Julianʼs awakening was over as he stopped floating, and the strange aura vanished. He read everything from the notifications he got as he involuntarily trembled.

Gelato was asking him something, but Julianʼs ears werenʼt registering anything.

All he felt was that the hard work he had been doing for years paid off, and he wasnʼt about to give up now. This was the new start!

ʼI will complete the quests and get the legacy and get powerful!ʼ Julianʼs eyes burned brightly as he clenched his fists.

”It appears that our dark horse is absorbed in reading the notifications, hahaha! I wonder if he will share some of the juice with us.”

Julian took a deep breath and turned to Gelato, answering with a straight expression that betrayed a hint of a smile, ”My primary class evolved, thatʼs all. The nameʼs Heavilist Swordweaver.”

”And there it is!” Gelato shouted. ”A round of applause for Julian the Heavilist Edge!”

…

”Damn, bro did it!” Roken cheered and slapped his thigh. ”He fucking did it!”

”So his primary class is now S-rank? Damn,” Natalia muttered. ”My primary class is B-rank….I also want to evolve it.”

”Then train like Julian. He chopped his sword until his muscles broke, and he bled internally daily,” Almond smiled. ”But you will have to find the training yourself. Julianʼs primary class was based on heavy swords, and he had been training for a long time and had accumulated experience. The training I gave him became a catalyst, and his determination became the fuse that bloomed him.”

Lily nodded, ”he had been working too hard for the last seven days. Almondʼs presence pushed him to reach there, but it was his own hard work.”

”I am going back to training now!” Roken stood up, his expression firm. ”I am going to pound my hammer until my arm breaks down.”

”Donʼt just pound aimlessly, but the main thing is your focus,” Almond narrowed his eyes. ”Your focus should be on your goal while you hammer down. Focus on getting better, regardless of what it does to you. Julian trained in absolute focus to get the feeling that I described to him, regardless of what it did to it. So, what will you do now?”

Roken was at a loss. He thought hard for half a minute before saying, ”Umm, I should learn more about blacksmithing and then focus on my classʼs workings and improve?”

”Slow but correct,” Almond smiled. ”Thatʼs right. You have enough money saved, so go to that blacksmith and pay for the tuition to learn more.”

”Got it! I am going right now!”

Roken left after drinking his soda can, determined to get better at Blacksmithing and forge successful items.

As he left, Lily curiously asked, ”Is Rokenʼs sub-class good? What unique thing does his items have?”

”Runes,” Almond smiled. ”He can imbue a skill from the materials he uses into an item, and he can do that with already crafted items as well as his own creations. There are more effects to the Runic Inscription skill of his class, but he has to explore it on his own.”

”Itʼs an A-rank subclass,” Natalia nodded. ”It gotta be powerful.”

…

After Julian returned three hours later, he showed the notifications to Almond as it contained a valuable piece of information.

The Grimworld Tutorialʼs end—the 30th floor was the last floor. Almond didnʼt know what would happen after that, but just knowing that the 30th floor was the last floor was valuable information.

He also sent a message to Admiral Rudra about this information.

”So, twenty floors more, huh?” Natalia blinked. ”I wonder what will happen once we clear it. Will we get some kind of huge reward or something?”

”It says we are currently in a Grimworldʼs Tutorial…then what comes after the tutorial?” Lily narrowed her eyes. ”The main game, right?”

”Something big will happen, but we canʼt be sure,” Almond smiled, his eyes fiery deep within, ”We just have to clear this tutorial and find out the answer ourselves.”

”Almond, I need a dungeon,” Julian said, his expression firm. ”GAA might send me with a party to a B-rank dungeon based on my performance, but I want to go into one with you. I am at the Gold level 42, so I want a Gold-bordered dungeon and complete the first quest.”

”Sorry, Lily, Iʼll be taking him for a few hours if you donʼt mind.”

”Actually, the four of us should go together,” Almond smiled. ”Iʼve talked to Admiral Rudra about allowing Lily and Natalia to enter with us. As long as they donʼt take anything from within, they can enter.”

Lilyʼs eyes lit up. She could finally fight together with Almond again. ”Thatʼs great, darling.”

”Hoho, it has been a while,” Natalia caressed her nonexistent beard with a sagely expression, ”Time to teach the young ones about dungeons.”

”Stop, itʼs cringe,” Almond snickered.

”I forgive you, my child.”

”…”

”Alright, letʼs bolt without wasting more time,” Almond began walking towards the open garage where his aircraft was parked.

…

Julian cleared the first task of his quest and reached halfway for his second in the dungeon.

His evolved class granted him one more skill while evolving his original class skills, making his combat arsenal stronger.

With correct movement posture and a single chop, Julianʼs heavy sword could one-shot kill the gold-rank monsters at level 70 unless they had more defensive traits.

But he didnʼt want to confine himself to just this, which was why he requested Almond to come with him. He wanted to observe Almond more now that he had reached a new stage in swordplay.

After returning from the dungeon, the group went to eat and then trained for some hours until the night before eating again and sleeping like logs.

4th Decemberʼs clock hit 10 in the morning, and it was time for the twenty silver-rank winners to fight and contend for the top 10 spot.

”Ladies and gentlemen, the time has come! Please welcome our little rising monsters!”

The central platform was bigger as it was modified, and the other four floating platforms had vanished from the battleground.

The platform was now square and white with black check patterns. It was 150 meters in length, quite huge to give more freedom and space for thrilling battles.

”In this round, the twenty of you will pick up a stick from this glass,” Gelato said with a grin, his face and the glass reflected in huge screens for the audience to see.

The glass was not transparent, and it was also covered, only showing the tips of the sticks, so nobody could see their numbers at the stickʼs end.

”These are ten pairs of sticks, so it will decide who you will fight. The winners will qualify for the next round, earning the top 10 spot, and the losers will fight the ranking matches to decide their ranks from 11th to 20th.”

”Without further ado, letʼs begin.”

The twenty silver ranks stood in a row based on their previous group winnings on the platform as Gelato arrived before the first in line—Xavier Rozerf.

Picking up his stick and seeing its number B-4, Xavier prayed with his fist clenched and eyes fiery, ʼAlmond, you better pick A-4 and match with me because I will defeat you this time!ʼ

A big hologram screen appeared, showing Xavierʼs face and B-4 below him. There was an icon next to him, empty, waiting for the person to pick A-4 to stick and match with him.

Gelato moved to the second in the row—Amir Lake, who pulled an A-9 stick.

Next, it was Almondʼs turn. He grabbed a stick and pulled it before looking at its end.

A-2.

Xavier was looking at the big hologram and clenched his fist as he saw Almondʼs number. ʼDamn it.ʼ

But who could tell him that by not matching with Almond, he at least got a chance to enter the top 10?

ʼAlmond, my boy, you better show something good this time because yesterday, your girlfriend told me that I better give you a good title,ʼ Gelato grinned as he Magic Whispered to Almond.

Faintly smiled, Almond replied, ʼWell then, you better do some mental gymnastics for my title because what Iʼll show might just overload your brain.ʼ

ʼHahahaha, thatʼs some big words, alright. I am looking forward to the fight, lad. You better not disappoint.ʼ

…

Everyone pulled up the sticks, and the matchings were confirmed.
