Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 689: First Floor - Four Floating Islands [Bonus]

Kent appeared inside the dungeon, landing on soft ground...

”A river bank, huh?” Kent studied his surroundings and saw he was standing on the bank of a river. Looking ahead, he could see a vast body of water extending several kilometers.

The water was greyish, and judging by the vapor rising from it, Kent knew it wouldn’t be easy to swim in. The water looked like the kind that would suck the spiritual qi out of anything that entered.

”I am definitely not getting into this water.”

After making up his mind, Kent turned to the message he had received the moment he entered the dungeon. He saw nothing aside from the water, so he had to gain some insight somehow, and it seemed the tower had prepared one for him.

⟦Welcome to the Planet Killer Dungeon. Your 12-year duration has begun, and the dungeon must be cleared before the duration is over⟧

⟦Name: Planet Killer Dungeon⟧

⟦Floor Name: Four Floating Islands (1st)⟧

⟦Power Level: Core Formation - Spirit Ascension (peak)⟧

⟦Description:

The first floor of the Planet Killer Dungeon is home to the Metal Spiders. They are poisonous and deadly. A single scratch is enough to paralyze their foe.

Additionally, falling into the water can cause some unwanted pain, so avoid doing that as well.⟧

Objective:

↠ You and your team must clear all four dungeons at the same time. All battles shouldn’t end ten minutes apart. There are 400 Metal Spiders on every island, and the floor boss of this floor is located on the Middle Island.

↠ Aside from the Core formation stage, each island has between level 4 and 7 Spirit Ascension stage, six Metal Spiders. However, the boss is at the Peak Spirit Ascension stage.

⟦Rewards⟧

↠ 1 Million Tower Points

↠ 1,000,500,000 Soul Essence

↠ Unknown Poison Recipe

↠ Unknown Bone Tempering Elixir

↠ Map of the Planet Killer Dungeon

⟦Note: All drops will be stored inside the Tower storage. Additionally, it is advisable to thoroughly explore the floors using the dungeon map, as there are hidden items that can only be discovered with detailed examination.⟧

”I guess things aren’t that hard in the first trial. And oh, as for the poison, we have the wicked Poison Witch with us, so that is a bonus then.” Kent smiled and then walked away from the riverbank, summoned his legion, and his wives.

The moment they appeared, their expressions turned dazed. Looking at the water stretching far and wide, they couldn’t help but wonder about many things in their heads.

However, Kent immediately cleared their doubts by snapping his fingers. The moment he did that, four floating islands came into view.

Three islands formed a triangle around the fourth island, which Kent knew was the location of the boss. The objective clearly said the boss was on the middle island.

Vexthra moved into Kent’s arm. ”So what is the plan?” she asked. She is the leader who will handle the mission Kent had given them.

Kent wanted to take her on his mission to the other continents, but she said no. Vexthra wasn’t the kind of person who would pick a few moments of respite outside if that meant taking more of her man’s time.

She explained that Kent needed to reach the High Worlds faster because that is where he would gain more, so tagging along now would only bring him more problems that he would have to waste time on, instead of focusing on his mission.

But aside from that, she also wanted to stay close to her sisters, since although she couldn’t fight with them, she could heal them when things went bad.

Thanks to the Tower connecting them together, healing them to some extent wouldn’t call the wrath of the heavenly laws upon her.

Then, one last thing: she wanted to experience what it was like to explore a Unique Dungeon. It turns out gods also have quirks, and one of hers was exploring dungeons.

Kent just smiled and nodded in response to her words. But he planned to summon her when he got to the other continents and perhaps spend a few hours with her every now and then.

Kent kissed her hair and then answered her question. ”This is the Four Floating Islands floor, and as its name suggests, there are indeed four floating islands, each housing a type of beast known as the Metal Spiders.

There are 400 such spiders on each island, and they range from the Core Formation stage to the Spirit Ascension. We have to clear all four islands, and then we can explore them.

And like I said back in the tower, there will be rewards for all of us at the end of every mission, so be sure not to lose the storage rings I gave you.”

They nodded, and Kent turned toward the islands. ”We need to form four teams... Since there are just 400 spiders on each island, we might as well do well to get them all quickly.”

Kent turned back to his team and then started sharing the teams. It took a few minutes, but he managed to get the four teams ready.

His team would handle the middle island, as that is where the floor boss is located. However, Kent didn’t even want to fight... He wanted to see his ladies and legions in action.

”So, how do we get to the islands? Do we fly?” Krex asked, already looking forward to fighting the peak Core Formation spiders.

Since he was the weakest on the team, he was eager to prove himself to his older siblings. He wanted to see if he had what it takes to be on the team.

”I can just send you all to your islands with a flick of my hand. However, you can also fly there, which I know wouldn’t be as simple as you think, so why don’t I send you there?”

They all nodded.

”Then, happy hunting,” Kent waved his hand, and all four teams vanished. The only ones left were he and Vexthra.

”After I am gone, you will have some form of control over the Tower, which will allow you to know the nature of the dungeon and what has to be done to clear every floor you find yourself on.

I will also make it so they all can appraise their rewards and know how to use them,” Kent said, and Vexthra nodded.

With that, they also vanished and appeared on the middle floating island...
