship has a deep background and returned from studying abroad. Aristocratic children, like that Zheng Wenbo, even if they are obviously low in medical skills, they often have eyes above the top and pride themselves. How could they calm down and learn from him? Besides, if Ye Xiu really learned from him, he would have asked questions a long time ago, and Ye Xiu wouldn’t have seen him ask questions this way.

Or does he just want to brush up on his presence in front of his director? Show it, so that the director, the director, can praise Vice President Zhao?

Well, yes, it should be like this.

Thinking of this, Wang Yanchao suddenly felt clear.

There was a sneer in his heart. If Ye Xiu really planned like this, he would have made a wrong calculation. If he is really a guy who is completely ignorant and can’t perform well at work, he Wang Yanchao He would never go to Vice Dean Zhao to praise him because of his flattery and pretense. As for the job evaluation, he would not give him extra points.

By the way, if you want to know how his medical skills are, don’t you know if you look at it?

Suddenly, Wang Yanchao’s heart moved. Ye Xiu didn’t take the initiative to speak, but he could ask him!

Thinking of this, Wang Yanchao no longer hesitated, and acted immediately. He glanced at the patient on the hospital bed where he had just checked the medical records, and looked at Ye Xiu shiningly, ”Doctor Ye, regarding this patient’s condition, Do you have any opinions?”

Ok?

Why did Director Wang suddenly ask him?

Hearing Wang Yanchao’s question, the doctors and nurses next to him were all startled, and at the same time they finally remembered Ye Xiu, the new doctor who had to follow Director Wang to come to the room.

Director Wang Mingming has already talked about it just now, why are you suddenly asking this Doctor Ye now? Is this to assess the level of Dr. Ye? Yes, it must be so!

As their thoughts turned, their gazes couldn’t help looking at Ye Xiu with a hint of expectation. They also wanted to know what level this new Doctor Ye was.

Ye Xiu, who was trying to digest what Wang Yanchao said just now, didn’t expect Wang Yanchao to ask him suddenly. For a while, he couldn’t help but be stunned.

But since Wang Yanchao asked, he naturally had to answer.

”I think the analysis made by Director Wang just now is very thorough. The treatment plan you proposed is now the most suitable for this patient. I have no other opinion.”

Ye Xiu was telling the truth. He really felt that Wang Yanchao’s analysis and plan were already the best, at least, he couldn’t think of a better plan for the time being.

Flattery!

I heard that I was still studying sea turtles. It turned out to be at this level. It is estimated that I am studying a flattering professional overseas!

At this level, no wonder you dare not even name the school!

The resident doctors and interns, as well as the nurses who were looking forward to Ye Xiu’s words, suddenly showed disdain in their eyes.

In their view, Ye Xiu’s words were nothing but utter nonsense, pure flattery without any technical content. They felt that even if their level was a little higher than Ye Xiu, they were the least, and they could do anything. Say a little bit of your own opinion.

In Wang Yanchao’s heart, he only felt cold. This Ye Xiu was actually not as good as Zheng Wenbo. Although Zheng Wenbo was a half-hearted person, he was at least able to speak out when facing his problems. Chou Yin came here, and the Ye Xiu in front of him was a guy who only knew how to slacken his beards and say things that are all too expensive?

In this case, how will the future live?

No, in any case, this guy must be returned, and he will go to Vice Dean Zhao when he turns around. No matter which department he puts the person in, he definitely can’t ask for it anyway!

Wang Yanchao gritted his teeth and made a secret decision in his heart.
