Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1550: Forming the First Chaos Heart (6)

[Body Tempering Process]

With the [Dragon Ascension Fruit] and [Blood Life Fruit] consumed, Kent was set to start the third phase, which, if he succeeds, will enable him to have his first dragon tribulation. Passing that will allow him to forge a body strong enough to handle the Chaos Heart creation.

With over 500,000 drops of the Dragon Spirit Essence ready, he exhaled and inhaled before nodding toward Tower.

”Let’s do this.”

She also nodded and moved her right hand, taking out just one drop from the pile and gesturing toward Kent’s forehead.

He had already been through this process many times in the past, so he knew just how painful it could be. Watching the essence fly toward him, he gritted his teeth and waited.

It slid into his forehead as though there was an opening there. For a moment, there was peace and quiet. But then the gnashing sound came, and his fist clenched.

”I will first use several drops to wash through your body, making sure every part is ready for the tempering process,” Tower said, sending more drops into Kent’s body.

Some entered through his forehead, chest, shoulder, palm, legs, and all kinds of places. The more Dragon Spirit Essence that entered his body, the more the pain amplified. However, he did not become the strongest in the universe during the primordial era by having everything easy.

So he continued to endure, Tower doing everything perfectly to ensure her master came out of this ultra-powerful.

10 hours later, after using over a thousand drops, Tower smiled and said:

”The master is now ready to begin the tempering process. The master is going to temper all organs, including his brain, bones, eyes, teeth, claws, and every small part of his body. While the pain will be extreme, I believe that by the time the tribulation arrives, the master will be more than ready to handle it.”

As if wanting to make him feel the pain, just as she ended her sentence, over a hundred Dragon Spirit Essences flew and merged with his forehead.

The grinding of his teeth became audible, showing the severity of the pain he was in. However, Kent did not scream. In fact, his ego was so large that screaming was the last thing he would do.

”I will start with the brain tempering now.” Tower snapped her finger, and Kent felt his mind go numb—literally. He lost all feeling in his brain and body, becoming a mindless drone for a moment.

Within that short moment, since he had lost access to his mind, he felt no pain. However, his fortune only lasted for a few seconds before the pain returned, along with a sudden change that caused his body to shake.

As his brain was being tempered, he started to perceive some things more clearly. However, the pain did not allow him to do much exploration.

”Bone tempering.”

Bone tempering started, and Kent felt yet another wave of pain. However, with the pain seeping deep into his bones, he could also feel his bones becoming stronger.

The more he felt the changes, the more the pain increased. But he continued to endure.

”Claw tempering.”

His claws activated, and the tempering started there, too.

”Heart tempering.” His heartbeat slowed for a moment, then started pumping again. This time, the pain was so severe that blood started to drool from the corner of his mouth and even his nose.

”Eye tempering.”

Blood started coming from there, too.

”Endure, Master, it will be over before you know it,” Tower said before proceeding to the next body part to temper.

Hours passed in the blink of an eye. Soon, a day went by, and before long, a week passed, but Kent was still not done with the tempering session.

He had already used about 30,000 drops, which, compared to his past life, meant he was already far ahead in the amount of Dragon Spirit Essence he was using.

This was also a clear indication of the difference between his current self and his past self. Chaos was alone back then, so the little he had was what he used. However, this time, treasures worth several billions in God Stones were handed to him on a silver platter.

That alone showed how fortunate he was to have people this generous in his life.

Meanwhile, on the outside, Vexthra and her friends had long finished clearing every last beast on Planet Rainy, their blood fed to Kent, who had no idea that part of the reason the pain had not broken his mind yet was due to the effort his ladies had put into it.

Ainna especially.

After the incident where Kent nearly made her bow and submit to him, she went mad and slaughtered the poor beasts with an untamed fury.

Kent would have to thank her for doing such a good job.

Seated on a boulder 20km from Kent’s location, Vexthra sighed and turned to Ainna. ”Anything yet?”

She shook her head. ”Nothing yet. It seems he is still locked in and will take some more time before the tribulation descends.”

Vexthra nodded, a bit worried. She had witnessed a dragon tribulation before, and from what she had seen, it was not something to take lightly.

If Kent failed to shed his scale this time, it would be several times more dangerous to try again. Seeing her worried expression, Ainna smirked.

”What are you even worried about? That brat was once a monster who single-handedly faced a battlefield of terrifying immortals, demigods, gods, and even Supremes and cut them all down like it was a normal thing to do.

If anything, you should be worried about what he would do next when he is done with the tribulation.”

Vexthra calmed down a bit, but then she focused her gaze on Ainna.

Inaya and Miryssa did as well. Clearly, they all wanted to know why she knew more about Jest, her supposed enemy.

She chose not to say anything and even turned away from them.

Five days later, all four of them suddenly jumped to their feet, their gazes turning toward the sky. Above the cave where Kent was cultivating, dark clouds started to form.

”It is finally happening,” Miryssa muttered, taking Vexthra’s wet palm into hers. They were both nervous, but she had managed to hide hers until now.

A few seconds later, Kent walked out of the cave, his entire body oozing an untamed primal energy. When the ladies saw him, they all narrowed their eyes.

All four of them were beings who had long attained divinity. So when they looked at him, they did not just see a powerful dragon-man; they saw a dragon-man oozing a terrifying energy that he had no business releasing.

”Is he even a mortal at this point?” Ainna muttered, her expression narrowing a bit.

Kent winked at them and rose into the air, his hands clasped behind his back. His gaze remained focused on the dark clouds, a pale smile on his face.

”Alright, old friend, we have played many chess games in the past. You nearly lost a few, but in the end, I defeated you completely. I guess we now have a clean slate, so let’s see who takes the first win.”

As if responding to his challenge, lightning flashed through the clouds, illuminating a large dragon statue.

Kent saw the silhouette, and for a moment, his smile faltered.

”Ah, my bad luck.”
