Milf Hunter: Seducing And Taming Beauties

Chapter 1141: 30 Minutes Deadline

I quickly teleported outside the examination room and removed my invisibility, just as the nurse could arrive any moment.

The sterile hospital corridor was eerily quiet, the fluorescent lights casting a cold glow over the polished floors. I leaned against the wall, my mind racing through the implications of Fumiko’s plan.

The weight of the situation pressed down on me. Fumiko was clever—brilliant, even—but she didn’t know me.

She didn’t understand that Kasumi was already mine, that her daughters were waiting for me to claim her. And she certainly didn’t realize that I would never let Kasumi die—not for a second.

After a few minutes, a nurse in a crisp white uniform approached me, her steps brisk and professional. ”Are you Mr. Jack?” she asked, her voice polite but direct.

I nodded, extending my arm. She wasted no time, drawing my blood with practiced efficiency. The needle pricked my skin, the syringe filling with my deep red blood—A+, the same as Kasumi’s. Once the sample was taken, the nurse nodded curtly and left without another word.

I remained seated, my mind processing everything. About ten minutes later, I heard footsteps approaching—two nurses dragging a stretcher. They pushed through the door of Kasumi’s examination room and disappeared inside.

I knew the show was about to begin.

But one critical detail gnawed at me: a living person cannot donate their heart. It was medically impossible, legally forbidden. Fumiko knew this. Which meant her entire plan was a lie—a test designed to break Kasumi’s heart and force her to distance herself from me.

If I played along, Fumiko would convince Kasumi that I refused to save her life—that I didn’t love her enough to sacrifice myself for her. And just like that, Kasumi would believe I didn’t truly care, that my feelings for her were a lie.

Fumiko was trying to save Kasumi in her own way—protecting her from what she saw as a potential heartbreak, even if it meant breaking her heart now.

But she didn’t know the truth: Kasumi was already mine. And Yuko and Haruna knew it too. They were waiting for me to claim their mother as my own.

Fumiko hadn’t sensed this, but I had.

And I intended to turn her test against her.

Soon, the door to the examination room swung open, and Kasumi was wheeled out on a stretcher, her face pale, her eyes closed. But I knew better—she was pretending, just as Fumiko had planned.

I sprang into action, rushing to the stretcher, my voice laced with panic. ”Oka-san! Oka-san...!” I grabbed her hand, my fingers intertwining with hers, and looked at Fumiko, my expression desperate. ”Doctor, what happened to her? What’s going on?!”

Fumiko gave me a grave look, her voice professional but urgent. ”Let’s get her to the ICU. We can’t say anything for sure yet...”

The nurses moved the stretcher toward the ICU, and I walked alongside, holding Kasumi’s hand tightly. ”Oka-san, don’t worry... nothing will happen to you... You’ll be fine...” My voice was steady, but my heart raced with the thrill of the game.

Fumiko, Kasumi, and the nurses took her inside the ICU, and I was left to wait outside. The two nurses exited quickly, leaving me alone in the corridor.

I sat on a bench, pretending to be anxious and worried. But in reality, I extended my telekinesis and telepathy, sensing everything inside the ICU.

Inside the room, Kasumi opened her eyes, sitting up slightly as she looked at Fumiko. ”Fumiko... let’s stop this...” Her voice was trembling, her eyes filled with guilt. ”Didn’t you see Jack? He was hurt... His voice... he seems to be in so much pain...”

Fumiko sighed deeply, her thoughts a whirlwind of conflict.

[Kasumi has fallen head over heels for Jack... As her friend, maybe I should have just told her to go after him... But what kind of future would that be? She’d always feel guilty toward Haruna if they were together... And we don’t even know if Jack loves her for real... This way, at least her relationship with her daughter will remain intact...]

[Jack is not a fool... I can’t directly ask him to donate his heart... He knows it’s illegal to donate a heart from a living person unless they’re brain dead... So I can’t deceive Jack...]

[So I can only deceive Kasumi into thinking Jack is unwilling to donate his heart... Once that idea takes root, she’ll distance herself from him... This is the best outcome...]

I realized—Fumiko was exactly as I thought. But she didn’t know that I was the predator, and Kasumi was already mine.

Fumiko looked at Kasumi, her voice serious but gentle. ”What? Have you already started thinking of him as your husband, Kasumi?”

Kasumi nodded, her voice firm but emotional. ”Fumiko, I’m serious... I can’t bear to see him like this...”

Fumiko sighed, her heart heavy. ”Okay... This will be over soon...” She paused, her gaze determined. ”Now I will go out and tell Jack that you need a new heart... and I’ll accidentally reveal that his heart is compatible... Then we’ll see what his reaction is...”

She handed Kasumi her phone, the call already connected between them. ”Here, take it... With this, you can hear his voice...” She pointed to the one-way mirror. ”And you can see us through the observation window. Don’t worry—it’s a one-way mirror. You can see out, but no one can see in...”

Kasumi took the phone, standing up and moving closer to the observation window next to the ICU door. Through the glass, she saw me sitting on the bench, my head in my hands, my shoulders shaking as if I were weeping.

Fumiko walked out, carrying a document in her hand, her expression anxious. She approached me, handing me the file.

”Doctor, what happened to Oka-san? Is she okay?” I asked, my voice trembling with concern, my acting flawless.

Fumiko played her part perfectly, her voice grave. ”She... her heart is showing signs of failure... We need to get her a new heart immediately...”

I nodded urgently, my voice firm despite the tremor. ”Don’t worry, doctor... I will definitely find her a heart. Just give me a few hours...”

Fumiko shook her head, her acting impeccable. ”Jack, we don’t have time... You have to hurry...”

She handed me Kasumi’s medical details—Blood Group: A+. ”We need a heart with this blood type... and it has to be healthy...”

I asked anxiously, my voice breaking slightly. ”How much time do we have?”

Fumiko didn’t hesitate. ”30 minutes...”
