Urban Super Doctor

Chapter 13： Wang Yanchao rounds
(I slept until now! I really convinced myself!)

——————————

It is Wang Yanchao’s habit to conduct rounds three times a day, morning, afternoon and evening.

Although he is now the director of the Department of Respiratory Medicine and the absolute master of this department, he can make himself more relaxed and delegate the task of rounds to the following deputy chief physicians to do, but he still maintains this habit , You must personally check the room three times a day.

Although the position of director and department supervisor has brought him a lot of aura, and also brought him a lot of tangible benefits, his income has been much higher, and there are more people who flatter him and flatter him. He has also received more respect... But in his heart, the doctor is his first job, and the director and department head are just affiliates.

The Department of Respiratory Medicine he manages is the most loosely managed and freely managed. His management of departments is mainly based on medical management. As for other aspects, such as the daily duty of doctors, he manages less. .

As the director of the department, his ward rounds are not limited to the patients with intractable diseases under his supervision. In order to prevent some treatment problems, he will take a cursory look at all patients.

Especially in recent months, after the hospital forced him a doctor who had returned from studying abroad, he did not dare to be slack in the slightest. This doctor, who is known as a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine, had a frightening heart. The deputy is arrogant and proud, but his medical skills are almost the same as those of their resident doctors. After receiving patients several times, he almost had a medical accident, and he almost scared the director of his heart disease. Fortunately, he discovered It has to be in time.

If that guy hadn’t been for the dean’s relatives, he would have expelled this person from the Department of Respiratory Medicine. He really couldn’t understand how he could graduate from the University of Kansas at a level like that guy, even if he was a little bit domestic A medical school of a little bit standard can’t graduate students like this?

It is precisely because of this that when Vice Dean Zhao wanted to recruit Ye Xiu, an international student, he strongly opposed it. There was a time bomb in their department. The bomb was already big enough for him. He really didn’t want to have another time. Bomb, and it sounds more terrifying time bomb. The one who graduated from Kansas University is already so terrible. How terrible is this guy who is embarrassed to say the name of the school?

It’s a pity that the little arm can’t squeeze the thigh after all. The dean made a strong decision and he could only accept it, but this time he learned to be smart. First, he stopped letting this guy receive patients directly, and let him stay in the inpatient department for a while. , Let’s look at the situation.

”Has any doctor been here at noon?”

Entering the ward, Wang Yanchao opened the medical records and asked the nurse next to him casually.

”No... at noon, it seems that Dr. Zheng has been here before.”

The nurse casually said no, but when the words came to her lips, she suddenly remembered something and quickly changed her words.

Doctor Zheng?

As soon as he heard the nurse utter these three words, Wang Yanchao’s brows frowned, and he felt his head swell.

There is only one Dr. Zheng in the Department of Respiratory Medicine, and that is the dean’s relative, Zheng Wenbo, who returned from studying at the University of Kansas. After several previous incidents, he has already withdrawn Zheng Wenbo from the outpatient clinic to the inpatient department, and he tried his best. He has arranged some basic tasks that are not important to him. He has already hinted at him several times, and try not to treat patients as much as possible, as long as he handles some simple affairs, but this Zheng Wenbo can’t listen. Given his hint, I really feel that his medical skills are very good, and that his director attaches great importance to him. He always likes to show his stinking medical skills to show his existence and make him extremely big.

After heads were big, Wang Yanchao still cheered up and looked at the medical records.

Wang Yanchao, who checks the room three times a day, naturally doesn’t look at the medical records page by page like Ye Xiu did. Usually he just turns to the last page and takes a glance. If there is basically no major problem, he will I won’t bother about it.

As usual, this time he also turned directly to the last page. However, when his eyes fell on the handwriting on the last page, his brow wrinkled immediately, and a look of disgust flashed in his eyes.

This **** Zheng Wenbo unexpectedly made another suggestion. It seems that he really needs a chance to chat with the deputy dean. He can’t let him go on like this.

Wang Yanchao’s first reaction was that these words were written by Zheng Wenbo. When he thought that Zheng Wenbo started to interfere with the patient’s treatment with a good sense of himself, his irritability instantly rose to the extreme.

He stretched out his hand and immediately prepared to tear off this page.

