Re-Awakening: I Ascend with a Legendary class

Chapter 192 Elemental Imprint, Sorting Completed

-Effect:

—> You can view the targetʼs memories as you dive into their mindscape.

—> You can implant convincing false memories into your target while you are inside the targetʼs mindscape.

ʼHoly shit…ʼ Almond was dumbfounded as he looked at the crystal. ʼAnd this is an instant learnable skill…ʼ

*Crack..*

Almond infused Mana into the crystal as it shattered and turned into dreamy motes that burst into the space between his eyebrows.

A pool of knowledge entered his mind, perfectly imbuing the understanding of the skill and forming a new skill rune in his skill room.

The knowledge he got from this skill directly on what concept and with what technicality mana should affect the mind also benefitted him greatly just by having this knowledge!

ʼAwesome.ʼ

Now that Almond had learned the skill, he took out the Elemental Imprint Selection Box (L) he got from the 5th Floorʼs MVP chest from the rank 1 contribution reward.

[Elemental Imprint Selection Box]

-Rank: Legendary

-Detail: You can select one imprint from the options. This elemental imprint is a tattoo containing comprehension knowledge of an element. It activates upon infusing Mana and sends your mind into an elemental world of the selected element. This imprint will stay with you until you have reached Legendary-rank Mastery of the selected element.

-Options:

1. Lightning elemental imprint.

2. Steam elemental imprint

3. Gravity elemental imprint

4. Flora elemental imprint

5. Wind elemental imprint

6. Water elemental imprint

7. Crystal elemental imprint

8. Noctolith elemental imprint

9. Ice elemental imprint

10. Lumeir elemental Imprint

ʼDamn, so many Advanced elements,ʼ Almond was surprised at the big list.

ʼI guess this is a legendary-rank reward for a reason.ʼ Explore stories on empire

ʼNow, what to choose?ʼ Almond rubbed his chin. ʼMy Lightning elemental mastery is already close to SS rank. Iʼll get there soon. But this imprint will stay with me until I reach Legendary rank elemental mastery…I donʼt know what kind of benefit SS, SSS, and Legendary will have since S rank mastery seemed to have covered every application.ʼ

Almond looked at this current Lightning mastery to confirm it.

[Lightning Elemental Mastery]

[-Skill rank: S (Next rank progress: 71%)]

↳ You can transmute your Mana into lightning and give it lightningʼs properties. You have total control over your lighting and high control over atmospheric lightning-attributed phenomena.

[-Effects when applying lightning attributes]

↳1. Bonus Lightning elemental damage: 100% potency of your Mana.

↳2. Shock potency: 100% chance—Disrupts the targetʼs actions, causing a loss in movement and reaction speed.

↳3. Paralyse potency: 100% chance—Immobilizes the target, rendering them unable to act.

↳4. Electromagnetism: You can control electromagnetic fields, allowing you to manipulate conductive metal objects via your lightning, create conductive metal or magnates by discharging electrical currents through metal, generate electrical pulses, and disrupt or enhance electronic devices. Your lightning interacts with both living beings and machines, giving you the ability to control metal or create electromagnetic barriers.

↳5. Lightning Psychophysiology: Your physiology and psychology can be affected by your lightningʼs attributes.

ʼMaybe SS rank increased the bonus lightning damage? Whatever the case, I have to choose the imprint wisely since having it will make it reach Legendary rank mastery in an element faster with daily training.ʼ

Almond focused on Lumeir Imprint to get information and found out that it was an Advanced element made from a combination of Light + Wind.

ʼThis Noctolith element is also interesting…I wonder what it could do since itʼs a combination of Darkness + Earth?ʼ

Shaking his head, Almond looked at the list. ʼThis is not about satiating my curiosity, but selecting an elemental imprint that I can learn faster and how It enhances my combat power greater than others.ʼ

ʼLumeir it is. I wanted to obtain Wind since Wind and Lightning have great synergies, and I can do that experiment to achieve the highest speed possible and do much more,ʼ Almondʼs eyes glinted. ʼSpeed is king in battle, after all. But Lumeir is Wind + Light. An advanced element! This is the best option.ʼ

ʼMoreover, achieving mastery in Lumeir means Iʼll be able to achieve individual mastery of both Wind and Light eventually!ʼ

Having decided, Almond selected the Lumeir elemental imprint and immediately slapped it on himself, activating it.

