Re-Awakening: I Ascend with a Legendary class

Chapter 289 Arcane Constitution (3/3)

”Usually, people would need a longer process to create their technical assets, but you, who can command Arcane, can create technical assets faster and also do other things faster, like understanding magic information, elements, and arcane phenomenons.”

Big D snorted and continued, ”You earned this powerful boon because of the sum of your hard work in life along with the tenacity and effort you showed in that Omega of the Horizonʼs dimension. This boon…only responds to hard work and matching will. This is why many Arcane Champions are dead. They were chosen, but they failed to live up to their potential and were killed by their enemies who may or may not be other arcane champions.”

”I wonʼt back down from working hard,” Almond clenched his fist. ”Watch me cross 106.”

”Then create and explore your potential. Garo said your abilities were crude, and that was because you were not efficient in the asset-application of your abilities, and you lacked technical assets to make them powerful. Imagine, create, and form them so you can increase your Arcane Constitution. Make as many as you can in the next two days because the grace period I set for you will be over by then.”

”So I am entering Academy after this is over?” Almondʼs eyes shone. ”The first thing I want to learn is clone ability, please.”

”Thatʼs up to your hard work and results, boy. Good luck.”

With that, Big D disappeared.

ʼWith this process, I am doing right now about forming Arcane Constitution, creating abilities with my current assets will become extremely easy even though I donʼt know how itʼs done in Arcane Board.ʼ

Indeed. Almond was exploring everything possible that could be done by him, so he was already getting ideas on creating top-notch abilities.

He also realized why Garo was so powerful and was known as Garo of Myriad Arts.

ʼWith so many attributes and powers of my assets, I can make top-notch abilities of each type, so Garo must have a crazy amount of assets, allowing him to create new abilities in every new battle.ʼ

ʼThe way he used sound and vibration was also entirely opposite of mine. I used vibrations for the break-down effect, but he used it to create an air-tight force wave with tremendous impact push that could send a shockwave through targets and do internal damage.ʼ

ʼHe must have used that last attack that defeated me deliberately to show me different ways to use my Sand of Vibrant Wave, but it was also a perfect counter to lightning at that time.ʼ

ʼCrazy monster,ʼ Almondʼs eyes burned. ʼI will reach his level and surpass him.ʼ

And then Almond went back to training with such a focus that he didnʼt move a single muscle until the alarm clock rang in the room that two days passed by.

Almond was jolted awake and saw Big D in front of him with an alarm clock ringing loudly and buzzing in his ears.

*Smack*

A vibrating air palm shot at the clock, but it passed by it instead. However, in the next second, the cloak turned into powder and fell.

Big D whistled, ”Not bad. See, a single technical asset can instantly be turned into a sequence with your control alone, with a moment of thought, thanks to Arcane Constitution.”

”Congrats. I can see that you progressed high, higher than what I expected.”

*Thud…*

Almond fell on the floor forward, his face smashing with a bang, darkness covering his mind for a deep slumber.

”But I expected this.”

Big D grinned and covered Almond in a bubble again.

One minute later, Almondʼs eyes twitched as he woke up, and the bubble burst.

”I feel great.” Almond got up, feeling refreshed and comfortable with no hint of the mountainous exhaustion that he had felt before he got knocked out.

When that alarm bell rang, his focus state shattered, and he felt all the exhaustion hitting him in a condensed manner, knocking him out.

”Howʼs my Arcane Consitution? Letʼs see,” Almond grinned as he turned to the mirror. ”Honestly, I am a bit nervous because I wasnʼt aware of anything. All I was doing was exploring all possible possibilities and forming it.”

Big D laughed in response and said, ”I like that.”

”And here you go.”

-Stats:

— Body Constitution: 20

— Mental Constitution: 40

— Soul Constitution: 10

— Arcane Constitution: 148

”Your Arcane Constitution has a potency of 140 circuits now. Thatʼs how much you developed your Arcane Eidos. You are powerful enough to completely kill yourself if you make a mistake when executing a magic sequence. Congratulations.”

”Thanks,” Almond grinned, which broke soon. ”Wait, what did you say?”

Big D floated and sat on his shoulder as the mirror rippled and showed a strange, hazy golden body like a blueprint, but with less detail and more layers with 140 spots highlighted and connected to each other.

”You know the work you did in your Arcane Eidos created these circuits in your Arcane constitution, and I told you that the Arcane Constitution decides the upper limit potency of your abilities. Well, itʼs because of these circuits and pathways that connect them to each other.”

”They are the pathways of power. When your Prana flows through them, it becomes more potent, and when a magic sequence fueled by Prana flows through them, your ability becomes more potent.”

Almondʼs eyes shone. ”Awesome. I am powerful.”

”Now, manifesting Arcane Board is simple. Superimpose your Arcane Eidos with the Arcane Constitution. A body of information that you know and all possible assets layered with a body of circuits that can actualize the assets and give them power.”

”Superimposing these two will manifest the Arcane Board, in which you will create abilities.”

Almond was excited. He couldnʼt wait and immediately superimposed the two. In the next second, his mindscape manifested a giant magical 5D board with all of his assets floating and pathways for him to experiment with their creation!

”I give you five hours to improve and create more abilities. It should be easy now, but donʼt execute abilities with a high amount of Prana when you create them, especially the self-enchanting ones.”

”Gotcha,” Almond grinned. ”By the way, can you tell me about Garoʼs Arcane Constitution before I start?”

Big D smirked and said, ”Garoʼs Arcane Constitution is in thousands, roughly above five thousand, despite being a peak mortal. Well, increasing stats of the Body, Mental, and Soul Constitution increases possibilities to explore in Arcane Eidos, which in turn increases the Arcane Constitution, so donʼt worry. You have just started. Finish setting up your combat arsenal in five hours because you are going into the academyʼs first event.”

”Your first dive into danger, but should you survive, I will give you a chance to learn the clone ability.”

”Alright!” Almondʼs eyes lit up. ”Iʼm pumped up now!”

Almond closed his eyes and entered his mindscape as he became his dance of creation in the Arcane Board.

ʼOh, being in control of my soul avatar speed it up? Awesome. But that darn cat didnʼt tell me about it.ʼ

Big Dʼs snicker rang in his mind. ʼI knew you would figure it out, so I didnʼt. Anyway, good luck, and make sure you create good stuff. Donʼt embarrass me and your sponsor that little lass Ruby because she will also be watching the event.ʼ
