Global Cataclysm: Start building a floating island

Chapter 164 Plan

Chapter 164 Plan
Lin Ye sat up straight, took a deep breath, and explained the difficulties encountered in the plan:

”As I mentioned earlier, the arsenal on the islands can produce weapons and equipment in large quantities, but only if time permits.

But the current situation we are facing is already very urgent, so there is not much time left for us to produce weapons and equipment.

Therefore, I would like to request the disappearance to add a certain amount of manpower to the island arsenal, preferably people in the industry, so that we can get twice the result with half the effort! ”

Before building the floating island arsenal, Lin Ye did not calculate the human resources in detail. He felt that the more production lines the better if the materials were sufficient.

But when several large arsenals were built, he discovered that the number of research and development personnel in the temple was too small to support the assembly line manufacturing of weapons.

The most fundamental reason is that Samson, the former president of the Ibrahimovic Chamber of Commerce, implemented a decades-long monopoly in education in order to control the temple from the root, so the temple has not cultivated new students for a long time. scientific research talents.

And the vast majority of Ayer civilians living in the city have never been exposed to firearms in their lives, let alone let them temporarily work as workers.

Lin Ye is already thankful that this group of people can live peacefully in the temple!

It was these stupid reasons that forced Lin Ye to ask for help.

But to be honest, he has no idea now.

Because it doesn’t sound like a big deal to have Missing reinforcements.

But you must know that the people he wants are all scientific researchers who manufacture weapons and equipment, and the core backbone of the arsenal.

In this special period of catastrophic apocalypse, these scientific research talents are the most important and critical resources.

In the previous life, there was even an honorary academician who changed a city.

Sending these valuable scientific personnel to a strange island that suddenly appears high in the sky is no joke.

Even though he provided a lot of information in the early stage, it was not so easy to gain 100% trust from the crisis response team.

After expressing his difficulties, Lin Ye sat at the table, anxiously waiting for the other party’s reply.

Missing folded his hands and put them lightly on the edge of the table, then looked around at everyone present,

The two didn’t say anything, they just made eye contact.

After a while, Missing turned to look at Lin Ye:

”No problem, what kind of people you need, how many people you want, I can satisfy you!”

Lin Ye was quite surprised by this response.

He originally thought that this old man in a high position would add some necessary conditions first, at least give him some restrictions. After all, this is not a trivial matter.

Unexpectedly, the other party agreed so simply.

Just when he was wondering, Missing spread his hands and continued:
”In fact, all the technicians who worked in several large arsenals in North China and East China were safely evacuated to the interior of the Eastern Capital due to the impact of the catastrophe.

These guys are currently on standby, just in time to be stationed on your island! ”

”Such a coincidence?” Lin Ye asked in surprise.

The secretary sitting next to Missing explained with a smile:

”Mr. Lin didn’t know that since the disaster happened, we were thinking about making targeted weapons based on the characteristics of these alien enemies, but we didn’t expect that the design phase got stuck.

The project has been stagnant for a while, and everyone is worrying right now. It just so happens that you are back, and you have directly solved this headache by the way! ”

That’s it!

Lin Ye said silently in his heart.

He suddenly remembered that in his previous life, China spent nearly five years researching and developing the first next-generation weapons and equipment.

After a year of testing, it was officially equipped into the army.

It took a total of six years, which was an extremely long and arduous process, but now with the addition of Elstar, it directly saves research and development time, and also raises the level of science and technology in Huaguo.

Now that Missing has agreed to the request, the plan can proceed smoothly.

After thinking for a while, Lin Ye said the follow-up part of the plan:

”I put the main R&D center and production line in the temple, which is the island in the sky, where the safety of the R&D personnel can be absolutely guaranteed!
After the manufactured weapons are tested, they are mass-produced on an assembly line, and then sent to the surface, where they are all equipped to the troops.

New weapons can greatly enhance the strength of the army, and can bring great chances of victory in battles with alien enemies.

If you allow me, these advanced weapons and equipment, in addition to being used by our own country’s troops, I will also let the R&D center produce some functional castrated versions for export, so as to earn more resources from other countries. ”

Hearing this sentence, the disappearance was a little strange, ”In exchange for more resources?”

”That’s right! Do you still remember the reason why I proposed to build a united city in the hinterland of the continent?”

Missing leaned over and said with a focused look:

”Of course I remember that you said at the beginning that there will be a lot of ore veins here, which can be fully utilized by us.”

Lin Ye nodded, then continued:
”These veins can extract black crystal ore and Roche refined iron, which are very, very important resources.

After being activated in a specific way, the black crystal mine can release a large amount of energy, which can provide energy for various weapons and equipment. ”

Having said that, he pointed to the beam gun on the table, ”Similar to the raw materials of the energy supply ring and magazine inside!”

”And Roche refined iron can create the hardest alloy material, which is the cornerstone of all weapons and equipment in the sea, land and air!”

After hearing these words, all the generals on the side showed shocked expressions.

The expression on the missing face changed again and again: ”According to the report of our observation team, after the entire continent is lifted into the sky, there are five ore mountains with a height of more than [-] meters in the hinterland. With so many resources, wouldn’t it be...”

”With the help of these resources, Hua Guo will occupy an absolute dominant position in the last days!” Lin Ye said affirmatively.

But he changed the subject and said sharply:
“But on this planet, it’s not just our country that has mineral veins, there are also mineral mountains in other areas, but the number is relatively small.

But that’s why we want to gather all the mineral resources in the world!

Then through absolute technological monopoly, let other countries completely submit to us! ”

The frown that was frowning was also gradually relaxed. He looked at Lin Ye with satisfaction, and couldn’t help clapping his hands, ”Okay, okay!”

Talented people came out from generation to generation, and he only felt that the burden on his body was finally lightened a bit.

”Lin Ye, if you encounter any obstacles in the future, please feel free to tell me. As long as you need it, I can use the power of the whole country to help you solve your difficulties!”