It was going to be his until he reached Legendary-rank mastery in the Lumeir element!

ʼGood, everything regarding the training is settled now. First, I will start learning Unfettered Blade Mayhem Weapon Art.ʼ

ʼNext will be spending 24 hours in the Sand of Vibrant Wave, but…ʼ

Almond got an idea. He took out his two Insight Stones. ʼYep, this is it.ʼ

[Insight Stone]

-Rank: Special

-Effect: Infusing the Mana in the stone will send the userʼs consciousness into a mysterious dimension with a specific phenomenon. If the user manages to get an insight into that phenomenon, they may benefit greatly.

ʼThis thing is not random even if it appears so in detail,ʼ Almondʼs eyes glinted. ʼIf I think of a specific phenomenon when activating this, the mysterious dimension that I get might get influenced by my desire and thought.ʼ

ʼIf so, I have to test this first. If I can use Insight Stone to get insight on Sand element, and then use Sand of Vibrant Wave insight slab, Iʼll have a higher chance of acquiring mastery on this variant.ʼ

After all, he was only going to get 24 hours of time to attain mastery of the beginner level. It was too short of a time. So if he gained some knowledge and insight on the Sand element beforehand, heʼd be able to learn and comprehend that variant sand in its dimension faster!ʼ

ʼItʼs decided. Iʼll use Insight Stones before diving in for Sand of Vibrant Wave.ʼ

ʼAfterward, Iʼll enter training of the Advanced Skill Scroll for the growth type skill, Whispering Knowledge. This is too esoteric sounding, I have to learn it.ʼ

ʼAs for the other two skills…ʼ Almond got up and went outside.

He gave Waves of Frostheart Ocean an advanced skill scroll to Nyssara.

”Wow, master! Thank you for giving me this chance!” Nyssaraʼs eyes lit up at the prospect of gaining new power to help her master more!

”The good thing is that you will definitely learn this skill as long as you eventually complete the training it gives you. But the important thing is to learn it with focus and with higher insight to get the starting rank of this skill as high as possible, along with its potential,” Almond explained.

Nyssara nodded somberly in understanding, ”I got it, master. I will not disappoint you.”

Almond smiled and patted her head, ”Iʼll be satisfied with your result, whatever it is. I know youʼll do your best.”

Nyssaraʼs face puffed and reddened as she felt great joy and pride.

ʼI am going to do my absolute best and surprise you, master!ʼ

Afterward, Almond sat down in the open pavilion in a thoughtful expression with a scroll dancing above his palm.

”Now, what to do about this…The skillʼs name is Chrono Pulse of Radiant Heart,” Almond sighed.

The name was annoying to him because he could make several possible effects of this skill based on its name, and it could be any one of his guesses or none and could be something entirely different.

ʼChrono Pulse…It should be about Time, and it could be in multiple ways, but Radiant Heart…. sounds conceptual but also some element, or it could be just either one.ʼ

ʼShould I just learn it then instead of giving it to others? Or should I use it as one of the important eye-starer, grand finale items in the auction?ʼ

ʼNo, I donʼt want this skill to land in a random personʼs pocket.ʼ

After a few minutes, Almond stood up, ʼFuck it. Iʼll hold on to it and learn it myself if I can squeeze it within my schedule.ʼ

”Alright, everyone. Itʼs night, and Iʼm not sleepy, so itʼs time to get onto some heavy training,” Almond cracked his knuckle and flew towards the beach.

”Just ten minutes, Master! This show is about to end,” Galvaren shouted.

”Get your ass here right now.”

”Roger! Iʼll watch it later from the Internet.”

”Stop slacking, Ren. Youʼll get abandoned by Master if you do so,” Benedict snickered.

”True, true,” Sylvia nodded while giggling. ”You better pick up the pace, Ren, or Iʼll outpace you.”

”Fairy has spoken. She is very strong now, and very arrogant,” Nyssara rolled her eyes. ”Just wait, I got a skill from the master, so Iʼm going to get stronger than you lot.”

”Foolish brats,” Galvaren haughtily said with an aloof expression. ”There is no chance of any of you beating me one-on-one.”

”Here I come, my lord!” Galvaren rumbled as dive-bombed straight towards Almond.