But just when he was about to tear it, his eyes fell on the words above, and his expression could not help being stunned.

Wait……

This……

Wang Yanchao turned his head, glanced at the patient’s expression, then stepped forward to glance at the data on the instrument on the wall, and then returned to the medical record, with a look of shock in his eyes.

This suggestion turns out to be accurate in judging the patient’s symptoms, and the treatment method proposed above is also the most appropriate treatment method for the patient!

”Director Wang, what’s the matter with my father? Is it okay?”

Seeing Director Wang looking at the medical records and not speaking for a long time, he looked strange, and the family members of the patients who had already returned to the ward became nervous.

”Your father is fine.”

Wang Yanchao returned to his senses and smiled at the patient’s family, then turned to the nurse behind him and said, ”This patient, re-prescribe the medication according to the plan on the last page.”

After that, without waiting for the nurses and family members to say more, Wang Yanchao went on to the next hospital bed and began to check the next bed.

He picked up the medical record and turned to the last page with a hint of expectation, but to his disappointment, there was nothing written on this page, but immediately, he smiled relievedly. This is his patient. Maybe someone proposes a more professional and more suitable diagnosis and treatment plan than him?

Shaking his head, Wang Yanchao recovered his peace of mind and began to continue the process of rounds.

When Wang Yanchao walked through all the wards one by one, Wang Yanchao’s heart was already shocked like a stormy sea...

This person who made the suggestion has actually conducted a one-by-one diagnosis of the more than one hundred beds in the inpatient department!

Moreover, what’s even more incredible is that, judging from the suggestions made by the other party, this person is extremely accurate in the diagnosis of all patients. Those medical records he did not make recommendations are medical records without any problems, and the other party made recommendations. After checking his medical records, all of them are correct! The treatment suggestions he put forward are all very effective methods!

Although there are some ways, in his opinion, there is still room for improvement, and it can be more perfect, but there is no doubt that the standard of the other party is already extremely smart and extremely professional!

In addition to the shock, Wang Yanchao also felt a little scared. Among the inpatients under his management, there were so many misdiagnosis cases. Although most of them are not problematic, even if there are some slight errors, it is only possible to make the patients recover. A longer time will not cause a major accident, but it also makes him somewhat scared, especially the case that was completely misdiagnosed, and it caused cold sweats. If this is treated according to the previous treatment plan, it will definitely be a problem. The big problem.

This person is definitely not Zheng Wenbo!

After reading the first suggestion, Wang Yanchao didn’t believe that the person who made the suggestion would be Zheng Wenbo, and after checking the entire department, he was completely sure that this person was definitely not Zheng Wenbo.

Zheng Wenbo’s medical skills are clear to him. He is definitely not so smart. Moreover, more importantly, the misdiagnosed case is Zheng Wenbo’s case!

”Apart from Dr. Zheng, who else has been to the ward today at noon?”

Walking out of the ward, Wang Yanchao immediately asked the nurse beside him.

”At noon today, there is no one except Dr. Zheng... Ah, by the way, it seems that Deputy Director Huang has also been to the ward once.”

The nurse didn’t understand why Wang Yanchao cared so much about this issue. He didn’t care about it in the past. After thinking about it blankly, she suddenly remembered something.

It’s Lao Huang!

No wonder then.

Hearing the nurse’s words, Wang Yanchao’s heart suddenly became relieved.

The deputy director Huang in the nurse’s mouth is Huang Maoqing, the deputy director of the Department of Respiratory Medicine. He is the absolute backbone doctor in the department and the left arm and right arm that Wang Yanchao relies on the most. He has been in clinical medicine for more than 20 years. His medical skills are absolutely professional. .

If he made those diagnoses and made those suggestions, Wang Yanchao would understand.

The writing is so detailed, it really is the style of the old yellow Virgo.

Thinking of the detailed suggestions, Wang Yan Chaoyue affirmed that those suggestions were made by Huang Maoqing. A piece of suspense fell in his heart, and he no longer asked anything. He just made a secret decision in his heart. When returning to the meeting, he had to remind them. A doctor who made a mistake, besides, about Zheng Wenbo’s situation, I have to find a chance to talk to the dean.
