Chapter 166 The body is lost

Chapter 166 The body is lost
It is not a big deal for Sim to leave the team, but Lin Ye is very interested in the actions of the Erikon United States.

So, he turned on the communicator and sent another voice message.

The intention is for Cheng Bei to lead the support troops in the South China region. After defeating the enemy, they will search the military strongholds of the United States of Erikan in situ to see if there are any new discoveries, and bring back all the lost experimental equipment by the way.

After sending the voice command, Lin Ye sat back on the sofa again, rubbed his temples, and sighed uncontrollably.

I didn’t expect to encounter so many things just after returning to Blue Star.

As for the temple, the city that has just completed a comprehensive upgrade is waiting to be rebuilt, and there are also a lot of work tasks waiting for him to arrange!

After sitting for a while, he hurriedly got up again, put on his battle armor and went to the temple of the ancestral temple, assigning specific tasks to Gray and others.

During the restoration process, Lin Ye accidentally discovered that the area inside the ancestral temple is actually very large, but the original Ayer people did not make full use of it.

So after some upgrades, several research and development laboratories in the ancestral temple have all been upgraded to research institutes.

It is precisely because of this that the personnel and equipment have been expanded.

Although there are relatively few talents in the temple who can be used for scientific research, a large number of people from Blue Star will replenish them in a few days. If the duties and positions are not arranged now, there will be a mess by then.

As the chief engineer, Gray has now been promoted to become the dean of the Weapons Research Institute.

Led a group of engineers and began to develop new weapons and equipment.

Of course, for him, this is not considered a promotion.

Because before that, he was the instructor of the weapon research and development laboratory, but he was forcibly demoted by Samson later.

On the way to the ancestral temple, Lin Ye saw a long line of transportation troops in the distance, which was quite spectacular.

This has to mention the super large transport ship seized before. The materials loaded on the ship are almost beyond everyone’s imagination.

I didn’t expect that the royal family of the swarm from outside the domain would be so greedy, and insisted on eating it to become fat.

This is a good time, he lost his wife and lost his army, and Lin Ye missed the hard-earned supplies.

However, with so many materials, there was no place to store them inside the temple, so he simply used the transport ship as a temporary warehouse, and moved them outside when materials were needed.

The parts of the central square that were damaged by the transport ship have all been repaired now.

At present, some Ayer craftsmen are building high platforms to prepare for the appointment ceremony of the Temple Elders the day after tomorrow.

Of course, in addition to the high platform for the ceremony, there are also tables and chairs prepared for the banquet.

The troops who went out to support were originally scheduled to return the day after tomorrow after defeating Blue Star’s Zerg zombie coalition army.

This banquet is to celebrate their triumphant return.

Of course, apart from this reason, he had heard Rita mention it inadvertently before.

Since Samson took control of the temple, the vast majority of Aiel civilians have never celebrated any festivals.

Even the annual year-end celebrations are banned.

However, Samson himself has no scruples. He will hold private banquets during holidays and invite managers from various business houses in Area A to have fun every night.

With such a sharp contrast, the civilians have long held grudges in their hearts.

Now that Lin Ye has become the master of the temple, he must break these unreasonable rules and liberate the Ayr civilians from their shackles.

It was precisely because of this that he decided to take this opportunity to hold a banquet.

Celebrate the rebirth of the Sanctuary and a new beginning for the El civilization.

Lin Ye stayed on the spot for a few minutes, and after roughly browsing the progress of the project, he continued to fly towards the ancestral temple.

Flying to the main passage of the ancestral temple, Lin Ye immediately looked around and observed the renovated long corridor.

Compared with before, many light strips are now installed on the ceiling, illuminating the entire corridor brightly.

On the rock walls on both sides, tiles of similar color but smoother were also pasted.

In the middle of the ground are sensor-type lighting floor tiles, which will light up softly when someone passes by.

Looking at it now, the entire Jongmyo is full of futuristic technology.

With a satisfied smile, Lin Ye headed to the weapons research institute.

But after walking not far, I ran into a group of flustered researchers.

Lin Ye recognized them. When the mysterious organization attacked the castle, these people were the ones who dissected the corpses and analyzed the R-type energy potions in the medical center.

He stopped and wondered, ”What happened?”

While speaking, he glanced sideways at the other party’s badge.

It was discovered that the young Ayre who was walking in the forefront turned out to be the dean of the Institute of Biology, named Max.

When Max saw Lin Ye, he immediately patted his thigh and cried:

”Your Highness, the corpse captured on the ground earlier is gone!”

what?
What kind of supernatural event is this?
Lin Ye looked at the panic-stricken crowd, and couldn’t help complaining silently in his heart.

Seeing his expression, Max thought it was a very angry expression, so he immediately explained:
”Because the significance of the corpse is very great, the warehouse where it is stored is very well sealed and absolutely safe.

And if you want to open it, you can only operate it from the outside, and the opening procedure is very cumbersome, requiring at least two to three people to complete it.

But in fact, in just one night, the corpse disappeared out of thin air! ”

Seeming to be too flustered, Max finished these words almost in one breath, without even a pause in the middle.

Lin Ye, who was standing opposite, crossed his arms and asked expressionlessly:
”Then, are the research materials still there?”

”Yes, they are all here. The equipment and equipment for storing samples, as well as all the research materials currently stored, are not lost at all!”

Max patted the back of his hand and said helplessly, ”This is also our strange point. What’s the use of stealing the corpse?”

Could it be the mysterious organization from before?

Lin Ye frowned slightly and thought for a moment.

In fact, the mysterious organization that attacked the temple before did not disappear, but temporarily hid because of fear of his strength.

After the attack, he dispatched a secret investigation team, which is still intensively searching for clues.

He remembered that the former leader of the organization would use a miniature portal to take out the corpse from the closed warehouse, which didn’t seem to be difficult.

Moreover, this person is also a scientific researcher of the ancestral temple, and the location of the warehouse should be very clear.

It seems that there is another troublesome matter, Lin Ye can’t help but support his forehead, ”The expansion of the research institute has just been completed, and you should be very busy at the moment, so let me handle this matter myself!”

Now that the Lord of the Temple said so, Max and the others who were waiting to be criticized immediately breathed a sigh of relief.

After a few words, they immediately found an excuse and slipped away.

Lin Ye couldn’t help but shook his head, then walked towards the Weapons Research Institute.
