Chapter 9： I hope his medical skills are not too bad
(During the new book period, firepower is needed! I hope everyone will join in!)

——————————————

Respiratory Medicine.

This is the department where Ye Xiu is about to start working.

This is the department Ye Xiu chose specially.

”A top-level super doctor should be as proficient in every aspect of medical treatment as possible, not just limited to the so-called professional field divided by a certain individual, or limited to repairing a certain part of the human body, because the human body is originally An inseparable whole that cannot be divided!”

This is what the old man said to him.

He knew that this was what the old man expected of him.

The old man has been training him as a super doctor. For so many years, whether it is taking him to a free clinic in Africa, or taking him to participate in a field medical organization, or changing hospitals around after returning from the field, the old man’s purpose, He has always been able to contact different patients as much as possible and perform different operations, so that his medical skills are as free as possible.

Although the old man is gone.

Even though he knows this road is very difficult, super doctor, it is never so easy!

But Ye Xiu still wanted to work hard to realize the old man’s wish!

After these years of hard work arranged by the old man, Ye Xiu has accumulated a certain amount of surgery in surgery. He has tried almost all kinds of surgical operations with high difficulty, even super difficult. Now he, Relatively speaking, the most lacking is the accumulation of internal medicine.

Therefore, from the very beginning, when looking for a job, Ye Xiu only considered internal medicine, but after a comprehensive consideration, Ye Xiu finally chose respiratory medicine among the various internal medicine departments.

Firstly, this department is relatively easy to enter, and secondly, the most important point is that the respiratory medicine department of this hospital has the most patients.

Medicine, especially clinical medicine, is a discipline that attaches great importance to the combination of theory and practice. The improvement of any doctor’s medical skills requires a lot of practice.

For Ye Xiu, he does not lack theoretical knowledge, because all theoretical knowledge can be learned through books. What he lacks most now is the opportunity to practice.

The road to learning and improving internal medicine and medical skills starts here.

Standing in front of the department, looking at the sign of the Department of Respiratory Medicine, Ye Xiu’s mouth had a smile, and he stepped forward and walked towards the director’s office.

”Doctor Ye, hello, you are welcome to join our respiratory medicine department.”

The director of the Department of Respiratory Medicine is Wang Yanchao. He is a middle-aged man in his forties who is always pleasant and looks very gentle. After Ye Xiu entered the office and confirmed his identity, Wang Yanchao immediately got off his desk. He stood up and greeted enthusiastically.

”I am also very happy to join the Department of Respiratory Medicine.”

Ye Xiu didn’t feel too happy because of Wang Yanchao’s warm greetings, but just kept smiling and polite.

He knew very well that the other party was just a kind of courtesy. He, an ordinary doctor, was not qualified to let a department director really greet him with such enthusiasm before he showed true value.

”Haha... I heard that Dr. Ye came back from abroad?”

A strange light flashed in Wang Yanchao’s eyes, and then he seemed to ask casually.

”Yes.”

Ye Xiu nodded.

”I don’t know which prestigious school graduated from?”

A ray of light flashed in Wang Yanchao’s eyes.

”It’s just an ordinary medical school, so Director Wang laughed without saying the name.”

Ye Xiudao.

Ye Xiu didn’t deliberately perfunct Wang Yanchao, but he really didn’t want to be eye-catching or cause unnecessary trouble. He just wanted to be an ordinary doctor in this small hospital in the suburbs, quietly and quietly every day. Treat diseases and save people, accumulate experience and improve medical skills.

And he knows very well that if he tells about the university he is studying, he will probably be on the cusp of the storm immediately, making him counterproductive, so when applying for the job, he and the deputy dean surnamed Zhao Signed an agreement, without his consent, he cannot disclose his double doctorate degree in Oxford University Medical School to anyone.

”Haha... Doctor Ye is so humble.”

Wang Yanchao did not continue to question. In his opinion, Ye Xiu should be the kind of young man who went to a foreign medical school and spent a little time for gold. Otherwise, if those who graduated from the Niu Cha medical school have the skills If you are a good man, where would you come to a small hospital like the Third People’s Hospital in the northern suburbs of Yanjing City?

Besides, if you really graduated from a Niu Cha medical school, I don’t need him to ask. Ye Xiu will start to talk about it. These years, anyone who has a relationship with a famous school or has gone to study for a month will be I can’t wait to put some money on my face, saying that I graduated from that school, and give myself some light on my resume. Who would hide the resume of a famous school?

So, since Ye Xiu didn’t want to say it, he stopped in time and stopped sprinkling salt on Ye Xiu’s wound. Even if he didn’t look at the face of the young man, he still had to look at the face of the dean? After all, this young man was recruited by the dean himself.

”Doctor Ye, I think you should have some understanding of our hospital and departments before coming to you. Then, I won’t say much about the general aspects. Next, I will briefly talk to you about the current situation and work of our department. Let’s make arrangements. Our department currently has 13 doctors, including me, including one chief doctor and deputy chief doctor...”

Next, Wang Yanchao and Ye Xiu described the situation in the Department of Respiratory Medicine in detail, including doctors, nurses, and the current status of hospitalized patients.

”...So, considering that you just came here, the emergency department and outpatient department will not arrange you for now, and it will take some time to adapt to all aspects of the hospital. You will stay in the inpatient department for a while now. There is no problem, right?”

After talking about it, Wang Yanchao looked at Ye Xiu, pondering his words and asking.

”no problem.”

Ye Xiu was stunned. He didn’t expect Wang Yanchao to let him stay in the inpatient department. According to his understanding, the outpatient and emergency department are the ones that are short of people, but he still nodded.

He knew he had no room to refuse. Although Wang Yanchao seemed to be asking for his opinion, in fact, it was just a polite question.

Moreover, his personality is more casual and natural. Since Wang Yanchao asked him to stay in the inpatient department for a while, he felt that he would get used to it in the inpatient department first, and it would be good to adapt and learn medical treatment!

”Okay, then, today you will familiarize yourself with the situation first. From tomorrow, you will officially work in our inpatient department. There is no problem, right?”

Wang Yanchao saw Ye Xiu agree to it altogether, and did not show any dissatisfaction with his arrangements and words. There was a trace of satisfaction on his face. It seems that this young man is still quite eye-catching. If this is the case, he can be less. It’s a bit more troublesome. I heard that a foreigner came back. He was really worried that a young man with a good eye and a high spirit, but a bad spirit, would be really big.

”no problem.”

Ye Xiu nodded again.

Wang Yanchao nodded with satisfaction, and chatted with Ye Xiu casually. After briefly asking about his situation, he called in a nurse and asked her to take Ye Xiu to familiarize himself with the department.

Judging from the preliminary understanding, this young man’s attitude is pretty good. He doesn’t seem to be a troublemaker. He just hopes that he has learned something abroad and his medical skills are not too bad.

Watching the assistant doctor take Ye Xiu away, Wang Yanchao leaned on the chair, the smile on his face gradually solidified, and the cordial smile in his eyes turned into a look of helplessness.
