Urban Super Doctor

Chapter 12： View ward
(Third! Thank you again for your support, thank you!!)

——————————————

Coming out of the elevator, Ye Xiu walked on the corridor. Hearing the coughing from time to time, he changed his plan to go back to the office to read a book. Instead, he turned and walked to the inpatient ward next to him.

In the inpatient ward at noon, apart from the coughing of the patient from time to time, there was silence. The nurse on duty sat at the nurse’s station, sleepy and nap, while the other nurses rested and went to eat. eat.

Some of the family members of the patients who were accompanying them had reached their sleepiest time and were napping.

Ye Xiu walked into a ward casually, picked up the medical record by the bedside, and began to look through it.

This is a COPD (patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), which is a common respiratory disease. If you have mild symptoms, you can directly recover through some of your own active treatments, such as smoking cessation, exercise, etc., but this patient The symptoms are obviously more serious, and oxygen inhalers are already needed to maintain oxygen intake.

Ye Xiu looked at the medical record seriously. After reading it carefully, his gaze fell on the patient again, closed his eyes slightly, put his hand on the patient’s wrist, and listened.

After listening, he hesitated, picked up the pen, and began to write on the medical record.

The attending doctor of this patient diagnosed the patient as level 4 of copd function, but in fact, after he was diagnosed just now, it should not have reached level 4. If the current dosage is used, some problems may occur, which can be appropriately reduced. The amount of medicine used, and one of the medicines can be changed to a more soothing medicine.

He knew it seemed a bit abrupt to do this, but for the sake of the patient’s recovery, he did it anyway.

After reading the patient’s medical record, Ye Xiu walked to another bed.

”you are?”

The patient in this hospital bed was not asleep, and his family had just eaten. They were sitting there, and when they saw Ye Xiu coming, they immediately stood up nervously.

”Don’t be nervous, I am a doctor in the hospital, come and see the situation.”

Ye Xiu smiled, glanced at the patient, then picked up the medical record on the bedside and began to look at it.

Hearing that Ye Xiu was a doctor, the patient and his family members, he immediately relaxed.

Wow, this doctor is very good. Whether it is a diagnosis, the treatment plan is quite precise and quite subtle.

After turning over a few pages of medical records, Ye Xiu’s eyes immediately lit up. This kind of medical record was exactly what he wanted to see. When he got out of the elevator just now, he suddenly had the idea to look at the ward. The purpose was to see. With such medical records, I want to get to know the level of domestic doctors, and at the same time learn about the experience of the experienced senior physicians.

After reading the medical records, Ye Xiu felt that he had benefited very little. He asked himself, if it were him, he should be able to think of a suitable treatment plan for this patient, but he should not be as clever as this doctor when he thinks of a treatment plan. .

You really can’t underestimate the people of the world, this small hospital also has superiors.

After reading the patient’s medical history completely, as before, after checking the patient’s pulse, and checking the patient’s various data, Ye Xiu exclaimed in his heart.

After turning over the medical records, Ye Xiu couldn’t help turning back to the first page of the medical records. He was really curious about who this doctor was. He made up his mind and he must look for opportunities to consult this doctor more when he turned back.

”Attending physician, Wang Yanchao.”

Is it him?

Looking at the three-character Wang Yanchao’s signature, Ye Xiu’s expression was stunned. To be honest, in the morning, he had a deal with Wang Yanchao. His impression of Wang Yanchao was not very good. Wang Yanchao is a very sophisticated and sleek person, as can be seen from the style of his speech.

Generally speaking, people like this kind of sophisticated and old-fashioned people are very ordinary in terms of professionalism. Ye Xiu doesn’t like this kind of people very much.

But now it seems that this conclusion does not apply to Wang Yanchao. Based on this patient’s diagnosis and treatment records and plans, Wang Yanchao is already worthy of the expert in his professional field and the level of respiratory medicine.

It seems that there are exceptions to everything. In the future, for some people and things, I really can’t stick to my own limitations, and I can easily make some judgments.

Ye Xiu was ashamed in his heart, and he thought with shame.

”Doctor, how is my father?”

Seeing that Ye Xiu hadn’t moved for a long time, the patient’s family couldn’t help but feel nervous.

”Your father’s situation, there is no problem, keep a good attitude, optimistic and actively accept the doctor’s treatment, he should be able to recover and be discharged soon.”

Ye Xiu recovered and smiled at the patient and family members.

”Ah, yes, thank you doctor.”

The patient and family members quickly thanked Ye Xiu, and their faces were full of hope and joy.

Ye Xiu smiled. What he likes most to see is the expression of joy from the heart on the faces of patients and family members, and the expression of excitement that naturally reveals when he recovers from the hospital. There will be an inexplicable sense of accomplishment and joy in your heart.

Farewell to the happy patient and family member, Ye Xiu continued to walk to another hospital bed and began to read the next medical record.

In this way, Ye Xiu looked at the medical records from bed to bed, checked the patient’s condition one by one, and confirmed the patient’s condition one by one, carefully referring to the doctor’s treatment plan.

Unfortunately, what made him a little disappointed was that among the following medical records, like the one of Wang Yanchao, there were not many medical records that made him shine. Most of the medical records were quite satisfactory. Unremarkable.

There were also several medical records, all of which had some problems. Ye Xiu noted and modified the medical records one by one. He even found a completely wrong diagnosis. Ye Xiu directly stopped the patient for a while. Yao, wrote the brand-new diagnosis and treatment plan he designed in the medical record, and prepared to talk to Wang Yanchao in the afternoon.

In the process of seeing the medical records, Ye Xiu met those who needed to change the medicine, or the equipment needed to be adjusted, and helped them to change the medicine and adjust the equipment one by one. He did not go to the nurse station deliberately like those doctors. Call the nurse to do it.

Ye Xiu answered all the questions of some patients’ family members one by one. For those patients who are in better condition, Ye Xiu directly told them the good news and gave them hope and confidence. For those patients whose conditions were less optimistic, Ye Xiu Xiu will also encourage them as much as possible.

Ye Xiu knew very well that the patient’s inner confidence and mentality were very important to overcome the disease.

The Department of Respiratory Medicine is the major department of Yanjing Beijiao Third Hospital. There are more than one hundred beds. When Ye Xiu read the medical records one by one, when he left the last ward and the last bed, Ye Xiu was super abnormal. Physical fitness, also felt a trace of fatigue.

But Ye Xiu’s heart was quite satisfied.

This noon gain was still quite big. Whether it was Wang Yanchao’s wonderful and stunning medical records, those well-behaved medical records, or those with errors, Ye Xiu felt a huge gain.

Needless to say, Wang Yanchao’s amazing medical record made Ye Xiu truly feel what a profession is and truly understand the artistic beauty of a profession! It also gave Ye Xiu new insights into the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the Department of Respiratory Medicine, and a lot of new ideas and thoughts. Those ordinary medical records and incorrect medical records also allowed him to accumulate a lot of experience.

Well, go back to the office for a break, read the book, and digest the harvest today at noon by the way!

Looking back at the direction of the ward, Ye Xiu smiled contentedly, stretched a long stretch, and walked towards the office in strides.

When Ye Xiu walked towards the office, Director Wang Yanchao of the Department of Respiratory Medicine, dressed in a white coat, walked out of the office and walked quickly to the inpatient ward.
